In weiteren ist das Haus mit allen Bedürfnisse Kochen ausgestattet, so dass Sie nicht haben, um jeden Abend essen gehen und genießen die Aussicht am Ende des Tages!<br><br>Die Lage ist sehr privat und abseits der Straße mit einem großen Rasen, so dass Kinder haben genug Platz, um sicher, ohne die Belange des Verkehrs zu spielen. Das Hotel liegt auf dem Grundstück während auf einem Spaziergang an der Küste, werden Sie in der Lage, Maine wilden Blaubeeren in den Monaten Juli und August zu pflücken.<br><br>In Milbridge oder Downeast Maine finden Sie keine bessere Lage. Die meisten Leute werden Ihnen sagen, dass dies ein einzigartiger Ort ist!<br><br>Wir haben vor kurzem ein zweites neues Haus (1 Schlafzimmer und Dachboden mit 2 Kinderbetten) für zusätzliche Familie und Freunde hinzugefügt. Jun 2022We have enjoyed our stay here. Jeremy was super helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. Even helped me update an add-on guest. It was nice to feel the breeze and just feel at home and relaxed. My kids loved watching the lobstermen and waved at the every morning. Can't wait to come back!

Sep 2021We had a wonderful stay at the house. The views are amazing, and such a peaceful stay. House had everything that you may need and decorated well. We enjoyed the deck in the morning with a cup of coffee. Our dog enjoyed the yard as well. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

Jun 2022We enjoyed our stay in this cute and cozy house on the coast of Maine. Plenty of room for the two of us and our dog. The place could easily sleep more, with three bedrooms plus a pull out couch. Tidy and neat with all the essentials available. Two living rooms are great for a group that wants to spread out a bit. Nice big yard for the dog. The very best part is the view! Sunrises without leaving bed and the ocean at your doorstep. We used the house as our home base for exploring state parks at Lamoine and Rogue's Bluff, and Fort O'Brien, and trips to Machias and Schoodic Peninsula. Great place. We were all very happy.

Aug 2022This home and property were beautiful. My nephew loved watching the boats and picking fresh blueberries everyday. Of course the proximity of fresh seafood from Chipmans was a plus for us as well. Jeremy was quick to respond with some last minute changes to our trip and was beyond accommodating. We had the pleasure of meeting his father who helps maintain the property and he was also very pleasant and a great guy to have a conversation with. We cant wait to return.

Oct 2022The setting was gorgeous. Right on the water with a wharf to the right. House was set back from the road and was very quiet. The house was clean, warm and cozy. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. It is about an hour from Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park but was an easy drive. The house could use some updating but was comfortable. The listing said we would receive a gift basket and postcard but there wasn’t one upon our arrival. It is easy to drive by the place so maybe some kind of a marking would have been helpful. All in all, I would recommend this place especially if you like quiet and the peacefulness of the water.

Jun 2021The house was warm and comfortable with all the needed amenities. Our dogs loved the big yard. The property is close enough to tourist spots while being off the beaten path, which we prefer. Chipman’s Wharf was close and we enjoyed lobster they steamed for us. It is was a pleasant surprise to find the washer/dryer upstairs.

Nov 2020The home was neat and clean, everything that we needed was included- pots and pans, paper towels and napkins. The views from the windows were breathtaking and we enjoyed waking every morning to watch the sun rise over the water while enjoying coffee in bed. Conveniently located for travel up and down the coast, day tripping. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Best place we have stayed at in years.

May 2022Thank you for a beautiful place to stay! We lucked out with the weather! It gave us a chance to walk the shore and sit around the fire pit at night. What a view at all times! We had gorgeous sunrises and Milky Way nights. We grilled on the porch and made dinner at home all three nights. Our twin 10 year olds loved their own room and we played some games that are at the house. The dogs had space to run around. It was perfect for everyone!!

Oct 2022Sunrises are amazing. Nights are silent & peaceful. Local fishermen busy at the pier throughout the day. House super-clean and has everything needed for a great stay - comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, outdoor space, & lots of puzzles & games. Grocery store is a short drive to town. Acadia about an hour away. Perfect for day trips. Fishing wharf just half a mile down the road sells seafood & has a good selection of gift store type merchandise for sale. Fall colors beyond beautiful. Host very helpful. Turns out most people print their vehicle pass for Acadia before their trip. Host suggested printing at local library. Saves time when entering the park. Saw a pair of loons on the bay, osprey nest near Corea, and bald Eagle in Acadia. Only challenge was taking dog on walks. Road is fairly busy. Overall a wonderful spot for experiencing Maine!

May 2022Our family were road tripping up and down the coast of Maine. While this home is a good 45-60 minutes from Bar Harbor, we knew it would be a perfect place to rest. The main bedroom has two windows that face the ocean and the sunrises were gorgeous. We loved watching the working boats get moving early in the morning. While we were only there for a couple nights and spent our days in Blue Hill, Bar Harbor and Acadia, I could tell that had we stayed for the week that a day or two staying at the home would have been amazing for exploration and sea-side healing. The two other bedrooms were great - the kids room had two twin beds, and one of the beds has a twin trundle that pulls out. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The washer and dryer are now in that room (instead of the basement), and so we took care not to save laundry for overnight use. There was a lot of comfortable seating inside and out and plenty of notes and instructions to assist with our stay (especially if we had stayed longer).We have already recommended this listing to our friends who live in the area, to their friends and family who come to visit them!

Sep 2021Jeremy was responsive to all my questions. Home is very cozy and easy to figure out. To top it of, it was very pet friendly with feeding/water bowls. It was our puppy’s 1st real vacation so he warmed up to the home right away. The view from the master bedroom window is amazing. Waking up to it was a big plus. It may not be brand new and high tech, but the kitchen has everything you need and the TVs had Apple TV and roku. There’s also Alexa. Would definitely rent again if given the chance. Only downside is it’s an hour away from Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor if that’s your only intended visit but the drive wasn’t too bad with the beautiful scenery along the way.

Oct 2022Great visit. Felt very much at home. House is well equipped/supplied. Views are amazing. Quiet, spacious house and surrounding land. Fun to watch lobster fishers come and go. Took two days in Acadia NP - wonderful - a comfortable one-hour drive. Spent third day in Milbridge - walked goodly distance on Downeast Sunrise Trail and had super lobster. A peaceful and energizing visit.

Was concerned at first no AC but was fine after first day as was concerned sleeping with windows opened being from NY. Cool ocean breeze and great views. Only downside is proximity to Bar Harbor and Acadia but the house makes up for it. Thank you again to Jeremy for making visit great as we look forward all year to time away

Apr 2021Beautiful secluded property on bluffs overlooking the ocean only yards away; complete with deck, firepit, multiple bedrooms, and a master bedroom with sweeping views to the east over the ocean and to the north looking up the bay. Super comfortable beds, too! This house was lovely for morning coffee and breakfast outside on deck (even in mid-March when we were there off-season--which is usually winter in Maine but this year it was extraordinarily mild and sunny!), and easily accessible to hiking many local trails, such as the Petit Manan National Wildlife trails down on the point. Responsive owner to communication and queries.
