Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine sehr komfortable Leder-Lounge, einen großen TV-Bildschirm, DVD-Player und CD-Player mit iPod und Flash-Laufwerk. Sie können eine Welt entfernt von der Hektik des Alltags zu sein, aber ist Highspeed-Breitband verfügbar, damit Sie in Kontakt zu bleiben. Eine Reihe von Kinder-DVDs, Bücher und Spiele sind für Ihren Genuss zur Verfügung gestellt. Im Obergeschoss, die drei Schlafzimmer enthalten eine Königin, ein Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten. Es ist ein tragbares Kinderbett und Hochstuhl für Kleinkinder. Der beiden Bäder hat man einen großen Wellnessbereich. Die Küche und Wäscherei sind komplett ausgestattet. Feb 2019We stayed for 3 days. The property is on a lower side of a terrace which runs along the hills on the southern side of the town centre. We parked on the road as the parking area of the property is a bit tight for larger vehicles. Continuing straight on the terrace road for a couple of minutes then turning left will bring you to the shops, pub and club. There aren't a lot of places to eat, basically a couple of cafes, the pub and the Country club. The chinese restaurant opens at the Country club from Wednesday to Sunday (?) and the food here was good. The club also has a bistro serving bistro type food, the pub has basic tucker with a couple of vietnamese dishes (which weren't too bad). The club is a good place to sit outside, have a drink and watch the world go by. Killick beach is very safe, it is a tidal river and is great to float down on the outgoing tide. Surfers can catch a ride from the outside point to the river mouth in the right condition (didn't happen when we were there). Small swell when we were there with best conditions on the low tide.
The accommodation was fine with distant but nice views of the ocean. It is a double storey dwelling with the bedrooms upstairs. It does get hot in the upper rooms and a fan is essential.
There is a foodworx grocery shop which sells most groceries, they are a bit expensive but Crescent Head is only a small village about 20 kms from Kempsey. It is a very quiet area and shops don't stay open late. Crescent Head is a place to go to relax, walk, swim or surf, don't go there expecting a great night life because it isn't that sort of place.

Jun 2019We had an enjoyable stay at this property. We had our small dog stay with us and the only thing was she could get through the gaps on the verandah .
We loved watching the birds each morning though and the lovely view.
The property was clean and had everything we needed.
We decided to stay an extra night and this wasnt an issue.

Aug 2021We had an amazing time staying at Lynne’s place in crescent Head.The property was perfect, very comfortable for us 4 adults and our dog. Awesome view of the ocean and mountains. Perfect to sit back and relax, a short walk into town was also a bonus. We will definitely be back.

Jan 2021We had a fantastic experience staying at the property. Felt like we were in a treehouse and the ocean view was great. The photos do not do it justice! Lynn was very responsive, the house was very clean and thoughtful amenities were provided. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The view was the highlight especially during the rainy days, we could still watch the surf from above. Easy walk into town with the exception of some hills and stairs but we liked the exercise. Great spot and Lynne our host was quite pleasant and helpful.

Dec 2018This is a simple review, we loved our short 5 day stay at this property, it was clean upon arrival, well set up, privacy plus amongst the tree scope..away from the hustle & bustle of the tourist strip and noise, everything that you would need in the kitchen for cooking and meal prep...and serving..
A great spa in the downstairs bathroom, very roomy, extremely comfy beds, a big T.V in the loungeroom, modern appliances," the lounge way to comfortable, enjoyed several naps on it," a host that is most welcoming, the feel of the property is of coastal comfort, very affordable compared to most B & B'S in Crescent Head, we couldn't fault it and we are yearly international travellers, I do a lot of research when choosing a holiday destination and this property is just what any holiday maker needs for that well needed relaxing break, we didn't want to leave...My congrats to Lynne...you have created a wonderful holiday home for your guests, and I say home because this is how it feels as soon as you walk through the door...The location is a short 5 minute walk down to the shops and beach & lagoon area and has a fantastic verandah that goes around the whole house, we took our little" fur babies"..they were also welcomed and they loved doing laps around the house every morning and plenty of walkies..If you are wanting a wonderful relaxed private peaceful holiday, it's simple book this property, we will definitely be back...we have found our new coastal getaway..Happy holidays..Vic Abb.

There was plenty of room for a family of four and the spa in the downstairs bathroom was great fun. There were a few mozzies floating about outside which don't get blown away by the coastal breezes and the kitchen is quite basic but nothing that can't be easily overcome. Would defo stay again.

Jun 2021The property is located towards the back of Crescent Head on the hill which gives great views. It is a 10-15min walk to the beach. The house is well equipped but is showing it's age. Cosy and comfortable we'll be back.

Jan 2019The property is comfortable and spacious, although not luxurious (there’s no dishwasher and the kitchen’s dated) the property is clean and well maintained. The deck with views north along the coast and proximity to the beach are the main features. Would definitely recommend this property.
