Dieses charmante 5-Zimmer-Haus liegt direkt am Strand in South Ponte Vedra Beach. Sandy Toes wurde im Frühjahr 2019 komplett renoviert und bietet ein modernes Dekor, neue Möbel und viel Komfort. Vier der Schlafzimmer haben Kingsize-Betten, so dass das Haus problemlos vier Paare aufnehmen kann. Es gibt auch einen Schlafraum für die Kinder. <br><br>Der offene Wohn- / Essbereich ist ein großartiger Ort für alle, die sich treffen möchten. Die voll ausgestattete Küche bietet Blick auf den Essbereich. <br>Die Küche verfügt über alle Geräte, die Sie zu Hause erwarten würden, sowie Kochtöpfe, Pfannen, Utensilien usw. Neben der Küche befindet sich unsere Waschküche mit zwei, ja zwei, Satz Waschmaschinen und Trocknern!<br><br>Das Wohnzimmer bietet bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten um einen großen Flachbild-TV. Bücher und Brettspiele stehen Ihnen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Grundlegende Kabel und WLAN werden von Comcast bereitgestellt. Vom Wohnzimmer aus können Sie direkt auf die Terrasse gehen, wo sich unser Whirlpool für 6 Personen befindet. Genießen Sie nachts in der Wanne unter dem Sternenhimmel (denken Sie daran, zuerst den gesamten Sand abzuspülen!). Sie können sich in einigen unserer Gartenmöbel zurücklehnen oder ein Sandwich an unserem Gartentisch genießen. Diese Schlafzimmer teilen sich ein komplettes Badezimmer mit Waschbecken, WC und Duschwanne.<br>Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das Kinderzimmer. Dieses Zimmer verfügt über zwei Doppelstockbetten und bietet bequem Platz für 4 Personen. Das Kinderzimmer verfügt über einen großen Kleiderschrank.<br><br> Dieses Haus hat allen Komfort von zu Hause. Sandy Toes ist komplett ausgestattet mit allen Bettwäsche, Handtücher, und eine gut ausgestattete Küche, damit Sie sich auf einen entspannten Urlaub am Strand zu konzentrieren. Sep 2016Wren Beach Rental agency has been the best agency we've worked with. We summer at the beach every year and it is great to know that everything we need is taken care of at Sandy Toes. It is great to have the beach to ourselves. The home was very spacious, with clean linens, a great supply of beach towels and every kitchen tool we needed. My teenagers, grandparents and husband all enjoyed themselves. We played games, fished and walked on the beach. Loved going into St. Augustine and taking a chocolate tour at Whetson Chocolate Factory, stopping by the Winery, and having pizza at Pizzalley's on St. George street.

Oct 2022We wish we could have stayed longer! The space was so relaxing, the beach was secluded and we only saw a handful of people the whole time, and it's a short drive to anything you might need. The hot tub was such a perk and so was having so much space to do laundry. The beach is literally 20 steps away from the back door. We had 4 kids ages 5-10 there and they loved it as much as we did! Thank you so much!

Oct 2016This was our third summer to get together for a family vacation and we could not have been happier with the condition of the property. The house was very well maintained and clean, lots of room and right on the beach! We enjoyed the kitchen and the BBQ grill. We loved visiting St. Augustine also. In the future I would make sure I rent kayaks for the week so we could get a close up view of the dolphins swimming by every morning. My advice, brew a pot of coffee at 6am and go out to the end of the walkway and watch the sunrise, you will not be disappointed.

Nov 2019This place was exactly what we wanted for our staycation with our out of town friends. The weather was unexpectedly cold and extremely windy, but everything we needed to relax, enjoy our time, and keep the kids entertained was available. The gates for the stairs was a lifesaver!
I would totally recommend this house to everyone, but would note that the living room has sharp corners and a lot of things displayed on low shelves that would make it stressful to parents of a young child that doesn't walk so well or can't stop touching things, but the downstairs kids room is perfect for all ages.

Nov 2016This is a nice beach house right on the ocean and is as advertised. It was clean and comfortable. David at wrenbeachrentals.com was great to work with and responded immediately to inquiries. The jets in the hot tub were amazing and the beach was clean with very little traffic. You can hear the ocean waves lap up from 3 of the ocean-front bedrooms. The double laundry facilities were an added bonus!

Feb 2016This is a beautiful Wren Beach Rentals property. As with all Wren locations (we've rented 4 over 7 years), you can begin enjoying your stay the minute you walk in the door. This is just as advertised--very well-equipped, perfect location, straightforward rental agreement with no surprises. During all of our stays, we've only encountered only 1 minor hiccup which was corrected quickly and kindly. The area truly offers activities for everyone, plus restaurants and grocery stores conveniently nearby.

Oct 2016The house is well stocked, clean, everything is well decorated. Proximity to the beach is the winner! The beach is beautiful and clean, weather was gorgeous and no people around, priceless. Hot tub was enjoyed by kids and adults alike. We loved having a game room with bunk beds since we had 5 kids and a baby. Highly recommend.

Jan 2020Sandy Toes was the perfect location for my husband’s long awaited 60th birthday reunion. The property was beautiful and well appointed. It was a short drive to restaurants and entertainment, but still far enough that it did not distract from friends and family just spending time to reconnect.
The house had everything we needed and the 5 bedrooms were perfect place for down time.
Our property manager was very attentive and made our stay even that much better.
Can’t wait to rerun!!

Oct 2016Rental was nice, but not nearly what we expected for the price. We had 9 adults, 3 children, and a dog. Even though it says the house accommodates this many, it felt small. We didn't have enough room to eat together or sit in the evenings. The catwalk to the beach had nail coming up in spots that one of the children cut their foot on. There was a big dropoff at the end of the catwalk as there was no bottom step to get onto the beach. The towels smelled of mildew and we found live bugs inside of some. Lighting is lacking throughout the house for evenings when you don't have natural light.
The bunk room was nice for the children. Laundry area was convienent. Kitchen was lacking some items I would expect it to have in order to be "stocked" but it was a great smaller kitchen with updated appliances. Beach was very close and empty while we were there. Not much actual sandy beach area though with the tide being high.
This was a nice rental that just needed a little more attention before guests arrived.

Jul 2016An absolutely amazing multi-family beach vacation! Our first trip to the St. Augustine area and SandyToes beach house was a complete success and exceeded our expectations. From the initial request for information, reservation process , to the check-out process, we could not have been more delighted. The Wren Beach Rental team were engaged in meeting all of our family requests and needs to provide an unforgettable family vacation. The beach house layout was perfect for our party of 12 and even the young kiddos commented on how fun the bunk-beds were! We enjoyed picturesque views sipping morning coffee on the beach and the private deck for our big family breakfasts which made our mornings! The beachfront was truly our own "private piece of paradise" and our families enjoyed moonlight bocce games and fishing!
We also took advantage of the nearby beach club for pool access and resort dinng! Caps on the Water restaurant ended our week with a family dinner out on the last night! We are already planning a return late summer trip ! We highly recommend Sandy Toes and the entire Wren team for any future beach front vacation!

Feb 2016After friends had a horrific experience with another large rental company, we set out to find one that kept customers coming back. Wren Rentals did not disappoint and we have already recommended them to friends. The house was well equipped with what we needed... and the two washers/dryers were a dream come true! Several times we needed things and Steve came right over - he was very easy to reach and took care of everything. The absolute best part of our stay was the beach. This section of beach is not next to a public access, and so we had the beach to ourselves. It was magical for our 3 daughters and Goldendoodle - we did not want to leave! It was perfect for long walks and runs, as well as digging holes and building pirate ships. The hot tub and gas fireplace make this the perfect location for a winter rental. We had warm and sunny days - as well as cold windy ones - they were all great! We hope to come again and will definitely use Wren Rentals for all future beach stays!
