Dec 2020We were looking for a nice house for our family to have a nice getaway. This house has everything along with great views from the lanai. The close proximity to the beach, bikes, and pet friendly home was exactly what we were looking for. We would recommend this house and stay here again.

Jul 2020We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this luxurious home. Everything was provided to prepare our meals, and we ate better than we would have had we gone to restaurants. The pool and spa were enjoyed daily, and we relaxed in our comfortable bedrooms at night.

It has everything you might possibly need. So well furnished. Completely private, and quiet.
The only thing you might need to know is that it’s quite a distance from shopping and restaurants. We thought about just using Uber, but in the end, we rented a car, and we’re glad we did.
I’d rent this property again!

Everything you could possibly want is provided thus ensuring a very comfortable holiday. The Rotunda is a quiet residential up market area. We had a great holiday in this beautiful property. Certainly recommend.

Well appointed the pictures don’t show you everything they thought of for your comfort. Property management was very attentive and kept us well informed.

Aug 2021This house is amazing. Extremely clean. Has everything you could want or need. Nice touch were the pool toys and kid toys inside. We had reservations in the St Pete area but red tide was horrible. Not safe for our toddler grandchildren. We started scrambling to find somewhere else. So thankful to find this gem. The pool was great. The kids loved seeing the neighborhood canal alligators. They may have been the highlight of their trip. There are nice beaches 20-30 mins from the house. Thank you for sharing your home with us. It saved our vacation. We had a great time.

Mar 2018Property was wonderful with all the extras you could need for a beach vacation especially with kids! Very clean and well maintained. We had a fantastic stay at this property and will likely try to stay here again in the future! My only suggestion would be for new baking sheets and coffee maker. Everything else was great.

May 2019Overall, I enjoyed the stay at Pine Valley immensely. The decor was entertaining! Everywhere I looked I could tell the owners really cared and loved their home. Many thanks for sharing it with us. We found some slats for curtains in a closet and my husband gladly fixed and returned them to the curtain. You had everything we needed! Thanks again!

We especially picked this house as it had two master suites. Great wildlife abounds and garage has so many extras (bikes, golf clubs, fishing gear, beach and pool toys, chairs)! The only negative thing I can say is that mosquitos were able to somehow get into the master bath (by the air conditioner) and my legs got bitten quite a bit; but this could be an easy maintenance fix. Otherwise it was a perfect two weeks spent at this property. We all miss it already!
