Feb 2020Wonderful stay. Plenty of room for all ages and close to hiking, skiing , community recreational trails and the quaint town of N Conway all walking distance from your front door😀
Would come and stay again.
One thought there was not enough regular sized forks for eating dinner but no worries we made it work.

Nov 2017We stayed during thanksgiving and had plenty of space for our large family. We had 10 adults (5 couples) and 3 small children. We each had our own room which was awesome (hard to find). A big bonus for us was the three ovens- it was much needed on thanksgiving day. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We would stay here again 😊

Aug 2017Went up with 2 families with adult children. Location is great, right below Cranmore, 5 extra large bedrooms. Large yard in quiet setting. Good overall experience.

Apr 2018Very large cottage to accomodate large groups. Furniture would need some update. Some rooms are confortable but others downstairs less. Abusive charge for cleaning although the property was left in an excellent condition. It seems like regular cleaning is not included in the price.

Aug 2020This place was perfect for 5 couples. Everyone comfortably had their own room and space. We grilled outside and spent most of our weekend on the porch with the fire pit. The house was clean and plenty of amenities. Elizabeth was extremely easy to reach. Excellent location to Cranmore this house is right at the base. Would definitely stay here again!

Mar 2020This cabin was accurate in the listing, descriptions, and amenities. Clean and tidy, and the house was a great place for my family and friends to get away! Only complaint was that the driveway was a sheet of ice when we arrived, and being slightly downhill made it difficult for some cars to easily get out. Thankfully some ice melted by the time we checked out, but one of our guests did fall and stairs were not clear of ice. Otherwise, I would highly recommend and owners were easily accessible when needed.

Jan 2020The property was beautiful and we could literally walk to cranmore mountain! Unfortunately the owner double booked so we lost a day. There was also a lot of back and forth with getting my refund as well.

Sep 2020The only thing I can think of was that there was not central ac as advertised. There was a splitter in the upstairs living room and one downstairs bedroom. If you closed bedroom doors they were very hot, otherwise it was great stay!

Aug 2019Planned a weekend trip and it was awesome. Location of the property is terrific, only 5 min from downtown/grocery stores and easy to get too. Rooms were clean and had a cozy ambiance. Overall great weekend and great house to stay at!

Feb 2019Me and my friends had a great time here for my 30th birthday ski trip! The house was perfect for 11 of us. The only complaint I had was that the driveway was a sheet of ice and a few people fell as a result. Other than that the house was great!

Aug 2021Location is great! Cranmore Mountain is a five minute walk, North Conway center of town is walking distance or a quick drive. Storyland is 15 minutes away. The house had plenty of room for our little ones to play and the family to spend time together.

Jul 2019Great location. Quiet road near the center of North Conway. Good sized bedrooms and plenty for a large group. Did not spend much time at the house..used for sleeping, showering, breakfast..was perfect for our needs!

May 2018Everything was wonderful! Lots of space for our group of 10 and close to everything. The house was very clean and had that home away from home feel. The owners were very accommodating and always available to answer any questions. Would definitely go back and rent again!

Aug 2019Easy check-in process and easy communication with the hosts. The place was clean and as described. It easily slept 10 adults. The kitchen was well-equipped.
We had a slight issue with the gas barbecue: for some reason it didn’t get very hot at all despite us having all the burners on full - perhaps the gas was running low.
Otherwise, we had an enjoyable stay. The hosts kindly gave us a later check out when I requested it part way through. We would stay here again!

Aug 2017A group of 8 of us, all work colleagues, stayed here for a night before hiking in the area the next morning. The house was generally as described and we enjoyed ourselves, though we weren't overly impressed based on the price. The barbecue grill works well and we were all able to enjoy a meal together at the dining table, but despite there being a fire pit, is not really an option for spending time outside as a group. Otherwise, lots of fixtures are outdated and could be updated. If you're just looking for a place to stay this does work fine. Also, we were made aware upon arrival that we had to remove our own trash from the site. As our vehicles were tightly packed and we were heading out to hike we were not able to take it with us, and so a significant portion of our damage deposit was kept. If you read this, you've been warned!
