Jul 2016We just got back a week ago from staying in this property while our daughters competed in a national dance competition in Hyannis. This property looked great in the pictures and is even better in person. The landscaping is beautiful with a nice private back yard. There is a great paved walking trail that winds through the public golf course just a block away. the rooms are a good size and there were fans in each one to keep them cool at night. The location is great - only 15 minutes to downtown Hyannis. There is also a grocery store, cvs and package store less than 5 minutes away. Town beaches were just minutes away. Sea Gull Beach was beautiful. The owner provided a lot of great info about local beaches and restaurants. We were very happy with all of his recommendations. I really appreciated that our security deposit was refunded within days of our returning home. Plan on renting here again if our dance team returns to Cape Cod.

Aug 2022Very charming property with all we neededfor our family of six. Grandparents and family of four with 4 and 6 year olds. Enjoyed the private backyard, bike path, and warm sound side beaches close by.

Aug 2021The lovely deck and fenced backyard were perfect for toddlers as well as adults that needed to be home early to get kids to bed. Walk to playground, rail trail. Central to both north and south beaches, quiet street. Clean, updated, many beds and very accessible host. A great place to stay.

Aug 2020The location of this property was excellent. We got a Yarmouth beach pass for the week and we were able to access multiple beaches within 10 minutes or less. Lots of shops and restaurant options near by. The bedroom set up worked very well for our family and friends. The back yard and over all outdoor space is beautiful and worked really well for kids. The owner, Jeff, was really responsive when we had questions. Having laundry on the property was huge when traveling with young kids. Overall it was a great experience.

Jul 2022The home is a great location for beach hopping and close to Main st Hyannis for shopping/ dining. There was more than enough space for our family of four. The home was clean and well-maintained. The landscaping was very well-kept also. Jeff provided a significant amount of information leading up to the trip, and was easy to communicate with during. Very happy with our stay.

Aug 2019The first thing I noticed was the beautiful and immaculately kept landscaping. Lucky for us the hydrangeas were in full bloom! My daughter and I felt immediately at home in this well appointed and tastefully decorated home. Clean and spacious, it was an eclectic mix of painted antique furniture with some beachy nautical accents, perfect for the cape. We were grateful to have comfy couches for our down time in the living room! The kitchen had everything we needed although we ate at nearby restaurants frequently. The location was perfect and it was a short drive to beautiful beaches in either direction. Beds were comfortable and we slept well as the neighborhood was quiet. And bless the central a/c! The outdoor shower was bliss! We hope to return. Jeffrey was one of the kindest and most responsive hosts we have ever experienced. Grateful.
