Eine offene Veranda mit einem Grill oder eine Feuerstelle zum Braten von Marshmallows und eine draußen heiße und kalte Dusche. Die Küche ist komplett mit einem großen Bauernbecken und neuem bestückt<br>Die Lage ist perfekt! Gehen Sie aus Ihrer Haustür und schauen Sie nach links Sie sehen den Halifax Fluss mit einem öffentlichen Angeln Dock. Schauen Sie nach rechts und dort ist der Atlantik ein Block entfernt mit einer öffentlichen Wanderrampe. Nur rechts von der Rampe ist ein öffentlicher Park!<br>Nur 2 Blöcke im Süden ist Flagler Ave. Wo die ganze Aktion am Strand ist. Sie haben Geschäfte, Boutique, Restaurants, Kaffeehäuser, Tavernen und mehrere Spas.<br>Der malerische New Smyrna hat alles zu bieten. Geschäfte und Cafes, Festivals und Veranstaltungen, die gerade am Wochenende verkehren.<br>Denken Sie daran, auch alle Orlandos'many Attraktionen sind nur eine kurze Fahrt entfernt zusammen mit Mt. Feb 2022We rented this place for 30 days , it was amazing . Clean , comfortable and perfect location . 1 block from the inner coastal , 2 blocks from the beach and a few blocks from Flagger Ave where all the bars and restaurants are . The owner Susan was great sent me texts with all the sights and restaurants to visit… didn’t want to leave , we will be back next year!!!

Jul 2017We loved our stay at the cottage! It was so clean and we felt right at home! We loved that it was a straight shot to the beach either by walking or by riding a bike! And just a street over there are plenty of restaurants and shops to choose from! Overall it was a great vacation!

Aug 2017We had a wonderful time at the Due East cottage. Beds were comfortable, everything worked great, fairly recent remodel and nice styling. Bathroom sink was a little sketchy with small legs barely holding it up, but we told the kids to be careful and all was fine. Outdoor shower is great for returning from the beach sandy and back porch watching the evening lighting and thunder storm while sharing peel and eat fresh shrimp was a little slice of heaven. Blocks from the beach, a few blocks from Flagler Ave (bars, restaurants, etc.), can't beat the location. We will come back!

Aug 2017We absolutely loved our stay at the Due East cottage. The location was great (walking distance to all things Flagler Street). It's the quintessential beach cottage with superb style and cleanliness!! We appreciated the bikes for cruising to the beach, beach towels, umbrella, & chairs were a nice touch. We will be back to the Due East cottage for many more visits!

Nov 2017This was a delightfully charming cottage - quiet neighborhood; clean, and well decorated - very "homey". I enjoyed walks on the beach , which was just two blocks down, every morning. I loved, loved, loved it and would like to revisit!

Jun 2017The cottage was very cute, impeccably clean, and the owner was great to help, answer questions, and go above and beyond. The previous review mentioned there was no microwave but the owner purchased one by the time we arrived. The cottage is in a great location and you can walk to Flagler Ave, where there are many dining places, shopping, etc. The beach is a short walk but we chose to drive, as you can pay $10/day and drive right on the beach. We loved this because we took our cooler with drinks and snacks and had everything we needed without having to carry anything! The beach is family-oriented - we loved it! New Smyrna is easy to get around and it was one of the best vacations we've had. The only thing I would mention is that the general description says there are 2 bathrooms and there is only 1 bathroom, with an outside shower. The owner has the proper description so that's the one you need to review.

The location was a short 8 minute walk to the beach and Flagler Ave. so we didn’t need to load up and get into the car everyday! The House was very clean and quiet and everything we needed was there! If we had a question Susan responded quickly to our concerns! It was a fun and restful month!!

Jun 2017My fiancé and I along with my mom stayed here memorial day weekend. The house is great! It's in the perfect location for walking to Flagler Ave., but still quiet. It is missing a microwave. We didn't mind since we love dining at all of the local restaurants, but might be good to know for someone else :)

Jun 2017Great weekend with friends. House was very clean and well maintained. Susan has thought of everything including bikes, beach chairs & beach towels. Perfect location. Walking distance to beach, river & restaurants. Quiet street. We loved sitting on the back porch enjoying the ocean breeze and watching the birds in the yard. Will definitely come back.
