Sep 2017We rented the house for a family vacation with our 3 young kids, and it was perfect. Very convenient location in a gated community. It was close to the express way with an easy, quick drive to the parks and outlet malls. Walmart is less than 5 minutes away which was very convenient for our grocery needs and little things we forgot to bring. It's a very new house, so call for directions if it doesn't show up on your navigation.
Home is fully equipped with everything you'll need to cook/grill. Rooms were beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. We had an issue with cable TV in one of the rooms which property management tried to get fixed during our stay, but it never happened - their communication was always very good regarding the issue, and I can't blame them for the cable company's forthcomings. Otherwise, I can't complain about anything else.
The pool was private and the perfect size for our small kids. It was comfortable temperature during the day without the heating up charge, but heating would be worth it if you plan to swim at night.
We will definitely rent from Vacation Homes Collection in the future. Our kids had the best time in our "home away from home."

Apr 2021We enjoyed our stay at Storey Lakes gated community. It was very close to shopping, restaurants and theme parks. The club house and water park with lazy River, slides and mini golf was nice on off days from visiting parks. We would definitely stay here again. The only suggestion we have is to have a welcome book to communicate club info, WiFi password, etc. we did receive a welcome email but it did not contain this info, so we had to call.

Apr 2022This property is convenient for large families. The down side is that the property i stayed at had some issues that were not attended to until I got there the day of. One set of bunk beds was broken tothe point i didn not feel safe for my kids to sleep on. The sliding doors leading to the pool wasbroke and off track and the down stairs bathroom towel rack was not stable and actually fell off. The good thing about the company responsible for the condo was there response time through the VRBO app alonewas great. They sent maintenance out to fix the things listed above. The rest of the condo was in great condition. The community pool was very nice too. Not enough seating for the amount of condos they have though. Overall this place was a nice place to stay. About 20 minutes away from disney, universal, and seaworld.

Nov 2021Pros: Very spacious & conveniently located. Gated community. Comfortable beds. Cons: Bunk beds were unstable, ladders were not attached to beds. Dirty, used pillows. Second floor had a lot of wear and tear. Dirty carpet. Grout in shower needs to be cleaned properly. Bed sheets and comforters are worn out and didn’t feel fresh.

We were super close to attractions and had so many options for food that we never cooked. I felt very safe being 5 females alone and had no issues checking in or entering the rental. I loved that the door automatically locks behind you. If you are a larger group, there is plenty of parking. The splash pool was welcome after long days of shopping and going to the parks. We even took an hour drive to Cocoa beach for surf lessons for the girls. We had the perfect location and will be back!

May 2017Had a great stay at this vacation home. Everything was clean and looked brand new. They provide all the essentials for the kitchen and bathroom. Nice quiet brand new neighborhood with some construction since it's a very new community. The location is so new that the address does not come up in any smartphone maps. Make sure to ask for further instructions on how to get there. Parks were close, about 15 min away. Walmart and other eating locations very near by as well. Definitely a recommended stay.
