Dieses Haus ist ein Split Grundriss, so dass die Master-Suite schön und privat ist. Der Meister ist sehr groß und hat ein Kingsize-Bett mit eigenem Sitzbereich, einen großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank, Doppelwaschtisch und eine begehbare Fliesendusche. Zum abendlichen Schwimmen führen Schieberegler zum Pool. Dieses Haus verfügt über 1 Flachbild-TV im Hauptwohnbereich und 1 kleineren Flachbild-TV im Hauptschlafzimmer. Wi-Fi und Kabelfernsehen sind vorhanden. Die Gästezimmer sind mit einem übergroßen Doppelbett und 2 XL-Einzelbetten ausgestattet und bieten viel Stauraum. Das Hotel liegt in einer sicheren, ruhigen und freundlichen Straße, nur wenige Minuten von Cape Harbour Marina entfernt. Mar 2015There are a lot of great things about this house. The pool and the surrounding greenery allows for great privacy and wonderful floating in a pool that is better than it looks. Since the weather in March turned warm, the pool was wonderful. The poolman kept it crystal clear. The location in Cape Coral (once you initally find the house) is great and it is easy to travel all over SW Florida from this location. Emmy, the owner, is very easy to work with and a fair person. Being a new owner, Emmy hasn't had time to put her touch on the house and it does need some touches but don't let that keep you from renting. I am confident that you, too, will come away from this house with a great experience.

The house was very clean, well equipped, and a convenient location to all we needed. Overall an excellent stay! We definitely plan to stay again when we visit Cape Coral. Feb 2019Nice stay in the Cape. Large pool surrounded by palms and plants, a lot of privacy. Good location for stores and dining and close to bridge to Fort Meyers. Owner Emmy and manager, Alma quick to respond to questions and minor issues. We would stay here again. Jim K.

Apr 2019Nice home and pool area but needs good cleaning and maintenance inside and out. Pictures show a garage with door open and car inside. lead us to believe we could use it to keep car out of the hot sun. However the garage door was locked with 2 cars inside and a third car on driveway with tarp. Pictures show a lush lawn and landscaping but it is grown up in weeds and no lawn. Tropical foliage is nice for privacy but with that also comes ants spiders and bugs. We lived in Florida for 10 years and know they can be controlled with a good service. Leather chair in living room, not shown in pictures, is more than distressed and dirty. Bedroom carpet was filthy dirty with pet stains apparently from the people and pets before us and unfortunately we and our 18lb dog were blamed for this damage because we did not complain when we first arrived. We did not complain because we thought we were being kind and did not want to embarrass the property manager who we thought had done the cleaning. We know there was a bigger dog there because we picked up big clumps of hair and dumped a bag of wet smelly dog hair clippings left by the previous renters. Renter beware.

Jan 2017Man ist auf sich alleine gestellt,gerade zu Beginn einer Hausübernahme wäre man dankbar für einige Hinweise, auch für nächste Versorgungsziele mit Plan. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, bietet viel Platz,jedoch von Grund auf schmutzig und ungepflegt. Positiv: es fehlt hier nichts, bis zu beachstühlen und Sonnenschirm und kompletter Kücheneinrichtung ist alles vorhanden.

May 2022From the moment we pulled into the driveway, we knew this was not the Tropical Paradise pictured and described online.Sadly, the landscape was nowhere near the pictures. It was unkempt and neglected. Broken lights along the walkway to the front door. And we had just been informed by the rental property owner, even though they showed pictures of their two car garage, we would not have access to it. She said their description said three parking spots, which meant the driveway. I said she needed to just clearly state NO ACCESS TO GARAGE. Our hearts sank looking at the outside of the house, and when we opened the front door we were totally disappointed. The home described as Florida tropical was anything but. There were lots of old plastic flower arrangements everywhere. Crocheted doilies on all surfaces. The closets all had personal owner items and small furniture like cabinets and a bar stool, along with a carpet cleaner that had a note taped to it "DO NOT USE". All the drawers in the master bedroom had to be cleaned as there was sand in all of them. The master bedroom description stated separate seating area. To our surprise, this was a dining room chair next to the armoire!? The furniture on the lanai is old and mismatched. Even if they don't want to replace everything, even though some of it is rusting, there are some chairs and cushions that should just be thrown away. They just detract from the outside area. The cage screen was torn in many places. The owner did have someone come and temporarily fix one area, but we ultimately realized it was damaged all over. When I sent pictures, she stated the cage was scheduled to be replaced this summer. Good thing, since the structure itself also needs repair and had been taped over where it leaked. This really did not do the trick, so each time we went out the kitchen slider we had to avoid the area where it leaked. There was a sign outside that said "Do not touch pool light, it is loose". Would have made more sense to have it repaired??The home has a lot of potential but it is unfair to continue to advertise the property as something it is not.I have called and talked to VRBO because they are responsible for making sure the listings are correct and up to date! That is part of what we pay for when renting through them. I have been waiting since April 1st for a response from VRBO.

Mar 2015A beautiful home opening up to a wonderful setting including a large pool. Home was comfortable, clean and the owners were very nice. Unfortunately, the pool is solar heated and since February was cold, it was too cold for us to swim. However, we enjoyed eating outside and just being by the pool on the warm days. S. W. Connecticut
