Nur wenige Blocks vom Haus entfernt befindet sich der Yachthafen mit täglichen Abfahrten zu Angelcharter, Sonnenuntergangskreuzfahrten, Dinner-Kreuzfahrten und Bootsverleih. Wir haben einen Spülbereich auf dem Achterdeck. Auch auf dem Achterdeck bieten wir einen Grill. Alle Betten und Möbel sind brandneu. Wir bieten alle Bettwäsche. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Töpfen, Pfannen, Tassen und Utensilien. Ein brandneuer Edelstahl-Geschirrspüler, ein Herd und ein Kühlschrank sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Alle Schlafzimmer haben Kabelfernsehen mit Flachbildschirm an der Wand! Wir bieten eine Frontlader Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Waschküche. May 2021Wow- this property was so nice. The house itself was clean, well furnished, nice/modern furniture, beautiful view and easy beach access. Overall, we loved this property for our "mommy's weekend away" with a couple girlfriends. It was very windy one day and the sand was uncomfortable with the wind on the beach and we were able to use the front yard and still hear the waves and be in the sun. The turf yard is such a great feature and upgrade that you don't get with most homes. The only minor complaint issue was some nails sticking up on the beachside deck and the boardwalk to the beach and you cannot see the sandy beach from the deck due to the dunes. Other than that, this is one of the best properties I have every stayed. Great, beautiful, property, great communication and check in/out process with owners and perfect location. We all wanted to come back with our families- VERY PLEASED! thank you for sharing your home.

Aug 2021We were very happy to book this last-minute stay. The home was incredibly clean and just as pictured. We had great communication with Jamie and Brian prior to our arrival and when we had one minor issue during the stay (not house related). They were very responsive and got back in touch within minutes. The view from the top floor was amazing and the beach was very private. We hope to stay there again in the future!

Oct 2022We were really pleased with this property. The kitchen is much better equipped than other beach houses we've stayed at in terms of cookware, dishes, glasses, and containers for leftovers. The location right on the beach is perfect and we enjoyed using the turf area out front to play sports with the kids. My kids loved using the little toddler bed in the laundry/sun room as a reading nook. The house was clean and comfortable. The only drawback is the mattresses were softer than we prefer and we had to put up temporary blackout blinds because of the lighting around the house. (The shades in all 3 bedrooms worked well but we prefer close to total darkness for sleeping.)

Feb 2021We were looking for a change of scenery, and the ability to work remote. This place was wonderful! Amazingly clean, and welcoming. We spent 2 weeks at the beginning of February. The proximity to the beach and town allowed us the take walks, daily, while maintaining social distancing (during these crazy times). The house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.

Jun 2021We travelled to Carolina Beach in June 2021 and stayed for 7 days. Our group loved the location of the property, proximity to the beach, and view of the ocean (we had the top level). Our family had a great time on the trip, and plan to return again in the future. Would definitely recommend for others looking to escape the busier beaches on the east coast.

Sep 2022We stayed on the upper level of this house. It had everything I could ask for including a beautiful view from the back porch. The backyard had a great place for my 2 year old son to play in the evening in the shade. The beach was very quiet with no one even close to us. We will definitely be back again.

May 2020We had the best girls trip weekend! The location could not have been better. The rental is beautiful and perfect! The hosts are amazing and made us feel so welcome and provided so much great information about the area. The place was spotless and was exactly as shown in the photos. Could not have picked a better place to rent for the weekend. Would love to rent this unit again and again!!!

Jun 2021We had a wonderful week at your beautiful property. This was our second time, we loved it so much the first time and plan to book it again for next year. The house is clean with a well equipped kitchen. I think the house is situated on the best part of Carolina Beach. It was never crowded and we always found the perfect spot after walking a few steps from the house right to the beach. The areas to the left and right down a bit further were very busy. We loved our quite area. Thanks for another wonderful vacation!!

Jun 2020We had a wonderful time at this clean, updated, convenient located home. The beach access was easy and the upstairs porch was great. Thw only suggestion I would give would be for some small tables to hold drinks on the porch. No big deal... we loved our stay and would come back!

The place itself was very clean with all the amenities provided for us which was great - less to pack. Private walkway over the dune to the beach. Location was really nice too, situated nicely between the public access entries so that it was not so crowded. Owners were on point with communication, check in and check out went smoothly.Bottom line - great place, great location, great vacation!

The "shared" bathroom is very narrow but doable. The space has everything that you need. Nice little things included like children's toys & puzzles which was used quite a bit! We had so much fun! Dec 2020This was my first experience renting a property from VRBO. The check-in process was very simple. I spoke to the owner the morning of check-in, they gave me all the information we needed, like lock codes and trash pickup info. The parking situation was the best we've experienced at our many stays at Carolina Beach. No annoying pillars to navigate, no squeezing into too-tight spaces. I appreciated having two rooms with king beds. Both have views of the ocean from the bedroom windows. The location was great, a quick drive to Publix and many restaurants. Overall, I would highly recommend this property. We will be back!
