Jul 2020We had a phenomenal stay at this house. The house is in great condition and while it’s got an older look to it everything is clean and in great working order. Kitchen is a chef’s paradise and very well stocked. Screened in porch and fire pit provide great areas to relax after a day at the beach. Neighborhood is nice and quiet (due to trees on the property you are also closed off from the road which is great). Highly recommended for families or couples.

Jul 2015We booked this house for 1 week and it was awesome!! Screened porch for relaxing with no bugs, fire pit for s'mores, very clean and cozy. Beds were super comfortable. If you have kids (we did not) they will love it too. Ping pong in the basement, puzzles, games, volleyball net and ball, whiffle balls and bats, boogie boards in the garage (I assume you can borrow), crayons, toys, etc. Just fabulous!! I may rent it again next summer and highly recommend. They told us it would not be stocked (no linens or towels) but our King bed was made (no guarantees in the future though) and plenty of towels. Other renters have left paper towels, tons of toilet paper, coffee filters, tea, spices, etc. check it out before going to the store. Highly recommend!! Enjoy. Thank you to the Owners :)

Aug 2018This house is well maintained and has all amenities. We had a family vacation here and enjoyed the screened in porch, firepit, and well equipped kitchen. Downstairs is a beautiful ping pong table, foosball, and an abundance of toys for younger children to keep occupied during rainy days. The house is clean & bright, and the window a/c units kept up with the August heat. The owners obviously take pride in this house as the exterior has been resided in the recent past and the yard is immaculate. It's in a very nice quiet neighborhood and is convenient to town and beaches.

This is our second year returning to this house, because we loved it so much last year. We have a 2.5 year old and were also traveling with my parents. The house is so well stocked whether it’s in the kitchen, the bathroom, or the basement FULL of toys. We had everything we needed. We love the screened in porch, the fire pit and back lawn for hanging out and the convenient location. The beds are comfortable and the house feels so cozy. We hope to be back next year, too. I gave four stars for cleanliness because the prior guests left a bunch of recycling in the house and stuff in the freezer. The rest of the house was very clean!

We have stayed at this property for 6 years now. Beautiful home in great location. Cape Cod a little quieter this year due to Covid but this home always makes us feel like we are home. Enjoyed the beautiful yard, fire pit. We will be back next year.

We had a really wonderful stay in this home. The house is set back from the road and feels really private. The backyard with the fire pit and the screened in porch were lovely for playing outside with our daughter and enjoying time outside. The house itself was so cozy and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked and we had everything we needed and more. We were traveling with my parents and our toddler and we all felt very happy with the bedrooms, living space, and amenities. <br/><br/>We need not have brought any toys, because this house is a paradise for children! So many toys for kids of all ages. The basement is incredible! <br/><br/>I would definitely stay here again with our family.

Aug 2017Honestly, we had thought to write a bad review so no one would rent this house in the future and we could have our pick of dates. Just couldn't do it. This house was a dream for our little family. Quiet, private and very serene. So well appointed and well stocked with all our kitchen needs as to be a chefs paradise. Anyone with small children will be undone by the number of great toys and activities waiting for their use. Also available are all your beach needs in the way of umbrellas, chairs, floats and boogie boards. A pro quality ping pong table is in the basement awaiting heated family rivalries. A great collection of board games for adults to use in the evening so the blasted TV never has to be on. A bike ride to both nearby lakes for a fresh water dip and neatly located between Orleans and Chatham so you can easily take in their separate charms with convenience. Perfect for two couples and three or four small kids. Just great.
