Sep 2021We really enjoyed our stay. Neighborhood is super cute and walking distance to some nice restaurants and breweries! Do wish the kitchen was a little bit more stocked with bowls, mixing bowls, utensils, etc but overall great place!

Jun 2019This was a great property! Plenty of space for out of town guests coming in for a wedding. Everything was clean, more than enough towels, extra linens! Home away from home!

Aug 2022This was a great location for all the fun we had planned and I was even able to get a nice hike in on the trail that is just a block away. Beautiful setting and close to downtown. I highly recommend this property!

Aug 2021This property was great for my team. It was comfortable, spacious and provided the home away from home atmosphere we were looking for. Everything was with in a 10 minute drive which was GREAT! We went out to eat and found great bars/dance clubs near by for late night activities. Though the decor is a bit dated, the house did it's job and our group had no complaints!

Dec 2021The property was perfect for our needs! Everyone had a bed for our large group and the location was perfect! After a quick situation with the alarm system on check in, no other issues were had and the communication with Donna during that was quick and efficient. We hope to stay here again!

Nov 2018The location is perfect. We were able to walk to the thanksgiving parade. The house had enough space for all 12 of us. The tv channels and WiFi were not that good but you should be out seeing Charlotte and not watching tv or trying to do work while on vacation anyway. I do recommend to the owners to provide instructions about trash schedule and what to do at the end of your stay about towels and linens otherwise everything was great.

Jun 2021The location is everything if you are looking to be near uptown! Plenty of bars and restaurants in the area! Property manager was very helpful with telling us about the area and what places to go to and made us feel very welcomed!

Jul 2021The house location is fantastic. We had a little hiccup at check in and our contact didn’t give us a code until 45 minutes after check in. However, I called the owner and she gave it to me and the contact was super apologetic. The house was mostly clean but smelled a little musty and the back bedroom didn’t have any air. Overall it was wonderful stay!

Jun 2022Property was OK with limited parking. Owner called me stating neighbors called him stating we had a lot of cars at the house as in indicating we may be having a party. We had people over because we were conducting a business meeting (weekend) among business partners

Sep 2020Our trip was nothing short of amazing. Location was close to uptown so commutes to great places were short. The house was very clean and there was so much space. The owner was very open in communication and supplied everything we needed for our stay. (Plates, utensils, cleaning supplies etc) I will definitely use this again!

Dec 2021Nice house in a great location for a Panthers game and very close to many other attractions. The walking/ bike path was nice. Noble smoke is a must try if you are looking for barbecue. I would look to stay here again if I was in the area.

It was clean, spacious and in a great location. We spent an evening sitting outside and enjoying the quiet neighborhood. We felt very safe and will absolutely consider booking again in the future!
