Used this property for a birthday/girls trip for 8 ladies. The property was well kept and the check in and check our was easy with no problems. the hot tub was the best part! Overall house suited us well and no one had any complaints.

This was hands down one of the best houses I’ve ever rented! The house was beautiful, clean, and in a good area. The host Xavier was very responsive, super helpful, and showed us a great time! We ended up needing to check in early and check out late and he was very nice and gave us the extra time we needed. We had an awesome time just hanging out in the house! The jacuzzi was awesome as well as the outside patio area! We will definitely be staying here again and referring this host to our friends and family! I give this house and experience 10 STARS!

This was a great place for a family gathering I had 6 adults and one sm child we had plenty of sleeping room nice location for all of our needs in the neighborhood easy communication with property owner very responsive communication hot tub look great but due to temp ‘s we did not get to explore maybe on our next expedition.

This is a very nice, cute home. We had 6 adults that stayed in this house and we all fit very comfortably. The house was clean and well taken care of. The outside patio was great for the mild nights and the hot tub made the even better. The owner was attentive to our needs and very quick to respond when I emailed him. Overall we had a great stay and fantastic experience.

This is a great place to stay. It is in a quiet neighborhood with a nice park across the street. Parking for four cars and a security system. The patio has a BBQ, jacuzzi, comfortable furniture and privacy. The four bedrooms have three double beds and a set of twin beds. Two and a half baths means no one has to wait to go to the bathroom. Lots of closet space. The kitchen appliances are new and the pantry has coffee, paper towels, TP, and the essential condiments. The silverware and cooking utensils are plentiful and new. The dozen sets of plates, bowls, cups and glasses means everyone can eat at the same time. All TV's are smart so you can watch multiple programs on multiple formats at the same time. Easy access to Love Field and downtown Dallas. The owner responded within an hour to a reported issue even tho he was overseas at that time. The posted detailed instructions helped navigate the unit's systems easily. It was a nice stay for our five adults and three kids.

The property manager was very polite and responsive. However, there were things about the property that did not meet our expectations and I have stayed at many VRBOs over the years. The pictures do not adequately reflect the size of the space or the quality of the furniture. I have never slept on such a bad mattress or pillows. The head board in one room was missing and in another room was loose and falling onto the bed. There were not enough dishes or silverware for 8 people for more than one meal and all pots and pans needed to be cleaned before using. The kitchen table is falling apart with a leg that kept slipping out to the side. The worst part was the neighborhood. There was a neighbor who let their dog out every night at 1am and it would bark constantly from 1-3am. We finally had to call the police because our children were waking up every night. On our first night, the neighbors were doing burn outs in front of the house and playing loud music until 2am. There was a nice security system in place. Wish I would have spent a little more money to stay in a nicer neighborhood. Not sure why there is a large security deposit required as nothing in this house was worth that. Would not stay here again.

The owner was great to work with and good to communicate with. The place was very clean and they provided shampoo, soap, hand soap, towels, etc. The house has a couple couches and a table that worked great for cards with the guys. There was a nice looking hot tub, but since it was 98F outside, it didn't get used.

The manager was tremendous. Great communication and very easy check in process. The house information was spot on by way of size and amenities. The condition of the house was not. The condition of the futon in the family room was rough and worn. The hot tub had green water in it. There was general filth and grime on the appliances. The baseboards in the master bedroom had stains and grime also. If I hadn’t walked across the floor barefoot I might not have noticed the laminate floors were filthy too. I brought it to the managers attention and he apologized and sent a cleaner. That was very much appreciated. He also graciously gave us a small discount. When I got back the same day there was no noticeable change in the condition. Same grime on the appliances and general dirt in the floors. We’re only as good as the people we rely on to clean and straighten our rentals so I don’t believe this was malicious. It’s unfortunate and the manager didn't avoid the problem. We just weren’t satisfied with our experience.

The house was great. It had some cool amenities such as the smart TV, hot tub, and video doorbell. It had plenty of room for all of us.

The house was clean & adequate for the occasion. The kitchen was very narrow & the refrigerator location was extremely difficult to access. It could also use some more kitchen utensils: measuring cups & spoons, baking sheets and serving bowls would be helpful. The complimentary bottle of wine was a nice gesture. Having cloth hand towels in the bathrooms would be nicer, more efficient & cost friendly, rather than having rolls of paper towels on the back of the toilets. Other than that, it was a nice place and everyone had a great weekend! Thanks!

Not too far from down town. Quite area. Eight of us stayed and slept comfortably. We enjoyed the hot tub. Our host was responsive and helpful with things to do in the area. I would definitely stay again.

My friends and I had a wonderful time! Everything was clean and just all around awesome! Not to mention the hot tub was wonderful. If booking a trip to Dallas this is a great place to stay at.

My friends and I had a great time for my birthday weekend. The location was easy access to downtown and to Dallas love field airport. There was plenty of space for my 7 guests. We had so many plans and outings that we only slept at the house. It was comfortable and pleasant stay.

My family enjoyed how things had run very smoothly. There was some issues with tv upstairs. I contacted the owner and he said that he will take the issue.

I will recommend this house, perfectly fits 8 to 9 people! Hot tub for the win

I'd like to start off by saying that I am grateful with the host for letting us stay at this condo. He was easy to communicate with and the booking process was simple. The place was clean and the hot tub was great even tho it took the water about 6 hours to reach 100° the first day we were there. The door knob to the master bedroom was completely broken and it seemed like someone had just slapped it on there for it to stay. The guest shower had very low water pressure and when we went to shut off the shower water was still streaming from the shower head so it was a task to get the water to stop. The thermostat upstairs was TERRIBLE, it was 84° and stayed at that temperature even after turning the entire system off. We wanted to use the charcoal grill but unfortunately it had a HUGE hole in the bottom of the grill and the legs were broken. It was even more frustrating because prior to our arrival we had contacted the host asking if the grill was charcoal or gas and he didn't mention any of this when he replied. If we would've known we would have brought our own grill and or have arranged something else.. That was pretty disappointing since we had meat specifically for the grill that was provided. The refrigerator wasn't the best either, at times it wouldn't get as cold and some of our food went bad. Overall, we are grateful we were able to find a place to stay for NYE weekend but that house definitely needs some work done before offering it to other guests. I am not happy at all and will NOT recommend this place to anyone. I wish I would have spent my money elsewhere because it wasn't worth it for us....

Everything was great and nice clean hot tub Definitely will rent again Uber and Lyft comes to the house under 5 minutes and only 12 minutes from downtown

Close to airport, plenty of room. Great hot tub.

5 of us stayed at the house for a week long softball tournament. Didn't spend much time in house, was at fields most the week.
