Das Pooldeck ist mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten, Liegestühlen und Tischen ausgestattet, die jeder nutzen kann, damit Sie Ihren Urlaub genießen und entspannen können. Jul 2019You can not go wrong choosing this villa for your vacation. Owners were wonderful to work with. The location was perfect, very close to Disney, grocery stores, and restaurants. The house was on a large lot and was very private, the lake in the back was very peaceful, and we enjoyed many mornings and nights just sitting outside. The internet was very quick and easy to sign into. You can not go wrong booking this Villa

Apr 2020When our spring break plans had to be canceled due to the Coronavirus we found this beautiful house with a private pool so our family could still enjoy the warm weather but also stay in a private safe place. The owner was wonderful to work with answering all our questions before arriving and also responding to questions while we were there. The house and pool area were perfect and exactly like they were pictured. All day sunshine over the pool was great for long days at home. Close proximity to the grocery store and restaurants allowed us to have groceries and a couple dinners delivered. We would definitely come back again and hopefully next time get to enjoy the area more. Thank you for saving our spring break.

Oct 2022We were lucky enough to be able to go on a vacation with some friends to do Disney and this house was perfect! The pictures are 100% accurate, the owners (managers?) were wonderful to work with, and the house had everything we needed. Hurricane Ian had passed thru the previous week and the house did have some minimal damage to a gate hiding the trash cans and the outdoor shade screen. Neither created any issue what so ever for us but the fence was repaired before we arrived and the shade screen was fixed within the first 3 days! We never even saw anyone there fixing it! Amazing! This booking deserves every 5 star rating it has! It was a pleasure to book here and I hope next year this spot is available when I need them.

Aug 2019We’ve stayed at many villa’s in the Kissimmee area and this is by far the best we have rented.
The villa is of a high spec, clean and spacious. The view from the pool area is gorgeous and you really are only 5 minutes from Animal Kingdom. The whole estate is beautifully maintained and very quiet.
The new Walmart store is only a few minutes away by car and there are a range of restaurants close by on the 192.
Highly recommended and I’m sure we will return.

Feb 2020We spent 53 nights in this lovely vacation home, and had a wonderful time in the surrounding Formosa Garden neighborhood. There are so many restaurants close by, and access to the Disney parks and beautiful town of Celebration is so convenient.
The check-in process was very easy with Kerri’s concise and helpful instructions in advance.
The home was very clean, the kitchen perfectly outfitted, and the family room/tv area was relaxing and comfortable. The furnishing throughout was terrific.
Even with all that, our favorite spot was the pool, jacuzzi and outside screened-in pool-deck/lanai where we spent so much of our time enjoying the heated pool and lake view!
We only had to call for maintenance one time to replace a fan/light battery on the lanai and they responded the same day!
Our only regret is we waited too long to re-book for next year, and 2 of our weeks were already taken. Very sad to leave this perfect vacation paradise!

Jun 2021We LOVED this rental. I cannot say enough good things about the owners who were great to work with throughout! The house was immaculate and just as it was pictured. Our kids loved the pool! We loved the kitchen, grill and how clean everything was. We also loved the location. Far enough to give us a break from Disney but close enough to get us to and from the parks quickly on the days we were visiting those!
We would definitely book this property again :)

Jul 2022We have stayed at places where pictures are not the same as reality. This was not the case! Clean, room for everyone, fun spaces in garage, backyard and awesome sofas in living room. Had a slight malfunction on the coffee pot and helped showed up a few hours later. Loved our stay and plan to stay again! Thank you!

Jul 2020We had such an amazing time. The kids love the pool and the recliner chairs. Kitchen was very well stocked. One thing I will change is the carpets.

The home was very clean, and had more than enough room to accommodate my family. The pool was very nice to have after a long day at the park. Dec 2021We had 7 adults and 1 teenager in our group. It was amazing to have 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with the center of the house for gathering together. The pool was also amazing. We got to watch fireworks every night from the pool. Kerri was very quick to respond to my questions and helpful with everything.

We made use of the pool, hot tub and game room nearly every night and appreciated the ample outdoor seating as well as the view of the lake (and fireworks!) It was nice to have the basket of pool towels for use. We had no need to contact the property manager but there was plenty of information from them as well. Todd and Kerri were wonderful hosts in an area we already love. We would stay here again without a doubt! Thank you for sharing your beautiful vacation home.

Jan 2021We are a huge Disney family and have been bringing our kids since they were toddlers and are now 19, 21 and 24. We also had our daughters fiance with us. This villa is perfect. We paid to heat the pool/spa and it was worth. Spent a few evenings here as well as a midday break on one of our park days. The pool/spa area is amazing and the spa quickly heats to the desired temperature once the jets are turned on. The house itself is great. Clean, plenty of room and just a great place to unwind after a long, exhausting day at the park. The total cost is a fraction of what we would have spent to stay on property with 1/3 of the space. We didn't have time to enjoy the game room in the garage but is a great option to have. Would highly recommend this property.

The pool area is stunning and with an excellent alarm system preventing ‘escapees’. Very well positioned for all the Disney parks. If we return to Orlando would certainly book again

Mar 2020This was our first vacation home rental after staying at Kissimmee-area resorts for years, and we were thrilled with our decision. The home was incredibly well-outfitted with everything we needed. Instructions were well laid out and easy to follow. Called the property manger for one minor issue and they responded in-person the same day - even though it turned out to be operator error on our part :)
Our favourite part of the home was the pool area. Kids spent the majority of the time there. Pool furniture is plentiful and high quality and shade or sun is available at any time of day with a little maneuvering.
Overall, an absolutely great experience.

Aug 2019This was my first experience with a VRBO instead of an upscale theme park resort. Needless to say, I made the right choice. The owner not only was accommodating to what my family needed, but answered emails and questions, while on their own vacation, with typical responses happening within an hour. Amazing.
The pool, deck area is incredible with a great view of the lake. All of the bedrooms, bathrooms were large and beautiful with ample space for multiple families but still cozy enough for people with just a few.
I could get to Universal/Sea World in 20-25 minutes and I could get to Disney in about 5 Minutes depending on traffic. Everything is close by and getting any needed supplies from Walmart, Publix is within 2-3 minutes away.
The property is quiet, secluded and a great place to unwind after a long day at the parks. If you are bringing kids through the theme parks or just want an escape from the crowds, this is the place for you. Staying here will make your Theme Park experience even better.
If there is one fault I could find it is that the owner sold the place short as it is far better than it is described. 11/10

Jul 2021This was my first experience renting a vacation home instead of staying on Disney property. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely rent again. The house was clean and having my own pool to come back to after a day at the Disney parks was amazing. I even times it just right one of the nights and watched the fireworks from the hot tub.

Oct 2020This was a great home with a beautiful view from the pool area. The home has everything you could want on a vacation. The only issue we had was some other renters in the area were very loud very late into the night. I don't think there is anything that the owner can do about that. My family would definitely stay here again.
