Plenty of room and great layout to keep the family together. The fireplace kept us warm, as it was particularly chilly during our stay.

Nov 2020Was a weeks break - easy drive to Blairgowrie for dogs walks, Gunnamutta for ocean swim & surf (be water safe if u not a strong swimmer) and close to Rosebud for groceries. Cooked at home & spent evenings on deck. House naturally cool on warmer days.

Jun 2020This was a late booking which my Husband found as he wanted somewhere with a log burner. Received great communication from the owners. Arrived late on Friday evening and found the lockbox for keys easily. The property is neat, tidy and well kept. There was plenty of space and unique features that make this place so charming. Although this is winter, we were not cold. The log burner kept us warm. There is a lovely enclosed back garden that our Dachshund loved. We were close to Flinders and Rosebud. We would definitely return.

The house was spotless and had everything we needed. The deck and yard were a pleasant surprise, as there was plenty of room for the dogs to stretch their legs. The wood fire and plentiful firewood was perfect for the chilly evenings.

Feb 2019This is great relaxed comfortable beach house with everything you could need. I did not have children but could see it would be perfect for families. Wonderful back yard. It was exactly what I needed to completely chill for a weekend and feel perfectly at home.

Great property and location, with all that was needed for the stay. Hosts were easily contacted and provided all the information needed.
The space is suitable for groups and families with kids.
Close to lots of Peninsula activities, hosts were taking additional care with cleaning as a result of COVID.

Jan 2022Quiet, peaceful, house with pleasant atmosphere. A good base for exploring the peninsula - only a short drive to many locations, including the Cape Schanck lighthouse and Rosebud shops. Lovely backyard with sun and shade. Good place for digital detox.Accommodated our group of three adults comfortably.

We would definitely recommend and would stay here again!
