Oct 2015What a fabulous rental location! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the house. It's in a neighborhood on the canal system, but was very private due to all the fabulous trees surrounding the lanai. We spent most of our time on the lanai - grilling, eating, having coffee or drinks, soaking in the hot tub, and swimming in the pool. We also enjoyed watching the green iguanas on the canal wall. John was very responsive and did a great job answering any questions we had. We brought our kayaks and put them in from the dock at the house and at the nearby park. We'll look forward to visiting again!

Mar 2016We thoroughly enjoyed our two months in Cape Coral. John was very responsive to all our questions. The location was very convenient, as we had friends in Fort Myers and Pine Island. The home was stocked with essentials, bikes, games, books, and Walmart and Publix were close by. We spent most of our time on the lanai, also enjoying the pool, hot tub, and canal. We would recommend this rental to anyone, and we plan to return.

Oct 2016This was the first time we stayed in a home in cape coral.We absolutely loved this beautiful home.The location was great,right on a canal,and close enough to stores and dining.The neighborhood was very quiet.The home was roomy and well equipted with all the fundamentals for a relaxing vacation.The pool was the highlite for us,we swam in it several times a day.The trees and plants added to the privacy and were very beautiful.John was available for any questions we had.We hope to return next year for a month rental.

Apr 2016This house has a great location, super close to beaches (both in Fort Myers and Sanibel), restaurants and shopping. The house has everything you could need and is super comfy, it feels just like you were home. We spent most the time outside on the lanai and in the pool with the hot tub at night. Will definitely be back!

Jun 2015This house and location has everything and more for a family vacation. Our only regret is that the huge mangos from the property tree were not ripe enough to sample.
The house and furnishings were clean, modest and welcoming. It was only a short trip to fort Myers Beach and even less to Cape Coral yacht club.
Although tourist areas and attractions were easy enough to get too, I found myself completely satisfied to stay within the peaceful confines of this charming family home.
The pool, hot tub and lania are private and relaxing. It seems to me this owner truely wants his guest to feel at home and provides all the neccesities to enjoy a great vacation.

The house was fairly well stocked with towels, beach stuff, and in the kitchen. The owner checked in with us a few times to see if there was anything we need. The beds were comfortable, the hot tub stays hot and the pool was great and clean. The lanai with canal behind is nice. The house met our needs. Some items require updating - master bed vertical blinds missing(purchased but not installed), kitchen sink/disposal doesn’t drain properly, living room recliner broken like an elephant sat on it. These items probably not discovered after the last renter. 2 bikes are available that will only fit pre-teens. No cooler was on site (we left one for the next renter).

Apr 2016The property is very well maintained with a pool and hot tub that is serviced weekly as is the yard as well. It is very convenient to Veterans Blvd. and the midpoint bridge to Ft. Myers. Coral Point Mall is right up Del Prado Blvd. with a Publix and Walmart. Sanibel Island and Ft Myers beach is easily accessible as are many restaurants. The owner is very pleasant to do business with and is very attentive to any problems or questions that may arise.

Mar 2014The owner was great in solving all of our problems and answering our questions. It is a great location close to everything restaurants, Fort Myers beach and shopping. The house is open with plenty of room. The only thing I would recommend is to remove some of the owners personal things and make room for renters items especially when renting for a month or longer.

The most wonderful part of the house was the backyard with the warm pool overlooking an amazing canal. We actually saw dolphins in the canal! The neighborhood is quiet and the owner is a very nice person! We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!!!

Well we need to get away too.:-) We loved Cape Coral and the people are so friendly. John the owner is wonderful you need to ask a question he’s there! You won’t be disappointed. Very quiet and peaceful area.

May 2015Short drive to beautiful beaches, saw dolphin in canal, peaceful, pool temp just right, sunset views in hot tub, all amenities of home, family friendly, well described with accurate photos, nearby malls, movies, incredible restaurants. I'D HIGHLY RECOMMEND this home rental.

May 2017Pool was 94 degrees! Home was very clean, well stocked for all of our needs. Quiet neighborhood. Sunsets and sunrises were gorgeous. Could even park the car in the garage. A piano was a fun surprise. Many games, puzzles, movies, books for lazy days at home. Open design led to many close family activities. 5 mins to movies, shopping, & dining. Incredible Gulf Coast beaches 1/2 hour away. I would easily & happily stay here again!

Mar 2014I can't express enough this great vacation property we enjoyed for the month of Feb.2014. This property has it all. Great location to nearby shops, restaurants, family adventure activities and more. We enjoyed nearby Sanibel and Captiva. Most of all we could veg out in the Lanai and enjoy the solar heated pool, hot tub and many amenities available in this well maintained home. I would recommend this property to everyone.

Jul 2015As soon as we walked in the front door, we felt relaxed and right at home! We have been vacationing in Cape Coral for a few years and this home has everything we look for when visiting. My husband and I spent most of our time in the pool looking out over canal and the hot tub is wonderful after a long day of sightseeing. The neighborhood is quiet and close to food stores and Walmart. I like how private the lanai feels shaded by the many fruit trees and shrubs. We has such a great time we plan to return in a couple months!! Thank you John!
