Mar 2019What a perfect home for multiple families. The 2 master suites with king beds is just what we needed. Location was perfect, home was very clean and well equipped. We were fortunate to have been in Breck during the snowiest March on record! Man, did we enjoy it!

They ask for shoes to removed at the entrances, and i think this was a great request to help keep the condo clean and showed they really cared about the house. The kitchen was fully stocked as with COVID we cooked nightly instead of dining out. The parking was a little tight, but we made it all work. The heated garage was night for ski storage and one parked car. WIFI was fast and great for working, and the kids enjoyed the TV offerings. We used the washer and dryer frequently to wash hot tub towels and clothes. The onsite hot tub was great that you didn't have to pack up to walk or drive to a community hot tub. Great property to stay at and call home for a vacation, i would highly recommend.

Jan 2020We loved renting this condo for the week between Christmas and New Years! We were two families- 4 adults and 4 kids and we had plenty of room. It is located right by the Nordic Center and the bus stop to the slopes is just down the street.
When we arrived there was a welcome note and a bottle of wine! The owners left clear instructions on how to operate everything and we had no issues while we were there. We loved the hot tub and it is very conveniently located right off the main floor.
We would highly recommend this condo as an excellent place to stay if you are visiting Breckenridge!!

Feb 2020We had a wonderful long weekend and we were so appreciative of the thoughtfulness and attention to detail in the amenities and supplies found in the home. Being right next door to the cross country ski/snowshoe trials at the Nordic Center was an expected bonus...even live music in the afternoon! Two shuttle stops from the base, which gave our 13/14 year old a lot of independence to come and go during the day. At certain times of the day the road noise behind the house picks up but not enough to matter to us. Loved our stay and would definitely rent again.

Feb 2020We couldn’t have had a better time at the property. Everything was as stated in the listing and it was even nicer than the pictures showed. I loved that it was only a few hundred feet from the closest mountain bus stop. We were lucky to get a ton of snow while we were there. Our only negative experience was that the next door renters did not abide by the 2 car rule and we were left blocked in for most of the weekend. But that can’t be blamed on the owners.
I would definitely recommend and hope to get up to this property again sometime.

Aug 2018Very nice, well appointed condo. Very quick response by owners when we had questions, etc. Hiking was close by which was wonderful.
The only downside was that it was right next to a loud and noisy road.
Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

Aug 2021This house was wonderful...just as pictured. Only info that should be included is that it backs up to Ski Hill Road, which is a heavily traveled road up to Peak 8. Master bedroom and living/dining, and deck with spa face the road, so it is noisy starting early in the day. Roland was responsive and helpful when we needed him. Awesome being so close to the Nordic Center and those trails.

Apr 2021The house was perfect for us. My husband and I with our son, daughter in law, and two granddaughters could not have been more comfortable. It is spacious and welcoming. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to eat in or it is only 5 minutes from downtown Breckenridge if you prefer to try the local cuisine. The owner is very responsive and knowledgeable of the local area. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay in Breckenridge for families or groups. It would comfortably accommodate 8 people without feeling crowded.

The owner is very responsive and knowledgeable of the local area. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay in Breckenridge for families or groups. It would comfortably accommodate 8 people without feeling crowded.

Mar 2018The home was very nice with two master suites on two levels. Having the garage to store ski's and boots was much more convenient than dealing with lockers at other places I have stayed. A short walk to the shuttle bus pickup/drop-off. Roland was very quick to answer any questions.

The condo was excellent except for some trash that was left on the deck around the Jacuzzi and the kitchen could use some reorganizing to better find things. Everything else was perfect. Mar 2019Our group absolutely loved the property. The place was in great condition with all necessary accommodations being made. The bus to the ski lifts are just a short walk. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of skiing. The hosts were responsive with questions. Would stay again 10/10.

Sep 2018Our family met in Colorado for a week this summer and stayed at Slopeside. We had four couples with three boys under three years old. We loved our time and thought it was the perfect location for our family. We could be together when we wanted but didn't have to have every nap exactly synced because there were options for everyone to do what they wanted - when they wanted! At night we put the boys down and spent time in the hot tub which was a huge bonus! Working with the owner was great as well! We felt supported in all our needs. We will cherish this memory forever and highly recommend Slopeside!

Jul 2018Great accommodations! Loved the clean, functioning hot tub. The owner was easily contacted with any concerns. The only small downside was the road noise but it died down when we were sleeping.

Aug 2021First off, the owners were really cordial on messages and we felt we had a good property. It is the disconnect of what was listed vs. what was actually there. For a group of 8, the kitchen did not have cups or plates enough to manage and a lot of the dishes were chipped or cooking utensils where so run down, it didn't feel safe to cook in those non stick utensils. Given the amount of money being charged and what the online description had in number of beds available, in reality, a full queen bed and a twin bed was missing and when we contacted the owners, they said that maybe somethings went missing during remodelling.
