HD-Fernseher und DVD-Player sorgen für Unterhaltung. <br>Beachshore ist perfekt für große Familien, kleine Gruppen und gut erzogene Schulkinder.<br><br>Der Tallows Beach ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Haus entfernt. Jan 2021We had a great stay , with teens and adults. Suffolk park is an easy way to have a Byron Bay holiday without the craziness of Byron. The house is a short walk too the beach, a great coffee shop and bakery, spa, restaurants and a pub. It’s a short drive to Byron for meals and shopping, close to the lovely Bangalow, and even the Gold Coast shops for a day trip.The house has plenty of beds, all double and queen though, so while it sleeps 11 that’s with everyone sharing. The pool is lovely and clean. Some ceiling fans would be a great update in the future but every room has plenty of pedestal fans to get by.

Sep 2022We had a good holiday but found that unfortunately the house was a bit disappointing for the price we paid. There was no coffee or milk or even soap in the bathrooms. The yard was not dog friendly with holes in the front fences so we couldn’t keep or doggies in. The outdoor area just needs a good clean up and a few basics left for guests would’ve been appreciated at this pay point.

Jun 2022The perfect “just out of Byron” location where you can duck in to the main drag when you want, get Uber Eats for the restaurant deliveries, but not get caught in the hype and cost of the town itself. Perfect for families that want the beach and to catch up with family. Tallows Beach is the best, a dog loving wide open space. Highly recommended.

Feb 2021The holiday home has all the comforts needed to walk straight in and enjoy your relaxing stay. Massive home with lots of living spaces including the huge outdoor entertaining area. Easy walk up to the shops which includes the famous bakery. Will definitely come back to stay again

Feb 2022Previous complaints about lack of air conditioning is correct…. There are plenty of fans - but very old and not too effective…. The house is not pet friendly - the house is not secure and has no grassed areas…. Our dogs only will poo on grass - so we had to take them out morning and night so they could go outside the property…. But yet we got accused of leaving dog poo everywhere which is totally false…. The garbage bins were half full when we arrived and full of maggots…. The house is in desperate need of a a refresh - the dishwasher racks were held together by cotton tape - we got accused of leaving dog hair in the pool - we have a pool at home and keep this pristine - but the was no cleaner in the pool…. The cabana in the picture is all decayed and ratty as is the front fence and gate…. We won’t be going back there…

Jan 2022I would like to give as accurate review as possible.Pros: The Property is at a 5 star location, very close to the beach, very close to shops. Throughout my stay I would watch the sunrise from the beach and get a coffee from Sufflock bakery . The pool and the Cabana and bbq is just perfect! There are also two fridges one big to keep groceries and one for the beers which was very handy.There are wardrobes in each room which make it easy to keep clothes.Cons: the property doesn't have an aircon. We were waking up sweating at night and one night we had to sleep in the lounge as rooms were very hot. The manager says it is not advertised with aircon but it is not explicitly mentioned as it is something you would expect of a property to have. It should be made more clear In description rather than inclusions.5th bedroom is a room in a room for awareness. The flyscreens were broken in bathroom and in two rooms and we couldn't open for fresh air and it was inferno at night for us. There were fans provided which were not effective in current weatherLaundry had broken tiles which was a safety hazard.I would be a little warry of staying here in hot weather. These are very fixable things which can make guests experience a lot better if paid attention to.Overall a good place if these tweaks are done.

Jan 2021A little bit of TLC would make this house perfect.As it was we enjoyed a great family Christmas,the pool and the proximity to the beach.Being just south of Byron,the pace was enjoyable and not so frantic,parking was good and the tropical garden was very pleasant.There are shops and a hotel within walking distance and it is a short drive to other places of interest like the Macadamia Castle,the Farm and Lennox Head.
