Wir haben zwei Eckreihenhäuser seit über 20 Jahren besessen und sie haben die beste Lage im Dorf, nur wenige Schritte von den Skipisten und auch dem Village Sport Center. Beide Häuser wurden erweitert und sind die größten Häuser in unmittelbarer Nähe der Skipisten. Es gibt Betten für bis zu neun Personen in 3 Schlafzimmern und sie haben 2-1 / 2 komplett renovierte Bäder. Sie haben auch Kabel-TV sowie Apple TV, DVD-Player und Wi-Fi, Kamin, Gasgrill, mehrere Außenterrassen, moderne Küche und Waschküche. Unser Sportzentrum verfügt über ein modernes Hallenbad und einen Whirlpool sowie Tennisplätze im Innen- und Außenbereich und einen Fitnessraum. Zu den Aktivitäten im Frühling, Sommer und Herbst zählen der CamelBeach Waterpark, Golf, Autorennen, Wandern, Radfahren, Outlet-Shopping, Casino und viele gute Restaurants.<br>Für Sommervermietungen sind beide Häuser voll klimatisiert und der CamelBeach Waterpark bietet alle Arten von Wasserrutschen, Swimmingpools, malerische Sesselliftfahrten, ein Wellenbad, einen Lazy River, Restaurants oben und unten auf dem Berg, Bars im Freien und Grillmöglichkeiten , Essen und Unterhaltung sowie ein Abenteuerpark mit Klettern, Seilrutschen und Bergbahnen. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich viele gute Restaurants, Mikrobrauereien und das Mount Airy Casino. Es gibt auch Factory Outlets und Antiquitätenläden sowie malerische Golfplätze, Wildwasser-Rafting, Autorennen, Reiten, Wander- und Mountainbike-Strecken und ein Einkaufszentrum mit sieben Kinos in der Stroud Mall, etwa 16 km entfernt Fall eines regnerischen Tages.<br>Dies ist wirklich ein familienorientiertes Urlaubsziel für vier Jahreszeiten.<br>

Jan 2022We really enjoyed out stay at Phil’s house. We had a family of 8 people stay - 6 adults and 2 kids, and all felt very comfortable with a lot of space. We enjoyed all having meals together at the long table and watching movies on the large sectional in the living room. You can walk from the house to the slopes, which was very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return!

Feb 2017We have stayed in Camelback Village for a weekend the past 2 years. The location is great for the ski in and ski out. Even the little ones can get right on the trail and ski to the lift. This unit is a little bigger than some of the others we have stayed in. We fit two families with 4 adults and 5 kids, with ease. It is clean, well kept, and has everything you need. We used the pool and spa at the clubhouse twice (the kids loved the pool and the adults loved the hotub!)Phil is fantastic to work with, and is always available. Even though we got in after hours at night, the check in was as smooth as possible. Phil made sure that security at the guardhouse had all of our info, and we were directed right to the unit.Will definately try to stay here again!

Mar 2021We enjoyed our stay ! Lots of room, separation from kids , nice big table to eat with everyone. The kids could come down the novice slope and half way down come into the parking lot for the place , super convenient! Parking right out front of the condo was nice.Will definitely stay again. Mar 2015This home was very well kept and spacious for a big group. We had 7 people, but could easily fit 9-10. Very large living room with nice bedrooms and showers. The best part is it is seconds away from the slopes of Camelback mountain. It was a great experience being able to go in and out of the house during our time at the mountain. Phil was very easy to work the process was extremely simple!Thank you for a great weekend, Phil!

He provided us w/ all the needed information in a timely manner and was very honest about the house. We've stayed at numerous places in The Villages, and unit 53 was by far the cleanest we've seen. The bathrooms were recently renovated, and we loved the (small) separate dining room. Proximity to the mountain was perfect. It was less than a minute walk to the slope. We were also very close to the clubhouse, however we did not utilize the clubhouse at all. Overall experience was great, and we will definitely rent here again. Thanks Phil!
