Feb 2016We really enjoyed our stay here. It is in an excellent location, great view, yet very close to seafront. Very clean property, well furnished and professionally managed. Would definately return.

Mar 2019We had such a lovely week in Russell. We loved being up on the hillside with view out over the harbor. It was such a great location to walk down to town or up and over the hill to Long Beach. We enjoyed the cottage itself too. Really a gem.

Jun 2013We had a lovely time at Te Manaaki Villa. So nice and relaxing, with amazing views over the bay. The villa is very comfortable, with lots of little thoughtful touches to make guests' stays enjoyable. We hope to return again!

Dec 2019This is an excellent place to go to as a couple for time out. A highlight is to sit on the deck with a glass of something cold, while enjoying the views over the harbour with the coming and going of ferries and small boats.
Location is also excellent, being close to the township and long beach. we recommend this batch highly.

Jan 2020The bach is in a great location and features an amazing view of the water. A quick walk down to the shops, supermarket and water. The property was very clean and tidy and provided everything we needed. It has airconditioning for the hot months and extra blankets for the cold.

Aug 2019Thank you Lesley for your lovely welcome, help and advice (Lesley will always check if you are OK if she meets you in the local pub!!). What a wonderful place. Everything is to an extremely high standard. Very comfortable, lots of little extras and the view and the location is so romantic. We stayed for a few nights in the winter and just did not want to leave this cosy Villa. However, as everything is so nearby, we obviously did, but it was such a lovely place to come home to. To the next visitors..... Enjoy!

The house was perfect for our needs, and we even grilled up some lamb one night. Couldn't have asked for a better spot to land in the Bay of Isles.
