What a well appointed house!!!! A beautiful property with more space than we could use. Gorgeous flow into the backyard in a quiet neighborhood. Neighbors are not on top of you, and you had a real sense of privacy. House is beautiful, but more so, completely functional with bathrooms and pull-out couches where they needed to be. Our party of 7 (no couples) each had more than adequate sleeping arrangements. The killer sounding SONOS system was an unexpected treat that was thoroughly enjoyed. Only minor quibble was some wi-fi drops outs, but that is a wi-fi extender away from being fixed. Aside from that being a minor annoyance now and again....loved everything about this house. Super easy to keep clean and just a ton of space to both congregate and spread out.

We were in town for the Urban Health Expo and had the company team stay here. We were all very comfortable and extremely pleased. Its a beautiful home, very well put together, with everything we could have needed. Perfect for hosting and we were very close to downtown with quick access to the Convention Center.

This is a fantastic property & home in the Zilker neighborhood of Austin. The pictures (while fine) don't do the home justice on how open & nice it is. The house was very clean and livable with comfortable beds and open living spaces. We stayed with a party of 6 for ACL '12 and utilized the property's close proximity to Zilker, Barton Springs, So Congress to easily access the festival and bars / restaurants. Silvia (the owner) was also great to work with and was quick to follow through with on any questions. I would highly recommended this house to friends, family & strangers alike except for ACL 13 when our group rents it again.

This home is fantastic and wonderful -- such a nice spot to stay at in Austin. The home was fully equipped with everything we could've ever wanted and more! Our group enjoyed our stay here immensely and would recommend to anyone. Great location, amenities, design, and features. Would definitely come back!

Our family enjoyed our visit to this wonderful Austin home. The house has a well-organized kitchen with all the prep tools you would expect. The living area is comfortable and highly functional.When we arrived the home was clean and is clearly well-maintained. The owners are easy to communicate with and quickly respond to all my emails.The house has a great backyard and a convenient location - right up the hill from Zilker Park and Barton Springs.

My wife and I stayed here with our dogs for almost 3 months while our new home was being completed. The home itself was quite comfortable and great for entertaining with a large open area with lots of windows. The backyard is spacious, and our dogs thoroughly enjoyed chasing tennis balls and squirrels. It is located within walking distance of Barton Springs and many of the great dining choices along South Lamar. Additionally, the neighborhood itself is quite walkable and we spent many wonderful hours strolling the surrounding streets.We had no problems with the house while staying there, and the owners were quite attentive to the requests we made. In fact, we now count them as friends and hope to see them again soon. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this home. It is particularly suited for someone interested in being close to downtown, yet seeking a quieter environment that is surrounded by nature. The Barton Springs Greenbelt is just a 10-15 minute walk from the front door!
