Sanddünen bieten endlosen Spaß und Unterhaltung für die Kinder und Felsenpools zum Erkunden.<br><br>Hunde sind den größten Teil des Jahres mit Leinen am Strand erlaubt, wobei in Spitzenzeiten weniger Stunden zur Verfügung stehen. Bitte bestätigen Sie die Beschilderung am Strand.<br><br>Sunderland Bay liegt zwischen Surf Beach und Smith Beach und die Grand-Prix-Strecke ist 5 km die Straße hinunter. Es gibt einen Flaschenladen für Notfälle zu Fuß erreichbar, mit einer kurzen Autofahrt nach Woolamai für eine IGA oder Cowes für alles andere.<br><br>Das Anwesen ist komplett eingezäunt und sicher für Tiere. Sie können zwischen der Veranda wählen, um draußen mit Ihrem Buch oder einem Glas Wein zu entspannen. Oder das riesige Achterdeck zum Sonnenbaden und Unterhalten. Feb 2021What a beautiful place to stay! Lovely area, beautiful beaches, not too far from everything we needed. house was perfect, everything we hoped for and more. Everything was thought of. Photos don’t do it justice. Property manager was a delight to deal with. Would definitely love to come back. Thank you for our wonderful little beach holiday/lockdown.

Jan 2022We were a group of 4 adults and 2 children and found the house to be a perfect size. Very clean, well equipped kitchen, heaps of books, games and DVD's and good sized bedrooms.More than adequate for our week long holiday with a great deck and bbq area for the evenings. Highly recommend.

Feb 2021We had a lovely time away at Twin Palms. The home was a perfect size for what we needed. The yard was big and secure for our fur child that came along. It was clean and had all the extras you need. Would recommend and will stay again! Thanks for having us.

The property is awesome and everything you need is there.A great backyard and proper BBQ for entertaining or just enjoying the peace and quiet.Walk to the beach or a short drive to shops and, of course, the P.I. Racetrack!I actually walked to the circuit in a comfortable 40 minutes - if you are that way inclined!Thank you for letting us stay at your house, we loved it!

Jan 2021We had a fabulous time over New Years at Sunderland Bay. The house has all the perfect ingredients for a relaxing holiday, a huge deck with a great BBQ, lovely big yard with fire pit, board games and walking distance to beach for morning walks. Great communication from the owner made everything easy. Highly recommend!

Jan 2022We came to Phillip Island for the waves and water and the location of this property was perfect for us. There’s a sensational long surf beach with waves that are perfect for beginners boogie boarders, within a short walk from the property. The sand is fine and the water crystal clean and clear with minimal rocks/weed. The same beach also has rock pools for rambling at one end. The property itself is very comfortable and well appointed. Three children shared the spacious bunk room and loved the double bed lower and single bed upper arrangement of the beds. We cooked and ate at home a bit and the kitchen is well appointed for this and the outdoor deck very spacious with a huge bbq. Our cat came with us and the small laundry off the kitchen provided a great location for her litter and food. We also really appreciated the collection of books, dvds and games provided.

May 2022Sunderland Bay was a disappointment. A steep track to and from a rocky foreshore. No sandy beach. The estate is treeless and drab. And 8 - 10 km from shops and restaurants. There is nothing there. The house was fine. The barking dogs next door, not so fine.

Dec 2021Really gorgeous cottage with three generous bedrooms. Very well appointed and extremely comfortable. Lovely garden at rear to enjoy breakfast or afternoon coffee. Basic provisions available in the cupboards and wood pre chopped for the fire. Host was very responsive to messages prior to our arrival and check in was very easyA wonderful weekend away..... thank you

Mar 2021Our stay at this property was just amazing. The house was exactly as described in the listing. It was extremely clean and tidy, and had everything that we needed for a relaxing break. And, the property was securely fenced to keep our 2 small dogs safe. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Mar 2021Great place. Great location. Quiet yet not too far from Cowes centre.We had a lovely time celebrating a big birthday with family and friends. Lovely, spacious home. One thing you might address is the decking. Hard to distinguish between levels which lead to two people falling.Also some hand towels and a dish rack would be nice.Overall we loved our stay.

Jul 2021A gorgeous house that was super clean and had lots of lovely touches. The open fire was used each day by us and it was a cozy warm lounge to sit and read a book with a cup of tea in front of the fire. Secure yard for our dog and a short walk to the beach made this stay one that we would highly recommend.
