Es gibt einen Sitzbereich mit einer Feuerstelle, so dass Sie dem Knistern des Feuers lauschen und auch das sanfte Geräusch von Wasser hören können, das in den Brunnen fällt. Als nächstes ist der Essbereich und die Küche mit mehr als genug Platz für Lagerung, Vorbereitung und Entspannung. <br>Der Medienraum und der Surround-Sound und die Projektionsfläche des Theaters sind von hoher Qualität und eignen sich hervorragend für die Unterhaltung der jüngeren Gäste oder für HBO oder ESPN für ältere Gäste. Auch zum Spaß gibt es Karaoke im Theater. Die Duschkabinen in jedem Badezimmer sind ein Höhepunkt, vor allem mit einer Toilette, die direkt mit dem Poolbereich verbunden ist. <br>Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist unsere Hochzeitssuite. Ein Kingsize-Bett und ein kompletter 8-Personen-Whirlpool sowie eine große Dusche schaffen eine romantische Umgebung. Was wäre besser? <br>Dieses Anwesen ist für Spaß und Entspannung geschaffen. Dies ist Privatsphäre, Sicherheit, Luxus und Komfort, die in einigen Fällen zur gleichen Zeit nur schwer zu erreichen sind. Oct 2017We stayed there for a weekend at the end of September and loved the house. Comes well-equipped and we got to meet Bob and Elaine and had a lovely time with them. House is basically as-advertised -- so no surprises there -- and Elaine makes checking in and out very easy. One small surprise is that the pool is surprisingly icy at the end of September even though the daytime temperatures are in the 90s. If youre planning to use the pool extensively, it might be worth paying the extra fee for having it heated.

Sep 2017We had a great time at this oasis. They had tons of space outside to hang out by the pool and relax as well as plenty of rooms/beds to sleep. Good place for a group of 8-10. After hanging out by the pool most of the day, we would take a 5-10 minute uber to the strip (usually $15-20). Elaine was also very helpful answering questions whenever we needed anything. Overall, great stay and would definitely rent again.

Jul 2020We came from Chicago to Las Vegas to celebrate my boyfriends birthday. We stayed at Elaine’s place and it was absolutely beautiful. We were able to enjoy the pool with family & friends who also came to help us celebrate. Both Elaine and her husband was incredibly nice & welcoming. I would love to rent this property again on my next stay in Las Vegas. Thanks so much to you both.

Apr 2021Our family spent a week here in the sun for spring break. The outdoor areas are wonderful - we ate most of our meals at one table or another, depending on the angle of the sun and our mood! Can't beat having a private pool and hot tub. We enjoyed the theater and the pool table as well. We ran into a few un-preventable issues, like a windstorm filling up the pool with debris (we asked where to find a net or clear a filter, and then Bob came over first thing to get everything started so we could swim the same day) or a broken sprinkler head starting a flood - owners were there and able to take care of things that came up and then some. They even brought a bike pump for a ball we brought that needed a needle! This is a lot different from a corporate-managed rental. More interaction, but it was pleasant.The hiccups we had were pretty minor and everything handled with good grace. Very much enjoyed a relaxing week doing almost nothing but lazing in the sun as a family.

Sep 2021Bob and June were great host and their property was very spacious for large groups. With pool, Spas, Pool tables and movie Theatre it left us with plenty of things to do. One thing that surprised us was that Bob and June lived on the property in a huge camper. It wasn’t a big deal I just wish I knew before I booked. Overall a nice stay.

Aug 2017Before our trip the owners accidentally called me about an issues that another renter was having which I found wired. Arriving to the house its nice and vintage but the instructions in the book did not help at all. The remote to the gates barely worked. The batteries to the tv remote did not work. Theres cameras in the house so be cautious of that. They left to much of there personal things around. Theres no pool light so you cant get in the pool at night. The outside hot tub does not heat up. The bathroom towards the front doesnt have hot water. There was a window broken in one of the rooms. There was a vintage old record player that sits In the corner that me and my dad happen to left up the top and the back of it lifted up so I made sure to take pictures to send the the owner. Before we could even get of the property properly they come up to us telling us to move are cars. So be aware that they maybe watching you they are not that far away in there camper. The next day she calls to say we broke her record player which all we did was lift it to look at at and we didnt even really get to do that because we did not want to be blamed for anything. I feel like if you rent your home to anyone you should place a note or let your guess know not to touch certain things or put your valuables away. I go on to tell her about our issues and she barely wants to listen and hangs up in my face. Very rude I shouldnt have to keep calling a renter that takes up my vacation. Everything should be in writing before arriving. And your guest book should be accurate.
