Aug 2022You have nothing to worry about with this home. All reviews are accurate. Everything is provided for you except beach towels. All paper goods, soaps, & sheetsare provided. The house is clean, tastefully renovated, and in an absolute perfect location. The owners are very accessible and Tina, the property manager who lives a few doors down,, is more than willing to help with anything. We will stay here again

Aug 2022What a wonderful location, so close to the bike path! We loved the easy access and got to explore new parts of the trail. The house was clean, spacious, a comfortable living room big enough for the 5 of us to hangout and catch up. It’s extremely well equipped kitchen has everything you might look for to cook almost anything! Everything really is provided for you except beach towels; all paper goods, soaps, & sheetsare provided. It was so nice not to have to worry about packing any of that stuff. The house is clean, tastefully renovated, and again in an absolute perfect location.

Aug 2021We were so happy with our stay at the Heather Hideaway! Every aspect of the home was well-suited for our family. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and cookware, the bathrooms were in excellent condition, the bedrooms were comfortable and roomy, and the extra gear that was available for us to use for beach trips came in handy. Tina, our concierge, was extremely helpful and welcoming. The location and home were perfectly situated for our needs during our weeklong visit to the Cape. I highly recommend this home!

Aug 2021We were so happy with our stay at the Heather Hideaway! Every aspect of the home was well-suited for our family. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and cookware, the bathrooms were in excellent condition, the bedrooms were comfortable and roomy, and the extra gear that was available for us to use for beach trips came in handy. Tina, our concierge, was extremely helpful and welcoming. The location and home were perfectly situated for our needs during our weeklong visit to the Cape. I highly recommend this home!

Aug 2021We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely home in a quiet residential neighborhood. We took advantage of the bicycles provided and the easy access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. From the East/South Harwich location it is a short driving distance to beaches, shops, and other activities. The local host was very responsive and helpful.

Dec 2016We have come to this wonderful Cape Cod home for 7 years. It has a central location, wonderful layout for unto 3 couples or a family. This year the home has been completely updated making the kitchen and dining areas even more enjoyable plus AC throughout. Located next to the rail trail for wonderful walks and a short distance to the beach and shopping communities. Its central location is ideal for exploring all of Cape Cod. Located near the main roads but far enough away to be quiet. It is in a beautiful neighborhood. Just a great vacation spot. We love to set on the deck for meals and stargazing.

The house was clean, spacious, has comfortable beds and is extremely well equipped, not only a kitchen with everything you might look for to cook big family meals, but also bikes to use on the nearby bike trail as well as beach chairs etc. The location is amazing and we had a wonderful time. We would love to come back next summer!

Aug 2022This is a very nice home located in a quiet neighborhood but near to most of the things to do on Cape Cod. Tina was always responsive and made our stay easy. House had all the supplies you would need for cooking, cleaning, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Jun 2019The landlords were wonderful and Espi the property manager was easy to get ahold of, stayed on top of things and was a pleasure to deal with. Enjoyed the house and setting. Rental included free bikes and the Cape Cod rail trail was one block away. Only negative was the DVD player was playing DVD’s in black and white, although Espi and the landlord were quick to resolve. And there was no dishwasher, which we did not realize when we booked the house, but cleaning dishes the old fashioned way was fine with us as the positives more than made up for it. The house was well stocked as well. Thank you for a fun stay in Harwich!

Jun 2022Prior to our trip the owners were very prompt to answer any questions. When we arrived Tina the concierge met us immediately to give us the keys and a tour of the house. She was very knowledgeable about the area, and also happy to answer any questions. The house was clean, comfortable and homey. It was furnished with just about anything you might need even down to the paper towels, Kleenex, and laundry detergent. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, and had everything we needed. The best part if you are a biker the house was close to the trail to ride to Chatham, or to ride the Cape Cod Rail Trail toward Wellfleet. It also had bicycles in the basement we could use. We did use one which was in good condition with air in the tires and a helmet. For the remainder of the bikes we brought our own and locked them safely in the basement when we didn't want them on the car rack. The location is five minutes from a large Stop and Shop, five minutes to a beach, and about three minutes to the bike trail so it's an excellent location.

Aug 2017My husband and young adult daughters and I loved staying in this charming, well-appointed home in Harwich, minutes away driving from beautiful Red River beach and Harwich Port. We were met by a professional concierge who cheerfully showed us around the home and informed us how things worked. She kindly dropped off another pair of keys the next day!
Home was spotless. Full propane tank for gas grill and state of the art GE kitchen appliances and cooking spices, and a washer and dryer, are all added amenities. Likewise, we appreciated extra stocks of bath towels, dishwater, kleenex, soaps, and paper towels. No need to go out to buy extra.
Each room was comfortable and complete. Location is great, two minutes from walkng/bike trail.
Owners Denise and Joe could not have been more helpful in the run up to our stay, answering our questions about the Cape and home.
We loved this home and highly recommend it!

Aug 2018location, location, location! Short drive to the beach and situated between downtown Chatham and downtown Harwich. One block from the bike trail, which is perfect for bikers, runners and walkers. House has been recently updated and it is super clean! They have everything you can possibly want....brand new appliances, A/C, BBQ, washer and dryer, cable, wi/fi, coffee pot, blender, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, nice towels and sheets, bikes and beach chairs. They even had luxury hand soap! We would stay here again in a heart beat!

The home is nicely decorated with the owner’s beautiful needlework. There are three bedrooms, two upstairs and one downstairs. Our two girls enjoyed staying in the downstairs room with two twin beds. We enjoyed having breakfast on the private deck every morning. There are bicycles and helmets for use in the basement. The lovely kitchen has everything you need to make home cooked meals. We grilled most nights but also enjoyed local favorites to include Kream n Kone and The Wild Goose Tavern. We look forward to coming back in a few years.

Aug 2017Beautifully renovated throughout with all new baths and kitchen, neat and clean, very comfortable. The neighborhood is peaceful and very close to the bike trail, which is lovely for morning walks. We really appreciated staying here.
