Value for money considering it's the school holidays in Autumn when accommodations are usually booked out. Bonus: kids loved the kangaroos (evening)and cows (morning) grazing on land next door

Jul 2022This house is so cold. The fire and aircon keep the kitchen area warm but the living area and 3/4 of the bedrooms were freezing. We had to purchase our own heaters in town. The bath had not been cleaned. The owner turned up unannounced. Nice area but wouldn’t stay here again or deal with the property manager.

Also mobile phone reception is perfect In this location compared to other places in Myrtleford (full 4 bars of 4g all the time) we have stayed at many places and always find reception to be an issue however here is was like we were in Melbourne, cannot fault it!

This property has plenty of room (up to 10 guests).
We thoroughly enjoyed engaging in conversation and some board games.
Kim the owner is an absolute dream to communicate with.
It is central to visit Beechworth; King Valley; Milawa (Brown Brothers and great produce stores)
Myrtleford township is close to get those supplies for lunch or dinner or visit The Butter Factory for Tea great service reasonable prices.
