Es gibt Kabelfernsehen mit großem Bildschirm und drahtloses Highspeed-Internet. Die Vorderseite des Hauses hat einen fantastischen Blick auf den See durch eine meist Glaswand. Diese Ansicht ist von den meisten Häuschen zugänglich. Aug 2020What a perfect location, tranquil and completely beautiful and stunning. We were sorry to leave. The hot tub was lovely and very comfortable beds. We had a fantastic break. Thank you

Sep 2021We stayed for the weekend, four adults. Such a cute place! Spectacular view, enjoyed coffee on the dock watching the sunrise over the lake! Stocked with almost everything you need! Comfortable beds! The feeling of home away from home!

The morning gs sitting g on the back deck or dock was amazing! We also highly recommend Reagan’s canoe and kayak rental … brought kayaks right to the cottage. Kayaking on the lake was perfection!

Jan 2022We loved our stay here, and Pat/Susan were great with communication! The check in process was so smooth the place was extremely clean. The view is beautiful and the hot tub was fantastic. Being able to walk down to the dock was really nice and the pictures do not do the rental justice it was much bigger than we expected! Will come back here as soon as possible :)

Apr 2021We loved everything about this property! It was clean and had all of the amenities we needed for a perfect weekend. We will definitely book here again when the weather is warmer and we can enjoy the lake.

Aug 2022We liked the location on a cul de sac. It seemed like a very nice neighborhood. The view was lovely. The house didn't look quite as nice as in the pictures but it was roomy and comfortable. The one problem was the sliding glass door was very heavy and hard to open/shut. Three of us got fingers pinched in it, really needs to be fixed.

Oct 2021We had a great time. This is our second stay at your property. As always we found it warm and inviting. The first night we had a full moon over the lake that made some wonderful pictures. We had trouble with the tv remote, but after we replaced the batteries it worked. We will definately consider staying here if we visit again. The location, and the clean and inviting feel and the lake views will keep us coming back, thank you.

Apr 2021We found the area beautiful and the cottage was cute. On our 3rd day there we blew a fuse which took out a few outlets, lights, internet, television and the heat. I text the owner asking if the property manager could come take a look at the circuit breakers, she told me that it was in the basement and to be careful of the many obstacles in the way. The basement was through the outside Bilko doors and a padlock on the inside door. I text her back and told her that and she said it was unlocked. There was no way we were getting down there. Very unprofessional of the owner.
Also, the listing says a washer and dryer are on site, we never found them.

Feb 2022We enjoyed our quick stay for a girls wine weekend. It was snowing (beautiful) and the sidewalks were shoveled and the fireplace was turned on making it very comfortable when we arrived. Our only complaint was the large sliding back door is definitely a safety hazard. When trying to go to the hot tub or take photos of the great view - it takes all of your strength to open/close. My sister fell coming inside and I smashed my hand when it finally closed. Overall was perfect for our short weekend!

There are so many wineries and a brand new brewery all very close. Perfect setup for two adults, though it would also work well for 2 couples as well if you don’t mind sharing one tiny bathroom. Very happy with our stay.

We came in winter and the warmth was cozy and walks well-salted and safe. We stayed in the house most of the time but tons of wineries and other fun places to explore, nearby.

Jan 2021This was such a relaxing getaway for us - taking time off to celebrate a birthday - and the property was as described. Due to the time of year we did not use the back porch, or the dock, but we definitely enjoyed using the hot tub. Sarah left lights and music on for us when we were scheduled to check in and that was a lovely touch. The only drawback for us - we couldn't stay longer!

The hottub is a great size and it's so nice to watch the water while relaxing. Management is just a text away I'm case of any issues. Very pleased with our stay.

Apr 2021This property is great! We had such a great stay here for our ladies weekend away. The views are breathtaking and perfect for your morning cup of coffee. The hot tub is the perfect relaxation. We wish we could have stayed longer but we will definitely be back!

Feb 2022This little place was just right for a short winter getaway. Very clean, super comfortable and warm. Beautiful view of the lake! Hot tub was clean and hot, the only downside was how heavy and difficult it was to put the hot tub cover on. It was extremely heavy and hard to manipulate. Everything else was wonderful!

Oct 2021This is our 2nd stay this year and it was just as perfect as the first! The location is great for touring numerous wineries & breweries, and the short drive into Penn Yan makes it very convenient. The house is cozy and comfortable and the hot tub is amazing! Highly recommend!

Nov 2020This cottage was even cuter than the listing looks, check in was super easy, and the lake view and sounds were so calming and peaceful. Just a note that there is no store close by - the closest gas station or grocery store is a 13 minute drive to Penn Yan so bear that in mind if you plan on being able to just run out and grab something. But really very nice check in was super easy and there are a bunch of wineries very close.
