Wir haben sogar Southern Right Wales am Strand herumtollen.<br><br>Schönes Haus am Ufer von Tasmanien. Hervorragend ausgestattet und in der Nähe aller Coveniences.<br><br>Sie können den Strand sehen, Klippen an beiden Enden, auf die andere Seite des Hafens, den Leuchtturm, hinaus zum Meer und hinüber nach Bruny Island. Delfine Robben und sogar Südliche Glattwale können sehr oft gesichtet werden<br><br>Im Gegensatz zu einigen Stränden gibt es auch bei Flut viel Platz am Strand, um Spiele zu spielen und sich zu sonnen.<br><br>Die Yachten von Sydney nach Hobart fahren direkt an Ihrer Haustür vorbei. Es war aufregend zu sehen, wie sie letztes Jahr zusammen um den Eisentopf (Leuchtturm) kamen.<br><br>Auf der Rückseite haben Sie einen Blick auf Mt. Wellington in seiner ganzen Pracht.<br><br>Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet, um sich zu entspannen. Liegestühle draußen. Grill und Tisch vorne. Wieder hinten. <br><br>Haus hat alle modernen Annehmlichkeiten. Zwei Wohnbereiche (beide mit Fernseher) 55 "LED-Bildschirm für alle Fernsehgeräte, 2. Wohnzimmer verfügt über 3D-Smart-TV und Wii, 100 MB NBN-Leitung zur Verfügung gestellt, 2 Schubladen Geschirrspüler, Spa, Waschmaschine. Eines der Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt auch über einen Smart-TV. Ihr ist auch einer im Bett<br><br>Der Whirlpool / Spa hat zwei Enden, wobei der Wasserhahn wegschwenkt, sodass zwei Personen problemlos Platz für ein romantisches, sprudelndes Ende einer Nacht bieten.<br><br>Kann Spaziergänge entlang des Strandes machen, Klippenwanderungen an beiden Enden des Strandes. Schwimmen, Kajak fahren, Fahrrad fahren. Es gibt einen Golfplatz zu Fuß erreichbar (Kingston Golf Club) und einen anderen eine kurze Fahrt. Ein vollständiger Satz Golfschläger kann auf Anfrage zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Ein Picknickkorb steht auch für ein romantisches Mittagessen am Strand von Boronia zur Verfügung.<br><br>Kurzer Spaziergang am Strand entlang sind einige schöne Restaurants und Cafés. Sie passen zu jedem Budget. Einschließlich Pizza zum Mitnehmen. Wenn Sie also keine Lust haben, zu Hause zu kochen, ist dies kein Problem.<br><br>Wir veranstalten viele Hochzeitsfeiern (Gruppen). Das Anwesen ist dafür gut eingerichtet und bietet ausreichend Stauraum für Anzüge und Kleider. Es hatte auch raumhohe Spiegel in den meisten Zimmern. Auch das Hauptschlafzimmer hat Doppelspiegel (1 Spiegelwand und ein Spiegel an der gegenüberliegenden Wand), um Ihre Kleidung vollständig überprüfen zu können.<br><br>Ich habe auch einen Freund, der eine 2-minütige Autofahrt entfernt ist und weitere 8 Personen aufnehmen kann, sodass zwischen den beiden Personen 20 bis 22 Personen untergebracht werden können.<br><br>Es gibt eine Außendusche, um sich vom Strand zu waschen. Heißes Wasser ist kein Problem, da es eine sehr große HWC hat.<br><br>Einwegglas an der Vorderseite des Hauses. Alle unteren Räume haben durchsichtige Jalousien, um zu verhindern, dass Menschen hineinsehen, aber Sie können trotzdem einen Blick von außen genießen.<br><br>Sie können sich mit der Klimaanlage kühl halten oder sich durch die Holzheizung vor den gemütlichen Flammen warm halten.<br><br>Das Haus ist umweltfreundlich mit Wärmepumpen (Heizung und Warmwasser) und Solaranlage installiert.<br><br>BBQ sind sowohl an der Vorderseite des Hauses als auch an der Rückseite für Unterhaltung. Sie können daher immer außerhalb des Windes sein. Designer-Grill vorne, großer 7-Flammen-Grill hinten<br><br>Alle Schlafzimmer sind mit Sheridan-Bettwäsche und Latexkissen ausgestattet. Die Queen-Betten sind ein Vergnügen zum Schlafen mit 18 "tiefen Matratzen. Das zweite Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein Klick-Klack-Sofa, das sich in ein weiteres Doppelbett verwandelt und insgesamt 4 Personen ergibt. Wir haben eine Matratze darauf gelegt, um ein sehr bequemes Doppelbett zu machen. Für Kinder stehen verschiedene Matratzen / transportable Betten zur Verfügung, falls weitere Betten benötigt werden. Es gibt auch ein viertes Queensize-Bett im Gästehaus draußen.<br><br>Draußen befindet sich ein Schuppen, in dem alle Fahrräder, Schwimmwesten, Helme, Kajaks, Motorroller und Ruder für das Ruderboot untergebracht sind. Alles ist ordentlich verstaut.<br><br>Sie können entlang der nahe gelegenen Klippen und von den Kajaks aus angeln. Frische Flachköpfe können immer auf der Frühstückskarte stehen, wenn Sie mit dem Wenden der Gezeiten ausgehen möchten. Surfrute und Angelruten erhältlich.<br><br>Viel zu tun für Ihre Kinder. Der Surf Life Saving Club bietet sonntags Aktivitäten am Strand und der Segelclub ist samstags geöffnet, wo die Kinder zuschauen oder teilnehmen können. Wir haben eine Reihe von Produkten, die die Kinder verwenden können, wenn Sie sie brauchen.<br><br>Ein "Home Office" wird mitgeliefert. Telefonleitung, Faxscanner-Kopierer und kleiner Glastisch und Ledersessel zum Arbeiten, 100 MB NBN-Leitung eingebaut.<br><br><br><br>Nahversorgung<br><br>Hobart ist nur zehn Autominuten entfernt. Warum also bleiben, wenn Sie mit dem Rauschen der Meereswellen am Strand aufwachen können?<br><br>Die Einkaufsviertel von Kingston sind nicht weit entfernt mit Coles Woolies und Big W. Nov 2016Whilst this house was brilliantly positioned and had a well appointed kitchen (more than enough cutlery and crockery etc), nice comfy beds with good linen, and clean the rest left a bit to be desired. The house is in dire need of tlc...paint, fireplace, kickboards unattached in the kitchen, broken handle on dishwasher, very badly leaking toilet/shower to name a few things. We traveled with elderly parents who struggled with the cold so a fire would certainly have helped (possibly electric blankets). Sorry about the bad review but it's honest.

Aug 2016What a view....... Loved our stay at this wonderful home, great vibe, most amazing view. The host was so helpful and generous. The beds were very comfortable, lovely linen, home very clean. We are definitely coming back.

Dec 2017What an amazing stay we had. It really is the ultimate beach house! We highly recommend the house and Kingston Beach as a base for exploring Hobart. We all wished we could have stayed for 2 months not just 2 nights! Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Nov 2016We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home,the location is fantastic, straight across the road from beautiful Kingston Beach, the beds were very comfortable with lovely linen and lots of fresh towels . The house was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen,we will recommend to others and we will be back!

Jun 2016We had wonderful stay at this fantastic house! The house is right opposite the most beautiful beach,sunrise spectacular! The restaurants and cafe's less than a minute a way were really good too! The house had everything we could possibly need,the beds were very cosy and comfortable with beautiful linen,the house was cosy and warm and very clean,could not recommend highly enough! we will be back .!

Aug 2018We checked out on the same day as we checked in (before securing an alternative property for our holiday), which speaks for our review of this property. My family paid for 6 nights and ended up paying additional 6 nights for another property (at the same rate), which provided us a property which is worlds apart in terms of quality and cleanliness. This property condition is very different from what is shown in the pictures. We did not bother to ask the owner to make good, as in our opinion the condition of the property was not something that could be ratified. If i have one word to describe this property, it would be Deplorable.I urge the property manager to make good the property (to the glory of what it could be, given its location) before listing it for rental again.

Feb 2017This was an amazing property, so charming and in a fabulous location. The beds were super comfy with nice bed linens, and it had a perfect floorplan for us. I really liked that the bedrooms weren't all clustered together and the 'bed in the shed' was a hit.

Oct 2018This house was very disappointing, Considering the price... the soft furnishing were very dirty old and stained and the cushions stunk. The yard is in disrepair, long grass, cigarette buts everywhere, full ashtrays. front BBQ does not work and The back BBQ half the knobs are missing. I was embarrassed that the house I booked Was so dirty and dusty. So if you are looking for value for money look elsewhere. I did not contact the owner regarding the state of the house because short of an industrial clean there would be nothing that could resurrect this house. Not to mention that there was someone living in the garage, I think this would be something that should be stated at the time of application. Some positives there was plenty of firewood, the beds were fairly comfortable . Close to shops, outlook over the water very nice.

Kingston beach is a lovely tranquil location, however the 'Ultimate Beach House' is a bit run down especially the second bathroom. Also the fifth bedroom is just a sleep-out with a single fold up bed - so only really suitable for 4 single adults.

Sep 2017The location was amazing, close to all amenities, this house had everything you could ask for for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The only thing to complain about is the spa not functioning properly and kept tripping out at the fusebox repeatedly. So spa could not be utilised.

Mar 2017Thanks. We stayed with our guests for 2 x 1 week blocks over this past 6 weeks and have been very happy with the experience. The house is cosy, well stocked and in a superb location. We'll be back again soon!

Comfy beds and plenty of essentials provided. It was the ideal size for the eight of us and we loved the big table. Our only issues were with the two bathrooms. Overall we had a wonderful time.

May 2022Property was dirty to the extent that we did not eat our meals at the property as planned. Toilet had faeces on the seat, mould in the bathroom, stairs had what looked to be buggas on the wall going down , mouse ran through the kitchen. I can handle an old run down property but not a dirty one . I would like to put in a request to have my cleaning money returned as it was not clean when we arrived. My two elder boys would not even shower whilst there as the bathroom was very dirty. No contact was made on how to find the keys until I phoned at 3.30. Not happy as it was expensive. I have taken photos if required.

May 2016My family had enjoyed the stay in the beach house. The house is fully equipped with all the basic necessities needed and all in good working conditions. Definitely a wonderful holiday spent in the beach house.

Aug 2017As my son said when we left, he had never slept in a room with more beautiful views--Mt Wellington on one side and Kingston Beach on the other. The house is absolute beachfront near a great set of cafes, shops, dogpark and of course the beach. Easy drive from Hobart. We had 2 elderly guests with us and easy access to the bedrooms, bathroom and all living areas was fabulous. My son and I opted for the stunning views upstairs. If you like to watch the sunrise over the beach and mountains, enjoy a warm log fire and stunning views from all aspects, then this is the place to stay.
