Mar 2018The property is very much as presented on line, and is a well equipped, well located holiday home.The host Sarah is very informative and helpful, and readily responds to any requests or comments.There were nice touches of wine and chocolates, and plentiful supplies, minimising the need to bring your own. Jan 2013The house was very well equipped and very clean and we loved having extra toilet paper, soap and washing powder.Perhaps a water proof mattress protector on one of the kids bunks would have been the only minor issue we had.A very enjoyable stay and we would come back here again and highly recommend this to our friends.

Great layout with two living areas, spacious and everything was there that you need! the kitchen was fully decked out and first place I've stayed at where there was actually a reasonable amount of pots and pans and utensils! It was so handy to have all the linen provided as one less thing to have to take along in the car too. Very handy location and quite central to most attractions. Would definitely stay there again if we get back to K.I in the future. Thanks for providing home away from home!

Jan 2013The accommodation was exceptional and felt like home, the property was clean and tidy and had everything one needed including cooking oil and dish cleaning liquid. After a long and fun day there was hot water to bathe and comfy next to lay.I would like to thank the property owner for making this holiday possible at such short notice.I am now a life time customer.Thank you.

Mar 2019Loved it at the Boat House . Beautifully presented . Great location just short walk from a very safe beach for the grand children . Very well set up however it was very hot while we were there and a fan would have been useful. Loved KI great place for a holiday .

Dec 2010Hi Sarah, your house was fantastic. I couldn't have asked for a better holiday. It was so lovely to come home at the end of the day to a clean, spacious and comfortable home. The whole family felt at home and were very relaxed.
The girls want to go back they had a great time. They especially loved the beds. They all said that the beds were very comfy. Better than any other holiday that they have been on. A well rested child is usually a happy child. What more could one ask for?

Nov 2011Hi Sarah, we loved The Boathouse, plenty of room, clean, comfortable, we couldn't believe all the kitchen utensils, would highly recommend it. Loved the gardens,and not far to town, first day we were walking in the rain to go get our hire car and a lovely lady picked us up, everyone was so friendly and helpful, would certainly love to holiday there again.

We unfortunately had 2 cut our stay short by 3 days & Sarah was outstanding in communication & understanding. I, seriously can't recommend their property or service enough. We wish we could have stayed the entire time. It was comfortable, clean & well provisioned. We greatly appreciate everything that Sarah has done for us & hope to visit again. Kind Regards
