Jul 2019We really enjoyed our stay in Falmouth. The owners were great! They were in touch with us to make sure all our needs were met. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we could have needed or wanted for our stay. We fell in love with Massachusetts and would definitely come back and stay here again!

Sep 2019We had a very nice time on the cape and the home was well appointed. The one thing that surprised us (just a bit) was the need to have our linens washed and dried and put away before we left. Of course, we have never stayed on the cape before, so this might be very customary for the area. Overall we had a delightful time and would definitely rent again! Lovely home and everything we needed was provided. Great communication by the owners as well. Thank you!!

We took the 4 grandkids for our second get- away and needed rooms for two girls and two boys - this was perfect. Two baths - one being the master and a den where the silliness was kept to a corner of the house. Ping pong in the basement where a 7 year old took on her 9 year old cousin and held her own. Lovely beaches close by where the nets were used for bringing in small jellyfish( watch out - they can sting) and digging in the sand for small swimming holes. All in all we got to relax, re-charge and hang out for a couple days away from home. All good and would definitely consider another visit. Thank you to the hosts for a great get away with everything needed to make it feel like home.

Aug 2018We enjoyed our stay at your home. It was perfect for us and our daughter's family as the neighborhood feels safe and child friendly. Loved having access to both the beach and pool within minutes. We had everything we needed in the home to make for a great vacation. So close to Falmouth and a wonderful ride along the beach there (thankfully as Teaticket can be challenging during the day). The owners provided quick to our early questions throughout.

Jul 2020We absolutely loved our stay at Mary and Dan’s home. The house was extremely well-appointed with ample supplies, very comfortable beds, and beautiful furnishings and decorations. The kids loved the ping-pong table in the basement, and we appreciated having beach blankets and bicycles available for use. The deck was a lovely place to have a meal, and having a gas grill to use was a wonderful added touch. You can not beat the location - it was easy to get to all of the public beaches that are open right now to non-residents (Old Silver, Menauhant, and Surf Drive) as well as the Island Queen ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. We will definitely be back - thanks for a great experience!

Oct 2019This house more than lived up to it's description and was even nicer inside than what the pictures could convey. The living room area was set up for easy visiting with nice new comfortable couches with plenty of room. The smaller sitting area on the other side of the kitchen was a nice place to have a bit of quiet time that felt almost like sitting outdoors. The house was bright and airy and the kitchen was well-stocked with cookware and kitchen gadgets and some basic cooking spices, etc.
Everything was very clean, which means a lot -- after doing these sorts of rentals for many years, we've had a variety of experiences in that arena, and this was immaculate.
We were there in the fall, and it was a bit chilly, so we didn't really use the deck but it was very spacious with plenty of seating, so I imagine it would be perfect for summertime use.
The beds and pillows were very comfortable and clean and seemed pretty new. (Bed linens and towels are available, but they need to be laundered before departure, so plan your time accordingly on your last day, or bring your own to take home to wash)
The owners were very easy to deal with in setting up our stay and answered my questions promptly. (We had no issues at the house so there was no need to contact them during the stay.)
We were there for our annual ladies' weekend and had a great time. All in all a great place that I would definitely recommend.

Sep 2022The place is immaculate. Clean, plenty of space, great location. Technically stayed during the "off season" but would love to come back to enjoy a weeks worth of what the cape has to offer in the summer.

Jun 2020The other reviews are right. Pictures don’t do this home justice. Freshly painted, very clean and a lovely back yard with grill. Plus it was very easy working with the owners, very responsive.

There were enough dishes, glasses and cooking ware to last several days. The location is perfect for beach or town. Our stay could not have been better.

Jul 2019My parents stayed for a week in Dan and Mary’s home and they loved it! It was a relaxing week in a home that had it all. The home was very clean and newly remodeled. It had everything you would need for a comfortable week. The kitchen was well stocked with essential items. There is a beautiful back deck that can accommodate many guests. We enjoyed having Lobsters on the back deck! After a day at the beach we loved having the pool and tennis courts right in the neighborhood. The owners Dan and Mary were very accommodating, and promptly answered all of our questions. They go above and beyond, and my parents are renting this home again next year.

Sep 2018My husband and I plus our daughter and her family spent a long weekend here. We were all impressed with the house and the neighborhood. The house has everything and much to our granddaughters delight, an outside shower. The house is extremely comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped.
Our only suggestion would be a list of local recommended restaurants, location of closest supermarket and perhaps a local map.
We all agreed that we would highly recommend this property.

Jun 2020My family and I wanted to get away for a little bit and relax yet still feel safe with everything going on. Dan and Mary’s place was perfect for that! Upon entering the home, you could tell that the place is well taken care of and super clean. It had everything we needed; well stocked and felt like home. The kids had a great time with the games and tour provided and didn’t want to leave. My husband and I enjoyed the front porch and back deck. Close to beaches, food, shopping etc. I had many questions since I have never visited Cape Cod and all of my questions were answered quickly. We are already talking about when we can return! Thank you for everything!

May 2019Me and my friends family spent a long weekend here. We all liked the house and the neighborhood there. It is very close to the island queen ferry to Martha vineyard and the beaches there in falmouth. Also it is very close to some retail stores and restaurants. It has almost everything you would need (including grill, beach buckets, beach balls, bicycles, board games, puzzles, children movies, cable tv, washer, dryer, air conditioning). Beds were comfortable to sleep. It has a nice outside deck. Our kids had a great time in this house. Overall, I would recommend this property.

Aug 2020Mary and Dan are wonderful hosts and have a beautiful house! It is better than the pictures. The location is excellent. Less than 10 min to many beaches and grocery stores. The layout was great for our family of 5. We paid the weekly fee to use the Great Harbor community pool which made our stay even more fun. We would stay here again.

Sep 2022Dan & Mary's house was perfect for us. Well appointed, clean, relatively spacious, with a large back porch and backyard. It checked all the requirements we have for a Falmouth vacation - this is the 4th house we've rented in Falmouth and is perfect for our family. They were great hosts, answered questions quickly, and had lots of good kid supplies. We were there with our three kids (under 6) and they had lots of games, books, outdoor toys, and sand toys, as well as bikes and a ping pong table. We'll definitely be going back.
