This was the perfect place for a relaxing family getaway. The access to the water is perfect for younger kids.

This was the best vacation we had!!! The house had everything we needed and beyond for a comfortable stay… it was home away from home!!! The views from the patio were spectacular for those lazy evenings, where we sat there for long hrs. with our dogs. The house is located in the perfect spot with lake access and the water was so shallow to float in it comfortably along with the dogs!! My kids had a great time enjoying in the lake and lazing around watching movies in the house. I even read a few books given how many books the house offered. The neighbors were very nice to us!! The kitchen had everything for us to cook easy 1 pot items after shopping in heb thats very close to this location. Overall.. great spot to unwind and renergize. This place is on my repeat list!!!

This was our second visit to this property. Still delightful as ever. They’ve even updated it since our last visit!

This was a great weekend getaway. The only thing I would recommend is new beds, but overall we loved staying here!

This quiet area of the lake was just what we were looking for! Afternoon naps in the screened in porch were great. Some rentals are lightly stocked in kitchen and towels- we had more than what we needed here! H‑E‑B, restaurants and boat rentals were just a short drive away.

This property was perfect for our family. We spent hours on the beach and in the water. Fenced in yard was great for the dog. The screened in porch was lovely for game night and watching wildlife in the morning. We'll be back!

This is our fourth stay. It was another amazing time and the grandkids had a wonderful time at the beach.

This is our 4th time staying at the Sunset Beach House and there are many reasons we keep returning. Cynthia is easy to work with and the whole rental process is very smooth. The home is wonderful and is stocked with all you would need to enjoy your stay. The glass sliding doors at the front of the home and screened patio allow for gorgeous lake views from nearly anywhere in the house. The star of the show is definitely the sandy beach area!! We love this area of the Llano and the beach at the Sunset Beach House is the best we have found. It is sandy, with very few rocks and no weeds. Our grandchildren love playing in the sand and enjoying both the shallow and deeper water. It truly is perfect for the 4, 6 and 8 year old, as well as the adults and dogs! This is just an all around great location, home and beach! The only thing we missed here that other rentals have had was a paddle board or canoe. Highly recommend this rental!

The screened porch with a constant gentle breeze and views of the water and mountain was a little piece of heaven. I left my computer and phone inside the house and fell into a wonderfully peaceful sleep listening to nothing but nature on that porch. The house is very comfortable and has all the nice amenities listed. The shower was immediately hot and had great water pressure. There were plenty of towels including beach towels, the kitchen was great, and the living area had nice couches that had recliners... very comfortable to watch a movie. You could easily play games, make family dinners and have a lively time here. This trip, I just wanted some alone time and the serenity offered here was perfect for me. I can't wait to go back.

the sandy beach made it easy to get to water with friends and old dog. We enjoyed peaceful mornings, beautiful sunsets and plenty of room to visit, dine and play.

The house was very cute with a great screened in porch that overlooked the lake. Great sandy beach that was fun to wade in and easily let us launch our Kayaks. My son caught 7 fish off the Kayak. We had really windy weather so we were not able to enjoy the beach as much as we would have. Thanks we would go back!

The house was furnished well and had lots of cute decorative items. We enjoyed our stay. The owners were just a text away for any questions.

The house is just as pictured. Kitchen had everything we needed. Really enjoyed the screened-in porch. Our grandchildren loved the beach-like area by the lake. Beds were great -- everyone slept well!

The area that this property is located in is a Hidden gem. This is a beautiful waterfront property, Lots of open space and was great for fishing. We will definitely be headed back the first chance we get!

Quaint property with peaceful surroundings. Could use a walkway from the house thru the sand as it gets VERY hot. A clean up of the sand like the neighbors would be beneficial. Overall a quiet place that allows dogs!

Property exactly as described. Weather didn’t cooperate this year for us, but we made the best of it. Already looking forward to our 2022 trip.

Our family had an amazing long weekend stay. This is an ideal set up for kids and dogs, and our kids spent the days swimming and playing in the lake while our older couch potato dog watched happily from shore. We had everything we needed to make simple meals, and H‑E‑B is right around the corner (which was convenient as I forgot a few grocery items!). We never tried out the TV, but my kids adored the selection of board games. Tons of clean towels and bedding were provided. We were thrilled to be able to just walk out the back door down to the lake, which made meal times and bathroom breaks easy! Gorgeous sunsets and quiet evenings on the screened porch were a highlight!

Our family had a great time during our stay! The highlights for us were our time spent on the beach and in the screened patio area. The kids could have played in the sand forever. It is probably time for a cushion replacement on the outdoor patio furniture, but that didn't take away from our experience at all!

Awesome relaxing stay. It could us a hot tub in my opinion. You can take a dog but we don’t have one. It did smell a little.

Another wonderful stay at this lovely home. We truly enjoyed our stay along the Llano river.
