Oct 2021The property was in a good neighborhood and close to Highway one and David. All the appliances worked but the cookware needs replaced. The pictures are old and don't represent the property now. The Tankless hot water heater was not even hooked up. Looked like it had leaked all down the wall and needs replaced. Hope you like cold showers. There were water leaks in the Living room and Kitchen and when it rained water pored right through. The Air Conditioner in the Living room had the drain clogged up and was running water all in the floor. The neighbor unclogged it when shown what was happening. The contact was Alejandro who responded quickly to all messages but when informed about the hot water heater and leaks he didn't contact the owner but tried to put his responsibility on me to contact the owner. Needs to do his job.
