Wir sind innerhalb von 5 Meilen von Walmart Town Center Mall, Target, Restaurants und Kennesaw Mountain. Sehenswürdigkeiten gehören Kennesaw Civil War Battlefield, das Big Chicken, White Water und Lake Allatoona.

Aug 2019Where do I start? How about with the first conversation that I had with Kim! She was so pleasantly welcoming & she even offered surrounding enjoyment. The suite was immaculately clean & gorgeously decorated. The amenities were very convenient & the location was close close to just about anything one could desire. The privacy was unmatched & we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was so much better than a hotel room & I will be looking into this very same location should I need a place to comfortably rest my achy bones 😁! Thank you could never completely express our appreciation! So for now, thank you so much, Kim & Bill! If the world had more stays like this one, well... what hotel/motel?!! They would surely be out of business! Stay blessed, loves! Although it's just business, you're making the world a better place, one stay at a time ❤

May 2021We needed a place to stay in order to visit friends and relatives in GA on our way to FL from CO. This property was perfect. It's located in a nice neighborhood. Feb 2020This was a perfect suite for my husband and myself. The room was fresh, clean, comfortable and well prepared for our stay. They property owners provided excellent check in/out instructions. We would definitely recommend.

Jul 2019This was a great alternative to pricey hotel room, it was quiet and cozy. Would have been nice to have a microwave and hair dryer but otherwise it was great. Bed is a little small for two people but it was great for one. The wifi worked the first couple of days but not the last couple of days. Parking was on the street. This is way better than a hotel, plenty of room, air conditioner worked great, and it was quiet. I am sure I will be back. Thanks Kim and Bill.

May 2021This VRBO is in a beautiful neighborhood. No busy traffic, just the simple sounds of birds chirping. Only minutes from Downtown Woodstock! I would definitely stay here again in the future. Everything was clean, quiet, and had all the amenities we needed for our stay! Thank you Bill and Kim!

May 2020This property was exactly what me and my boyfriend were looking for to get away for the weekend. It is smaller that I thought from the pictures, but it was still very comfortable and great fit for us. We did not get the chance to meet the owners because we checked in so late, but they gave us a code in advance and made it very convenient.

Nov 2019This property has outstanding customer service as far as communications go. Kim is always so warm and helpful. Our first stay was amazing and overall more comfortable than hotels. The second time was just as wonderful outside of the place smelling like dogs and pet hair being all over. I read a recent review which revealed why that was. Previous guests had two "fur babies" join them on their stay and that answered all questions. Other than that minor infraction the stay was lovely.

Apr 2022This is our second stay to visit relatives & friends on our way to vacationing in FL. It was perfect for our needs & SO much better than a motel! It was clean, quiet & private. The owners were so friendly too. We will definitely be back.

Sep 2019The space was as it’s pictured and was just enough for us. For what you pay, it’s a great location and private bedroom/bath that have ease of access in a beautiful area. If you prefer a cozy place to stay to a hotel, this is a good option. The only heads up is that the bedroom smelled strongly of pet urine, likely been in the carpet for a while. It’s stifling when you first arrive as the window AC is in the bedroom and the door was closed. This wasn’t a problem for us once we aired it out a little, but an ammonia smell was prevalent. As pet owners, we understand that pet friendly accommodations may have more of an odor, but my home and anywhere I have stayed has never had such a pungent odor. If you have a sensitive nose, It might be too much for you.

May 2022My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Bill & Kim’s property. It was our first time staying in a shared home, but we were comforted by the fact we had our own separate entrance. The space was clean, and the hosts provided extra amenities. It was relatively quiet during our stay. We could hear their television, but that’s to be expected when you share a home with someone. Closing the door to the bedroom drowned it out. It can get quite warm at night, so definitely utilize their air conditioning. We had to set it to 66 for relief, although we normally keep our house at 71. I did compliment and thank the hosts a couple times for the hospitality, and surprisingly never got a response back, even after checking out, but that didn’t impact our stay. The guest book and being able to see where other people travel in from was a nice touch. We would stay here again if we’re ever in the area.

Aug 2019My fiancé and our two fur babies, stayed here for a staycation while we were having some major renovations. I can’t remember the last time I slept so good while away from home. The neighborhood was so quiet and the neighbors where friendly. The unit was adorable and clean. We loved our stay. Bill and Kim always got right back to us with any questions we may have had.

May 2020Let’s start with the positive...the room was clean and the bed is comfortable. Now for the weird part... this is an office, bathroom and bedroom in the back of a family’s garage connected to their home. Access is obtained by going through the owner’s personal garage filled with their personal things. They provide a key for the room but have access through a door we had no ability to lock. To add to the awkward access, the homeowners are quiet loud and up late into the evening talking and singing just on the other side of the door and pounding on projects in the garage just on the other side of the wall.

Jul 2019I was looking for a quiet, comfortable place for a personal retreat and this fit the bill. Everything was very neat, clean and home-like. It was nice to know there was a porch and fire pit available, although I didn’t end up using them. The owners were very kind and helpful and also respected my space. The price was very reasonable. Only other comments I could make is I thought I’d be able to walk to the private lake in the neighborhood (or maybe have a view of the water) but this was only my assumption...it was never stated in the description. Overall, would highly recommend!

Jul 2019If I could give 4.75 stars, I would. The property is exactly as described, there were no surprises. It is certainly a very affordable alternative to staying in a hotel. My one and only complaint would be that the TV is ancient. Other than that, The Suite was a lovely, nicely decorated, and comfortable space.
