Jul 2021What a relaxing place to stay! Tom is a gracious host and the home had beautiful views of the lake and mountains. We enjoyed watching some amazing sunsets and fishing off the dock. The house was very clean upon arrival and has a great kitchen with most everything you need. On a cool day we went to Fort Ticonderoga and Mt. Defiance . At the Fort, there is a nice boat tour that offers a narrated history of the area by a knowledgeable historian as well as other activities and tours throughout the day.

Aug 2021We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this well-maintained, spacious, clean, waterfront property. Tom was very gracious and made himself available for any questions or concerns. We rented a boat for a day down the street from Snug Harbor and also rented a SUP for the week (lakegeorgewatersports.com) which was delivered to the home. This was a good location for day trips to Lake George Village, Burlington, Lake Placid & Ausable Chasm. Highly recommend!

Aug 2022We rented this house in Ti to be close to family. In total, our extended family rented 4 houses, and it was decided that ours was hands down the best. The house is spacious - much larger than is shown in the pictures. The views onto the water are spectacular. If you like to fish, there's an abundance of bluegill, some perch, and even a few bass right off the dock. The central air is amazing, even in 90+ temps. The only hiccup I will note is the size of the beds. In the "Rooms & Beds" section of the listing, the Mountain Room icon shows that it has a King bed even thought the text accurately describes the bed in that room as a Queen. Overall the house served our needs well!

We used all the amenities the house offered…fishing and swimming off the dock, touring the lake by canoe, docking kayaks and boat rental, nightly fire pits, lawn games and just taking in the view and sunsets. Tom was gracious and accommodating and made sure we were all set up. So grateful he has opened up this treasured home for our benefit!

Aug 2019We had such a wonderful week in Ticonderoga in this absolutely beautiful home. It came fully equipped with everything we needed, had a ton of space, plenty of room at the dock for our pontoon boat rental, and Tom the owner was so nice and accommodating. The beds were so comfortable and the grounds were amazing! We'd love to stay here again. Thank you, Tom, for sharing this lovely property!

Jul 2019Tom is the nicest guy you will ever meet. He tries hard to make your stay pleasant and enjoyable. The house is clean on the northern part of Lake George, right on the water which allowed us to dock our rental boat overnight. You are very much far from big city life.
One drawback is lack of cell service, whoever the WiFi is working just fine, but you can not make tel call on your cell phone except if you drive 10 minutes away. There is a landline. Also, not many options for groceries shopping in the area. It is only Walmart.
We had such a great time on the lake, fishing, in the house around the fire pit and our family connected in a way that we did not do for a long time.

Jul 2019The house is most beautiful and attention has been paid to every detail in it. It was very clean, very comfortable with an incredible view of Lake George. The spacious beautiful kitchen provided every possible cooking utensil . There is a large yard for the children to play. The well equipped dock was perfect for our two boats. The owner , Tom , is very friendly and makes it very clear he is a phone call away if any issue arises, fortunately none did in our case.. We hope we have the good fortune to return to this truly special place..

Jul 2019The experience was beyond our expectations. The house is magnificent, the view unbelievable and the nicest host you will ever meet. Not much of a neighborhood but you can walk to the public beach. We can’t wait to go back.

Aug 2018Owner, Tom is a very good host. His lovely home on the northern end of Lake George offers an opportunity to truly relax. Located close to shopping, restaurants and activities, the spacious house (and dock) sits in a quiet cove on the north side of Black Point. Our family enjoyed everything Tom's home offers: swimming (dock & beach), fishing, boating, canoeing, games on the large backyard overlooking the lake, sunsets, stargazing just to name a few. A beautiful, well maintained home we'll remember for ever. Thank you Tom.

Aug 2017Home was great and inviting. The entire house possessed character - books, piano, record selection, view, yard to have a catch, views of the lake, etc... My entire family looks forward to coming back next year. The owner (Tom) was a welcoming host and very attentive throughout the week if needed. We'll be back!
