Aug 2022What a wonderful Key West getaway we had at the lovely Lady Admiral! Our stay was so much fun and the location cannot be beat being right off from Duval and just a stones throw from the craziness. The pool was a daily delight and we just loved the decor of this beautiful place. The appliances were perfect, the house was well appointed and the property manager was so helpful and very prompt when we needed anything. Perfection!I had back surgery a few years ago, and because of this it can make me like the princess and the pea when it comes to finding a comfy mattress when we go away. I found the bed a little firm for my liking, but everyone else slept like logs. Brilliant time, thank you for having us!

Jan 2022We were so close to Duval street but property very quiet and close to everything on the southernmost point. The concierge service hooked us up with a super 6 person golf cart which made visiting the wharf/ Mallory square very easy! The pool had a little mishap but was fixed very quickly and we were in it every night after being out all day. Would definitely rent it again!

Jun 2021We went to Key West to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday, June 2021, with another couple. Not having been to Key West before, we were shooting in the dark a little with knowing where the best locations were. This house, was hands down, the best place we could have found. You are just off Duval, but there isn't a lot of walking traffic or other types of traffic going by all hours that you see all over Key West. We rented bicycles, which was the only way to go! We could bike or walk to anywhere in Key West, without much of an issue. The house worked out great! The other couple stayed in the guest house and we stayed in the main house. The bed was comfortable, the bathrooms were spacious, and the kitchen was adequate. We even cooked several meals in the kitchen to save on going out. We loved being able to come back and cool off in the pool in the afternoons after roaming the city in the mornings. A quick nap and off to dinner. We received text messages and phone calls from the property manager to make sure we got in ok, and had what we needed. She was just a text away, which was great! Honestly, we couldn't have loved this property more!!
The only thing that happened, which I don't blame on the property or the owners, was a super sketchy guy came knocking on the front door at 4:50 one morning, and when we opted to not answer...he made his way around to the back doors and started knocking there asking to come in. We had clearly not latched the gate. My husband made sure he went away with a threatened call to the police, and the guy disappeared and we never saw him again. Just make sure you lock the doors and gates at night, just in case. Although, I'm sure this was a one off.

Nov 2021We love this location in Key West! It’s close to Duval and one of our favorite restaurants. The check in process was easy and communication from the host was excellent. The property ins well maintained and the pool and patio are fantastic. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Dec 2021We had a great time staying here with another couple. The location was perfect, a few houses separate are the house from Duval Street. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go (except the grocery store and airport). They only con was that whenever we would be at the pool and having a snack the iguanas would come out. Several were a little aggressive and had apparently been fed by others. They could be scared away, but a few were rather persistent. We would definitely book this property again.

Nov 2019We had a great stay with our friends. The outdoor space around the pool made this house special! The location was quiet but close enough to the fun. A few improvements could be made: ice maker didn't work, waterfall at the pool didn't work, no beach towels or beach chairs for the group. Besides that, perfect!

Jul 2020We enjoyed this property tremendously. Our kids are old enough to stay in the main house and we took the guest suite out back! Super fantastic location. Being able to jump in the private pool mid day to cool off was the best!

Oct 2021Unprofessional property manager- we were robbed the second day- house was not safe - no one did a thing for us- basically the owner of this house and property manager said it was our fault- not sure why their insurance look did it do something for our lose of wages but isn’t that why you have insurance when you own something? I would not recommend this house so to being unsafe.

Feb 2020This is a well maintained home in a great location. When we arrived the pool heater was not working. A call to the property manager and Jorge was there the next morning to correct the situation. You couldn't expect more from any property rented.
At this time there is a home restoration taking place next door. Noise was minimal and workers were always friendly when we met them.

Jan 2021The Lady Admiral is a comfortable house one block off duval street with great decor and private back yard with pool. We stayed as a family for a wedding and everyone had a great time. Would recommend

Mar 2020The house looks just like the pictures. The houses are always a little smaller than the pictures, but with the additional bedroom/bathroom outside near the pool it was the perfect size. The property manager, Jorge, was great and very responsive. Our only complain was how slow the internet was. We tried rebooting the router, but nothing helped. We couldn't even load a page, so we had to turn off wifi and just use our cell phone internet.
The kitchen has all the amenities that you would need to cook in the house or on the grill. The pool is a nice break from the heat and beach.
The house is 3-4 houses in from Duvall St. and just a few blocks from the Southern Most Point beach and bar area.

With the pool and combination of outdoor and indoor spaces, this location allowed our group to have a nice combination of time together but not the feeling that we were living on top of one another. It's proximity to Duval and the feeling of safety in the neighborhood allowed for adolescent children to have much more freedom to come and go on their schedule.

Wonderful place to stay, steps from Duval but still quiet. The pool is great, the house is tastefully decorated and comfortable. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. If I could give this 100 stars I would. Will absolutely stay here again!!

We thorough enjoyed staying in this house. It has an excellent location, comfy amenities, and a very available property manager. The only downfall was the pool heater was in need of service when we arrived, and then the service tech told us that he has serviced it too many times and the unit was in need of the pool was cold and we didn’t use it at all. I would have liked all of that done before we got there. If the unit has been serviced so many times, you would think they would buy another one to have on hand for whenever it does go completely kaput. That way, visitors wouldn’t have to go without.

We spent 5 days at Lady Admiral. The pictures do not do it justice! it was beautiful, well maintained and the pool area was spacious and welcoming. The location is perfect; steps from Duval but offered privacy from noise and closer to the southern end. We will definitely be back!
