Sep 2022We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is so central with easy access to all of Taupo’s sites and activities. The house was very spacious, clean and cosy. Fantastic for a family retreat.

Jan 2020We really enjoyed our stay here. As we had a young baby with us, it’s great that the house is in two wings so you can all socialize one end and have the baby sleeping in the other. It is a very warm house in summer. The size is fantastic. Having 3 full sized bathrooms is great. My only slightly negative is that it was very dusty behind the beds and some spots of the house - nothing a good spring clean wont fix. We would highly recommend this place to stay for others.

Dec 2019We found the house to be perfect for our large family group. Particularly loved the outdoor area for the children. It was so good to have three bathrooms. The bedrooms were very spacious and the lounge was a great hang out area. The whole family want to book for another stay at some time in the future.

Nov 2021This property was well suited to catching up with family with children aged 5-12. Toys occupied the younger ones, board games for the older, and thermal pool for all! A big living area, lovely sun-soaked deck, and gorgeous sunsets were all appreciated.

Apr 2022The house is very spacious and well equipped.It has enough rooms and bathrooms to accommodate a few families. The lounge is also very big and comfortably furnished, so you can spend time together.

Jul 2019Overall stay was awesome. Although we didn't use two bedrooms (because our mokos went of to stay with other family members that had booked homes in Taupo . Thats the two rooms to the right of the house as you go up the hall way. I couldn't find the light switch for the light over the table and I didn't turn of the polite for the gas heater. Either i did not read the directions properly or I was doing it wrong. Left the house clean, just how we found it.( i hope) Only use 3 of the rooms. We did not use the stove because we ate out most of the time we were there. We did not use anything in the cupboards . Thank you so much for letting us stay at your holiday home. The spa was great for our old bones which we enjoyed having a soak. We drop the keys off around 10 am. We are now back at our house in Hastings.

Jan 2022Our group of 2 families with older teenagers had a great stay at this property. It is very spacious (bigger than it looks in the photos), and there was plenty of space for everyone. 3 bathrooms is a huge bonus too! We would happily stay here again.

May 2022Nice bright clean (mostly) and warm. Some views out across to the lake and the sun poured in all afternoon. All bedrooms were warm and pleasant except the central bedroom with3 single beds but it had its own tv and it was fine.The bbq drip tray was full of fat and rubbish and caught on fire, the fire extinguisher was empty and didnt work, this could have ended very badly and ruined a lot of good steak. The pool is great with good instructions on filling and emptying but the bottom was slimy so we had to empty, clean and refill. Apart from these 2 issues, it was better than expected, for a large house it was nice a warm, with lots of nice touches. Plenty of blankets, very well stocked kitchen, and nice quiet neighbourhood, would definitely book again for a group holiday.

We had a great time and stay. House was close to town and a beautiful short walk to the lake. It was a great size for our large group with plenty of beds and living areas to relax altogether. Kitchen had an awesome stock of dishes and utensils.
Low points- oven cleaner not cleaned out of oven, alot of cockroaches like 10+ good sized ones, mouse droppings under the couch/chairs.
