Komplett mit Waschmaschine und Trockner ausgestattet. Büro mit Schlafsofa. Property umfasst eine überdachte Bootshaus und befindet sich 300 ft. Von der St. Johns River auf einem breiten Kanal. Der Fluss bietet viele Aktivitäten wie Angeln und Bootfahren. Schöne Bootsfahrt nach Silver Glens, Salt Springs, DeLeon Springs, Blue Springs. Kanu oder Kajak auf dem Fluss oder in vielen der State Parks oben erwähnt durchgeführt werden. Neben der Fischerei in den Kanal oder auf dem Fluss gibt es große Angeln in Lake George, See Dexter und dem Lake Woodruff. Sie können viele Tiere auch, wie Schildkröten, Alligatoren, Seekühe, Seeadler, Fischadler, Pelikane sehen ein paar zu nennen. Viele Restaurants sind von Wasser oder Land zur Verfügung. Ocala National Forest bietet auch viele Aktivitäten im Freien. Es gibt Wanderwege, OHV Wanderwege, Reitwege, die Jagd und / oder Vogelbeobachtung. Es ist auch eine 45-minütige Fahrt zum Strand oder 1-1 1/2 Stunden Fahrt, um viele der Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Cape Canaveral, Disneyworld, Universal Studios, Sea World und St. Augustinus. Mar 2021We spent 2 months staying in this very well kept modular home. We took advantage of the boat dock and lift - very nice. Favorite moments were sitting on deck viewing the sunrise every morning. We love nature and all of God’s creation. Loved watching the birds and a gator that came out to bask in the sun. The owner, Tom, came by daily to offer his assistance in anything we needed. We absolutely lived our stay!

Aug 2021Tom was an amazing host! He was very prompt to answer any questions and went out of his way to make our stay relaxing! It was a great location to explore the Springs and we enjoyed fishing off his canal! We are looking forward to staying here again!

Sep 2021This was the second time staying there and had a great experience. Clean and comfortable with plenty of room to roam! Tom, the host, was very accommodating to our requests and went above and beyond for us. Friendly neighbors too!

Jun 2022The property was great i asked for one towel and you thought i acsked for the keys to her car she was very ruud then her husband came over and was taking pictures of the place when i talked to him he was a smart a-- very rudd i will never stay in anything that he owns i have been going down there for 25 yrs he needs to learn how to treat guest

Jun 2022The home was extremely clean. The host lives across the street which is comforting. It was on a nice sized canal only 100 yards from the river.

Perfect for the needs of 4 old fisherman looking for a clean, comfortable, accessible, and affordable place to lay their weary heads after a long day of fishing in the Florida heat.

Owner called a week before and offered us a boat ride which was nice, but we were still in Indiana at the time sadly. It sure beat all in one big hotel room as we could spread out! Sad we didn't catch any fish in the canal though we tried.

Nov 2021I would definitely stay here again the owner was friendly and helpful. The neighborhood was very laidback. We caught fish off the dock in the backyard and watched turkeys feed in the area almost everyday. If your looking for a nice relaxing quiet place to get away this is it.
