This was the perfect place for a quick get-away! The lake view and sunset were absolutely beautiful. The deck is in the shade all day, so we lived out there;) Barb communicated well and we will definitely be going back.

This was our 3rd stay at this house and it was as nice as ever with some remodeling Roomy enough to accommodate a couple local family and friends joining is for dinners and BBQ. Also enjoyed some great weather and sitting on the porch for sunset views overlooking the lake and Toronto. Hope to come back again next year

This was a really good stay! The house is so big and has plenty of space for everyone. Huge deck spaces for ultimate outdoor fun! A really nice fire pit and plenty of grilling and kitchen space. Bathrooms and bedrooms are nice and clean. I highly recommend for people looking to stay in the Niagara Falls/Youngstown area. Thanks Barb and Rich.

This property was clean and cozy with an open concept and comfortable beds. The covered deck overlooking the lake is spectacular! The weather was chili and rainy, but the three of us sisters enjoyed ourselves regardless. We did have one evening with a fabulous sunset, too beautiful to be captured in a photo. We had everything we needed to prepare our meals, but next time, we might try Ray's Tavern which is a short walk down the road. We didn't get to meet Rich and Barb but they assured us we could call on them for any needs. We stayed June 21, 22 and 23 2018. This place was absolutely beautiful. The house was clean, comfy, roomy, and very cute. The view of the lake was spectacular from the house and outside. It’s such a great place to go for a relaxing time. Communication with Rich and Barb was also very easy.

This lake house is my absolute favorite place to be. The owners are wonderful people and great to deal with. The area is nice because there are things to do without having to drive too far. This year we rented both side of the house which easily accommodated 12 people. There was enough room to spread out and enjoy ourselves. Rich and Barb have done a great job adapting their property after the weather "modified" their shoreline. It's so beautiful. We will be back next summer and the next and the next.......

the view was beautiful however the house needs some TLC. The sofas recliners were broken and the deck needed cleaned & some better porch furniture.

The property was beautiful and the views spectacular! The house is older with older furnishings, but it was very clean inside. It would have been nice to have a couple of chaise lounges on the deck to enjoy the great breezes and views while kicking your feet up and maybe a little nap! :)

The house is in a perfect location. Sitting out on the back deck overlooking Lake Ontario could not have been any more beautiful. Location to Wilson and to Buffalo where we go fishing was right where we wanted. Enjoyed our stay.

The house and location were just perfect for our family get together! There are plenty of rooms for the teenagers to get away from the adults if they want! Our campfire evening was a real delight.

My husband and I stayed with our four children ages 3-9 for a few nights. We had a wonderful time. House is beautifully set right next to Lake Ontario and the kids loved playing on the private beach area. Also very close to Niagara Falls and many other attractions. Would definitely return!

My friends and I had a wonderful girls weekend! Lots of privacy, true to description, and a great getaway.

My family and I had a wonderful time at the lake house. The sunsets are breathtaking, the private beach area is fantastic, the restaurant across the street was delicious, and we even watched dozens of skydivers take a leap of faith from the side yard! The only downside was the bugs, however that comes with the season, and using the porch door at night could result in a swarm inside(it did for us 😳). While we never met in person, the owners were very easy to get a hold of and answered our questions quickly. We would rent again in a heartbeat, the entire family (3 years and up) had a fantastic time!

I want to share how wonderful and thoughtful these hosts are. Rich and Barb were very kind, helpful and went out of the way, even to the point of driving 30 minutes to return our laptop that we forgot at the house . I was truly touched and grateful. Amazing hosts!

Great secluded location with lots of privacy yet still adjacent to local amenities

Great place for the family to relax after spending time out and about.

Goldenrod, purple asters, changing leaves, wind and waves, beautiful skies...our long weekend at the lake in the fall was a special treat! We really enjoyed bicycling on the country roads and along Lake Ontario, the Niagara River and the local state parks into Lewiston. Hosts Barb and Richard are very responsive and welcoming, and the house is accommodating and comfortable for a larger group. Lakeside deck with drink of choice and/or favorite book is the favorite spot. Plenty of outdoor property for playing as well. We have already booked again for next summer, and hope to put in kayaks from the beach!

For the amount of money I spent, I really expected more. We arrived very late at night, which I arranged with the owner, only to find out that we had to make our own beds. To maximize family time we planned several meals at the property. Before using any dish or cup, they had to be washed. Leftover coffee drips were in the cups and it looked like several of the bowls hadn’t been washed at all. There were dead flies in several windows and mouse droppings on the counter in the corner. The oven was in desperate need of a cleaning. A dishwasher was provided , but no dishwasher soap. While the view from the back porch was beautiful, the French doors to the back porch didn’t have a good seal and made the living area drafty. The shower, tub and toilets were clean, but dead gnats were on the sink and the back of the door needed a good cleaning due to condensation gathering on the dusty door and running down. A cleaning fee is included in the cost of the property and I feel that I should be walking into a clean house that is ready for guests.
