Wir haben diesen tollen Drei-Level-Zeitgenossen im Herbst 2013 gekauft und aktualisiert. Dieses Haus verfügt über vier Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder mit Wäsche. Es ist ideal für zwei Familien, die zusammen reisen, mit zwei Schlafzimmern und Bädern auf separaten Etagen. Ein Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett befindet sich auf jeder Ebene sowie ein Zweibettzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, ein Schlafzimmer mit großen Etagenbetten, ideal für Kinder. Die Schlafzimmer in der oberen Etage verfügen über eine Kathedralendecke. Alle Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und bieten viel Stauraum. Das Haus ist günstig gelegen und nur fünf Autominuten vom Dorfzentrum entfernt, wo sich alle Geschäfte und Restaurants befinden. <br>Wir sind 12 Meilen von Attitash Ski Area und nur 5 Meilen vom Mount Cranmore entfernt! Dec 2021We were overall happy with the house, the living room and kitchen area were great for family time. The listing says the location of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom are located on the first floor but are actually down 4-5 stairs and other set of bedrooms and bathroom was on the second floor up 5 stairs, the stairs were difficult for my elderly parents. The house was well stocked and had beautiful Mountain View’s. Plenty of rooms and privacy. The owners responded to my couple questions very promptly. I would recommend to families traveling together.

Jul 2021We wanted a nice place to stay for the weekend and this really fit the bill. The house looks small at first glance so we were nervous it would be cramped but it wasn’t. The layout was great. 2 bedrooms upstairs, 2 down. Good size and good variety of sleeping accommodations. The house was clean and far enough away from town to be quiet but close enough to be convenient. The air conditioning was not sufficient with a couple of portable units that simply couldn’t keep up. The one in the kitchen is vented out a casement window and we found the window was opened less than an inch and a lot of the venting was just coming into the dining room and even heating up the place and we hope not just dumping CO2 in there. That had us looking for smoke detectors and CO2 detectors. 2 detectors didn’t work at all (no batteries in 1 at all) and the one we did think worked was in the bedroom circa 1970 I think. There was a plug in CO2 in the basement. The property manager really needs to address this safety / liability issue. Otherwise it’s a decent property with plenty of inside space (not much outside but a nice deck) and sufficient sleeping for many.

Mar 2022We stayed here for a few days of skiing. The house was perfect for what our family. Communication was easy and the house was just as advertised. We would stay again.

Aug 2022We love this house! It’s located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood with a gorgeous view of the Moat Mountains. In the mornings and evenings sitting on the deck was so peaceful, we loved listening to the bullfrogs! The house is attractive, clean, spacious and was fully stocked. There are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs, living room, kitchen, dining area with a large table (great for playing games) on the main floor and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. Sofa is large and very comfortable. The home is air-conditioned which was a necessity for our elderly dog who cannot handle the heat. Honestly we have stayed in several rentals in the area over the past 10+ years and we have never been to a cleaner home and this is by far our favorite! . If you have any questions Pam and Chris are quick to respond and very polite! Location is close to some of our favorites like the Saco, Echo Lake, North Conway Village, the Lobster Trap, Priscilla’s, Dianna‘s baths, Cathedral ledge, mini golf and more. Shoot up 302 for more amazing views and little hidden gems like Jackson Falls. And don’t forget the Kancamagus highway! We enjoyed the fire pit and stargazing was amazing. We highly recommend this home and are hoping to return sooner than later!

Oct 2021This was our second stay at this property, and we had a wonderful time. We appreciate how there are two queen beds (great for two adult couples) and plenty of space in the living / dining room. The view from the living room is excellent.

Sep 2022This was a new place for us this year. Nice view, near things we wanted to do. House was well equipped with kitchen items to cook large family meals. There were 9 of us. Two issues, to get a fire permit for the outdoor pit, we needed WRITTEN permission from the owner sent to the fire dept. Didn't bother because there wasn't room for all of us at the fire circle anyway. Two chairs only. We also had to separate all our own recyclables as there was only 1 (one) bucket. No place to store said recyclables. Need latched lidded buckets especially for a house that sleeps 10. Note: you CAN NOT walk into town but it's a quick drive. That being said, I would recommend this vacation home.

Apr 2021This house is in a great location; we walked to the Echo Lake trails and drove to Diana's Bath. Nice neighborhood with an easy drive into town. The house has a nice set up with a comfortable living room/dining area for everyone to gather. Kitchen space is a little small, not much counter space for preparing meals. We had a couple questions/issues during our stay; but Pam was quick to respond. Overall, we had a great trip.

Sep 2022The house was in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood in close driving distance to Storyland and downtown North Conway. The house is set up really well for two families, with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs. The living space is separated from the bedrooms, which made it really easy for the kids to be asleep and the adults to talk without disturbing them. We were very comfortable here! We had a few small issues/questions for the owners, and they were very quick to communicate back and deal with them. We would recommend this place to anyone!

Feb 2022Super fun house. Very comfortable and easy to get to. Nice common space with comfortable couch and big dining table. Large rooms and bathrooms and a nice side room by the entrance to store ski boots. Owners were responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Apr 2021Really enjoyed property that has great views of Moat, spacious, nice large family room with wood floors, wood stove, four nice size bedrooms and two large bathrooms. House was very nice, well equipped, clean and would definitely stay again. Owners lovely, great property. Our family loves to hike and ski so this was a wonderful location close to Conway and easy access to Mt Washington and local ski areas.

Jul 2021My husband and I were looking for a quick 3 to 4 day getaway just for a change of scenery, someplace that was pet friendly. This home was exactly as described, The view is beautiful and peaceful. Nice neighborhood to walk our dogs. We brought a couple of plastic gates to close off the deck because we heard from a previous review that this was an open area. The dogs loved hanging out on the deck as did we. This was a great location because it was quiet when we were home, very comfortable, the beds were great. Only 5 to 10 minutes to echo lake and North Conway. We didn't go for shopping, but it's nice to know we were close if we wanted to. We hiked Cathedral Ledge which was more of a challenge than we thought but a great way to spend the day. Had a well earned swim in Each Lake afterwards.. Just a few families there this early in the summer, plenty of Sandy beach to have a spot to ourselves. Spent the next day kayaking with Saco River tubing company. Overall a beautiful and well needed few days away from home. I would definitely come back with family or a girls weekend since there were plenty of beds and room to spread out.

Aug 2021Great stay, very spacious and clean and the owners were very responsive. Lovely neighborhood also, fishing pond just behind the house. Great for someone with kids and pets. Even came with baby/dog gates and bed rails. Highly recommend!

Mar 2022Great location and nice neighborhood. Close to town and cranmore but far enough away where it was nice and quiet. House was nice and clean and had everything you needed. Kitchen was stocked with pot/pans and everything needed to cook, lots of silverware and plates. Was very happy about the coffee maker! Back deck was spacious and grill was really nice. Over all property and house were really nice and would love to rent again!

Jul 2022Close to echo lake which is perfect for little kids! 10 mins to downtown, 20 mins from Storyland and an hour from Santa’s Village. The house is spacious and the neighborhood is quiet.
