The unit was comfortable with a great location. Was good size for the 5 guests.

No surprises - condo was clean, organized, properly stocked with essentials - all good. (Minor note; 2nd floor, larger bedroom both reading lights stopped working. Not sure what the problem was.) Great time. Please advise guests there is a shortcut to downtown thru the town parking lot behind the condo. Hiking Shank Painter Rd. is a lot longer - didn’t discover this til day before our departure .

My friends and I (there were 6 of us total) had a very enjoyable stay the week of July 4th, 2019. David was communicative, and the place was very clean and in a good location. The welcoming wine and toiletries in every bathroom were also a nice surprise.

Fantastic property, super clean and very convenient to both the east and west end. House has everything needed and more, and is a really quick walk or bike ride to Stop and Shop.

Dave’s place was perfect for our unexpected P-town getaway. The easy walk to town made exploring all that Commercial St has to offer a breeze. Hanging out on the third floor balcony was lovely for morning coffee and pre-dinner cocktails. The condo was very clean and well stocked with essentials. We would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful place to stay. Very well maintained and very well stocked with cooking, cleaning, laundry supplies and bathroom toiletries. Very spacious with plenty of living space inside and great patios outside.
