Aug 2015We've rented this property the past five years and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing time at a great value from fantastic hosts. Keith and Wendy couldn't be more accommodating and each there are upgrades that make the experience more enjoyable. We hope to come back for many years to come - the McHugh's

Jun 2019We love Spring Lake and were so happy to introduce our best friends to it. This house was perfect for the kids- plenty of toys in the house and shed to occupy them, walking distance to the shaded playground and to ice cream in town, beach and pool passes with a locker full of chairs and umbrellas. Very comfortable and clean and in a great location. Would book this house again for sure!

Jul 2020This was the perfect, quaint house for a beach trip after months of being at home. Kids loved the quick bike ride to the beach, and we loved the beach locker access which meant we didn’t have to carry chairs/umbrella back and forth each day!

Oct 2019This is a charming older home with all the right amenities. The owner has provided everything you need for your stay. The main floor is spacious and comfortable. The location is blocks away from everything. This is a great place to stay for couples or a family. The owner is easy to contact and responsive. I highly recommend this rental.

Oct 2015Thank you to the Branches for letting my bridesmaids and I rent this house! With a lack of hotels in the Spring Lake and surrounding area, renting a house just seemed like the obvious choice. This house had enough rooms to fit everyone we needed, was conveniently located to the wedding location, train station, downtown Spring Lake and the lake. Communication with Keith put my mind at ease from the very first e-mail. The house was very clean when we arrived, and you can tell the owners care about their home. I would definitely recommend this house rental for anyone who is vacationing in Spring Lake or having a wedding in the area. Thank you again Keith!

The large living and dining area with many windows and ample comfortable seating provided a cozy place to gather on a rainy day, and was well stocked with puzzles and games for all ages. The convenient location close to the beach, park, Whole Foods, restaurants and shopping provided easy access to everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.

Oct 2021My wife and I and two other friends stayed here for an extend weekend. What a great home. Neighbors are very friendly. The owner is on top of everything. It was great to have someone so accommodating and knowing the local area. We had a great time. The house would be great to bring my family back (with younger adults and kids) The beach is very close!!

Sep 2019My husband and I are avid body-surfers and the waves at Spring Lake have never disappointed us (something about the long shallow beach). We were thrilled to rent Keith's home with my Mom, sister and brother-in-law. The back deck was great for al fresco meals, all the rooms were very comfy, and the outdoor shower's a big plus! Renting sheets was very easy. I look forward to coming back another time!

Sep 2017House and property was homey, spacious and open sitting areas, and good for families. Nice patio with grill for outdoor BBQ. Walking distance from beautiful beach and lakes.

Jun 2022Accessible location, beach passes, and having bikes to use were great, but that was about it. This home is right next to the train station, which you can hear every hour or so. I would be woken up at odd hours of the night because of the train, and then the person who mows the lawn comes by at 8am every morning. If you’re looking to get some sleep while on vacation, do not stay here. The house was very dated, carpet probably hasn’t been changed since the day they bought it. Door handles all come undone when you use them. Living room is the only space that feels well kept. Lastly, make sure you wash your towels or they will charge you $100 fee (have stayed in many locations but this was a first for me). For a little more money, I imagine you can find something better than this.
