The views are Terrific.
Not much to cook with in the kitchen. If you are planning meals. Make sure you gave the cookware for what you Will be cooking.

Jul 2020We stayed M-F with 3 adults and 4 kids (12/9 y/o). Great location about 8-10 min from launch ramp, close to gas station. Pros: - ac works great, and house has lots of window coverings and ceiling fans, so house was very cool temperature wise. Great after long hot days. - beautiful view for sunsets and evening conversations on the back patio- spacious - rooms are nice and big, plenty of space for kids to go off and do their own thing and the adults can sit and talk in Kitchen or living room - EASY property managers, easy to work with, check in instructions are sent well in advance, and simple. We don’t like to bothered when we VRBO, and these folks just set you up and leave you alone. Friendly, personal text message night before check out with a little reminder. Hints if you are going to stay - - pack the essentials. TP/paper towels, dish/hand soap, foil/zip locks, and a big kitchen knife. We cooked each night (nothing gourmet, burgers/salads etc) so we made due with pots and pans they had. Overall what you see is what you get. A simple, clean, cool, roomy place to come home to. No frills, no extras, but the people are simple to work with and the price is a great value and better priced than comps in the area. We will come back!

Feb 2018This place has a small back patio with a view, which is accurately represented in the listing photos. The patio faces west, providing a nice view of the sunset. It was clean and easy to find. Everything provided was the bare minimum. Not much in the way of decor, furniture, dishes, soap, etc. We didn't see the note on the refrigerator and called the contact number to find out why the water wasn't working. The contact answered right away and pleasantly told us how to turn it on. The place wasn't too expensive, so the lack of amenities wasn't a surprise. I wouldn't recommend the back yard for families with active, small children. It's not enclosed and has a pretty steep drop off at one end but otherwise it was thoroughly OK.

Mar 2017This house should not be rented as it is a safety hazard. The smoke detector was off the ceiling with wires hanging down. It is against the law to rent a property without a properly working smoke detector. The air conditioner q

Feb 2017This home was perfect for our trip. It is close to everything you need in Lake Havasu and for us about a 5 minute drive to the skatepark. The house 3 bedrooms and even a fold up double size futon in one of the rooms. The only drawback to our trip was the bbq grill. We brought up some carne asada to grill but the regulator leaked and we were unable to us it. Well when life gives you lemons you make lemonade....We turned on the broiler and cooked the meat that way. Not my greatest carne asada but everyone enjoyed the meal. Kitchen has pretty much everything you need for your stay. This place felt like home and any time we come up on a skate trip I will definitely look to see if this place is available.

May 2017The home itself was nice and clean and was a good setup for our family.
But upon arrival the house was very hot and stuffy. We were traveling with a few other families and had rented homes for them as well and those other homes upon arrival were cool. We thought that the service just forgot to turn on the air-conditioning. We went in and set the thermostat to 76 and on the first night the air conditioner did work but made it much below 76 and so we were actually really cold ... but then the next day when it was over a hundred degrees out (it was over 100 every day for our trip), our house was also the same temperature as outside with no air. We set the thermostat again and nothing happened. It was miserable and we ended up having to move out into one of the other homes that we had rented so we only stayed in the home for half the time. When the problem first occurred we had emailed called and texted the number we were told to via the instructions on Wednesday and did not get a call back until Saturday after we had already moved everything out of the home days previously. The service said that they had had a lot of problems with the thermostat and the air conditioning before. So unless you're going to go when it doesn't get over 80 I wouldn't recommend this house. Maybe it works fine but the thermostat is goofy and if you don't know exactly how to do it the service people don't bother getting back to you. I even tried looking things up online to try to set it and it didn't work. If the owners would get a new service to take care of their home that was more responsive that might work better for them because the house itself is nice

Jan 2018The appliances were very old probably 1970s, especially the microwave. It did have a tray but it did not fit. The garage was not available to us but appeared on the house photos. Not illegal but seemed disengious of the owner & & your organization. It was clean.

May 2021Nice house. Nice view. The house could use some more silverware and utensils. Only one sharp knife. Floors looked clean but your feet were black after awhile. I know the fine dust is a problem. Both bathtubs the spouts need work. Would I stay here again most defiantly. Had a great time with family.

Aug 2017My family and I recently stayed at this location and we loved it. The house was very clean and the air conditioner was already turned on so the house was nice and cool when we arrived. It is in a great location close to restaurants, stores, gas stations, and Windsor Launch site. We had a small problem with the television not working the first night, so we called one of the numbers that was listed inside of the residence to advise them of the problem. The next day when when we returned to the residence from being on the water all day, the television had been replaced with a working one. I would definitely stay at this residence again in the future.
