Jun 2022You just won’t find a better place than this. Super short walk to the beach - which is mostly private considering the massive beach front for only 36 units. Very nice pool only steps from your unit. Very well stocked and nicely decorated. There are some sand toys and chairs and a few other items for use downstairs. The pictures really do not do it justice. The only thing I would change is the living room furniture - while lovely, it was not very comfortable. My elderly mom needed a spot to put her feet up in the afternoon and there just isn’t a good place for that. But - for most everyone else I’m sure that’s not an issue. We love it so much and hope to return. Absolutely recommend 1,000 percent!

Jun 2020While our family has grown, it only sleeps 6 while other 3 bedrooms can sleep up to 10 forcing us to rent 2 condos. This condo is always maintained very well, the kitchen well stocked, and the garage has many chairs and toys for kids. The down stairs deck is probably my favorite place with the furniture, picnic table and bbq grill. Just a great overall experience. Thank you Diane.

Aug 2021We loved our stay at this property. With toddlers in tow and all their goodies the walk to the beach was short and easy! We had some seaweed issues the week we were there and made up for the water time in the pool! The kids had fun chasing after the little geckos that were running around. The double garage was a nice addition as well with tons of leftover chairs, umbrella, and sand toys to take advantage of. Would definitely stay again.

Oct 2022We had a death in the family when we arrived. We had to leave immediately so we left the next morning. Contacted Diana’s she would push it to a later date told me That I screwed myself by not taking insurance. We had all intentions of staying for a week but I sure would like to come down and had a different date for the remaining of the amount of money that we gave her. Consequently we will never come back to that place and work with her. Maybe with the homeowner directly but not her.

Jul 2022This was the most amazing condo ever and experience ever. The condo was so cute and had so much to offer and more. We had the best time ever. The property was well kept and convenient. Had a nice pool and walkway to a not so crowded beach. The condo was well equipped with cooking ware and plenty of beach items to offer for the young to old. Well with it and would highly recommend to anyone.

Oct 2020So many positive things to say about this location - proximity to the beach, private beach, warm water outdoor shower, and large rooms. The kitchen was stocked with about everything you'd need and it was very clean and also nicely decorated. There are on two negatives for us - the first floor AC did not work. The upstairs worked fine and it wasn't terribly warm while we were here, but it would be a problem if it was. Secondly, the living room furniture was pretty, but wasn't all that comfortable for our large family of 6. We really did enjoy all the water toys available in the basement to play with and it is a beautiful property inside and out. We would consider staying here again assuming the central air was working.

We were very happy with the beautifully decorated townhouse. It was comfortable and had everything we needed...well stocked! It is located directly on the beach and is not crowded! It is close to restaurants and the trolley stop is in front of the townhouses. Many restaurants deliver if you don’t want to go out.

We loved this house, so close to the beach and the nice white soft Pensacola sand! We had perfect weather and the kids were in the water for hours! There were plenty of beach chairs and sand buckets, but no beach towels. But one phone call to the manager, and 6 new beach towels were dropped off! The house was clean and beautiful throughout, we would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at Portside on and off for over 30 years (except for hurricane years). B&B is the best unit there is. Ice machine, full kitchen to cook in, comfortable beds great downstairs deck and chairs - all things you tend to forget when looking at the wonderful view - but still important. As usual, the views, sand and proximity to ocean are stunning.

This condo at Portside Villas is so personally decorated that is is like a home. Hand needlepointed pillows and beautiful art and rugs abound. The beach is just steps away and it is a nice uncrowded area. This condo provides everything one needs for a nice long stay and there are restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

My family and I rented Portside Villas for our spring break this year. I can't say enough about what an excellent location this is! I am not one for high rise condos. This has immediate access to the beach, with it's singing white sand. It is very close to Fort Pickens which was great for morning runs. The condo is spotless and has plenty of space for the 5 of us. We were treated with several amazing sunsets in addition to being able to watch dolphins from the beach, with beach chairs and umbrellas available. Loved it!
