Went with a big group for my husband‘s 40th birthday. From the moment we arrived we felt we were in luxury. The house was fantastic, really new and updated! Everything was set up as we had wanted. The view and outside is just breathtaking. We were also pleasantly pleased with the family room. Those vaulted ceiling‘s😍!!! Everything was great and we appreciate everything from Judy and Dean!

We had the most amazing time at the Beachwood house! Everything from booking to Judy meeting us at the airport and her setting everything up. We had her amazing Key lime pie, the talk was correct her pie was wonderful! It was unfortunate that we had cold front come while we were there so it was cold, the pool was cold also so that was a bummer. The bug were no joke, we all got eaten up so make sure you bring bug spray!! We did ask Judy to set up a boat tour for the 15 of us and it was unfortunate that when we got to the boat there wasn’t enough space so we had to last minute find another boat company. Overall the trip was incredible! I would recommend the Beachwood House to everyone, enough space and spectacular views! The house was equipped with everything you could possibly want or need! Thank you for everything!! My dads 60th birthday was a success!!

We had a great time at the house. House was well kept. Judy was great with helping organize dinners and groceries. We didn't have a car, so taxis got expensive. But that was the only down fall. Home was beautiful!

We enjoyed Thanksgiving with all of our children and grandchildren at Beachwood this year. Judy Gray, Chef Nancy, Captain TJ and their extended teams took exceptional care of us all week! Great food, fishing and excursions. Thank you for a very memorable stay . We’ll be back!

We came to Exuma the week after Christmas. We were two families, with 8 kids total. Beachwood was the perfect spot for us. The house was set up perfectly for our group. Judy was always a huge help and available to answer any questions we had. Exuma is a beautiful island. Our week was the perfect mix of relaxation and activity. We will definitely be back!

We are about to head home this morning after 4 days in one of our favorite getaway spots....wanted to try little exuma this time and were lucky to find this beautiful home available. It was more than spacious for our party of 7 and everyone would have been comfortable except for the less than adequate A/C system. The master bedroom was like a sauna. We had to take 2 fans from the living room and put one on each side of the bed and sleep with only a sheet which we wouldn’t have even used except we had to keep the door to the bedroom open so some air from the living room/kitchen area would hopefully reach us. None of the 5 bedrooms in the main house have A/C units and the vents are useless. Our friends loved the house and would like to bring their family here next May but will not unless the issue is addressed. Having said all that, we love Exuma and will be back!

This was my family’s second time in Exuma. Our first trip we stayed at a hotel on the opposite side of the island and this time around we were lucky enough to experience a beachfront villa. Owner Dean and propert manager Judy were like your personal concierge , always available, helpful and friendly to deal with. The main house with the pool house is picture perfect and there was nothing that wasn’t thought of that the guests may require. From the smallest details of a travel magazine in the nightstand in the poolhouse, to boardgames and cards, pool toys, shower outside the pool etc, that attention to detail travels thoroughought the whole house ensuring a luxurious comfort for your stay. Judy also arranges airport pickup, local chefs for dinners or lunches in the house along with preferred tour operators for daytrips and car rentals. The beach view from the living room is breathtaking and unforgettable and we can’t wait to be back. Chris

We even got married on the beach in front of the property and held our reception on the patio. There were 6 kayaks that were used to visit the islands out front. Most awesome was kayaking around the bend to the lazy river, part of the Moriah Harbor Cay National Park. The owner, Dean, was extremely helpful and responds immediately to our texts. Highly recommended.

Third time is a charm! We have taken our childrens’ families individually, but this was our 3rd year and all ten of us enjoyed Beachwood and Greystone. As always, we enjoyed the private beach, pool and Judy’s prompt responses. She assisted us with car rentals, ncaa games, baby items, hair braiding and dinners. We loved the delicious meals by Nancy and her crew! Especially, the conch chowder and key lime pie! Beachwood is our favorite, even though we stayed in two other beautiful homes, thank you Dean for accommodating our family for an extended stay.

The Beachwood home was the perfect selection for our extended family of ten. The BR’s were spacious and comfortable and the great room/kitchen was a wonderful gathering place.. but the view and location were the most impressive features. The infinity pool and wide sandy beach were big hits.

Property was amazing. From the spacious rooms, infinity pool, amenities, to the comfortable furniture. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. The sleeping accommodations were very comfortable and adequately provided enough space for our large group. The bungalow had two separate bedrooms with a common bathroom that was perfect. The kitchen had everything you needed and was very spacious with a large island. The sandy beach below the house provided the perfect getaway to lay out on the sand and enjoy the surf and water. The scenery from the house was breathtaking and luckily for us it didn't rain which provided picturesque views day and night. Definitely would recommend this house to any large group or family for an awe inspiring vacation.

Our family of 7 (ages 12-68) were lucky enough to stay at Beachwood. The house and property are absolutely spectacular! Judy was so helpful- arranged for a rental car, a fishing trip, an excursion to pig island (thanks for a great time Theodore!), and cooked 2 delicious dinners- get the blackened grouper if it's in season! Don't believe what you read about her key lime pie...it's even better than words can describe! So yummy that we asked her to bake us another one the very next day! The house was immaculately clean and the beach was beautiful. Had coffee by the pool every morning while watching the sun rise over the ocean. Exuma Market has the best selection for groceries, 242 Prime Spirits and 700 Wines have a great selection, Santanas has amazing food--be sure to ask for a green monster while you're there and stop by Mom's bakery right next door when you're done! The area was safe, the people were friendly, and the weather was perfect! There was a great selection of pool toys to utilize..floated in the ocean on tubes, took the kayaks out for a ride, and fished right off of the beach. Dean, the owner, is amazing and was so helpful during the booking process. He welcomed any questions that we had and gave great advice and tips to help make the best out of our time in Exuma. There really is no reason to leave the property. We only had 3 meals away from the home the entire 10 days we were there. Cooking on the grill was so much fun and gave us more time to enjoy the house, the pool, and the beach. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a special, once in a lifetime experience! We would all love to go back to Exuma and if we are ever lucky enough to do that, we wouldn't consider staying anywhere other than Beachwood. Thank you Dean, Judy, Theodore, and Wade for an amazing trip! These are memories that our family will have forever! And to whoever is reading this review...what are you waiting for? Loved the beach, the house was unreal, the kitchen was huge and fully stocked. Pool house had nice privacy and the hot tub pool area has the best view in the world. Wish we could stay forever! We will be back again soon!

Ourselves, our children and grandchildren were more than ready to spend unforgettable and irreplaceable time together and we couldn't have chosen a better home for to fit the task. Everything we could have possibly needed was provided, and then some. Judy was always quick to respond to any questions and kind in her communications. If I could only splurge like this every year..... Thank you Dean for sharing your home!
