Jul 2021We throughly enjoyed our stay, the kids absolutely loved the backyard and room to run around. Us adults loved the homely Bach feel , back to enjoying all company without the bustle of wifi and devices! We will definitely be back!! Thank you for having us!

Apr 2021We stayed for one night and it’s neat little place. Beautiful spot, quiet and so close to the lake. Everything well provided and as per the listing, it’s a basic kiwi style Bach. However the mattresses have seen better days and this might be something to consider upgrading in the future. Thank you for having us.

Aug 2021We had a comfortable 2 day stay at the bach. I went fishing and my wife and a friend enjoyed exploring the walks and the local cafe. Proximity to the river and the lake make this ideal for a short break

Jan 2020Walking distance to nice lake swimming spot. Private back section, good for spike ball! Everything we needed in the two bedroom bach. Awesome BBQ and outdoor furniture for meals outside on a summer evening.

Feb 2022This unspoilt little Bach is pretty original which is what makes it so charming in a beautiful quiet location with 2 minute walk down to the lake for a swim. Such a privilege to be able to share what seems to be a much loved family holiday spot.

Jul 2019This is an old small but decent bach, its handy that they have everything needed for a short stay. Wonderful very quiet location with a view of icy mountain top. Staff are amazing. Will definitely come back .

May 2022Our stay at the property was based around breaking up our trip from one part of the country to another Great to be able to run the dogs down the beach.The children loved the back yard and exploring the local walking tracks.Would be a great base for a longer stay, for a holiday ant time of year.Cosy and warm.
