Jan 2021We stayed here for 4 nights, and dealing with Brett was great, he got back to us with any queries almost straight away. The house is fab for a large group (we had 4 couples), although we found the water a problem when using both showers! The outdoor area is fantastic!

Mar 2020We stayed for a week at this property. While the immediate neighbourhood is not so pleasing on the eye, the larger view is nice and the location is great. Facilities quite OK.

Sep 2022We jad a great time despite the weather and a small hiccup with the combination lock on gate to get in. The house was well set up, lovely bathroom and rooms all a good size. Would be ideal in summer for a n AL fresco summer occasion with family and or friends

Aug 2020Was a perfect spot for family get together, the outdoor area was amazing, would be an ideal summer destination, very private, conveniently located.
Someone else pointed out the direct neighbour is a bit of an eye sore, but honestly didn’t matter in the slightest as you’re so private, nice outlook up the hills from the deck area. Would go back for sure.

Apr 2018This was a perfect set up for the 8 of us that stayed. The deck, pizza oven & BBQ make this a very easy place to enjoy.
Rooms were big enough and the place was clean.
The "junkyard" wasn't at all visible unless you were looking for it.
This was just an excellent and enjoyable stay for us. Will book again and have already recommended it to a friend.

Sep 2019This bach was the perfect place for our small group of four ladies on a wine tour weekend. Centrally located and right on the bus route it was perfect. Communication with the owner was easy and it was nice that they came and fixed the TV so that we could watch the All Blacks first World Cup match. The deck was a fantastic sun trap and very private from the road.

Nov 2020The surrounding area, was a little worrying, when we first arrived. But, as soon as we walked through the gate, all worries were gone. What a great place! Excellent outdoor living & indoors spacious & comfortable. I can highly recommend & will probably stay there again.

Feb 2018The property was really nice. It was spacious and all new looking and in good order. The blue tooth speakers out on the deck area were a really good touch. Thank you!

Jan 2022The location of the property was between an old run down residence and a motor vehicle scrap yard. The house was only surface clean and needs a deep clean. The patio area and furniture were very dirty and the council bin was smelly and full of rubbish. We ran out of gas on day 4 and therefore had no hot water for a day and a half. The gas bottle from the bbq was then used for the hot water so we could not bbq on day 6. We had a super friendly cat arrive but the poor thing was flea ridden and starved, so we fed and flea treated her for the entire stay. So overall a disappointing experience.

Mar 2018The house itself is lovely and clean and has an amazing outdoor entertainment area, however, the location was offputting being next to a caryard wtih disposed old broken and rusty cars. The house is on top of a business that had no off-street/secure parking for boats/jetskis etc. Nowhere in the ad did it mention any of these which was a surprise when we arrived. Also a blind in the main room would be beneficial too.

Feb 2020Kids were eaten alive by mosquitos in their rooms,(none outside) crumbs in one bed, potato chips and popcorn in the couch cushions which we found only due to a missing kindle, spider webs all over, sand in the showers, and dirty outdoor sink.
Neighborhood leaves a lot to be desired.
Close to some nice wineries. Convenient to ferry.
Would not recommend staying here.

Aug 2020I booked this property for our civil crew that have been installing power ducts to the Waiheke Bus Depot. Working in Ostend Road so property was a good location. Very clean and tidy and lots of space - the guys spent most of the time on the covered deck. thanks

Sep 2019Great indoor/outdoor spaces for cooking and socialising - clean and tidy. Good carparking spaces and handy to amenities on the Island. Host was friendly and helpful. Only negative was that the mattresses were too hard - but overall a great place to stay. Would recommend.

Mar 2019Close to everything, I was driving but I did spot a bus stop right on the corner which would be very easy to use also. Property was secure for children. Coffee machine, washing machine and bbq all very useful. Owner was happy to help when contacted will definitely stay again.
