May 2021We had a lovely stay here. The house is in a great location, immaculately clean and well-decorated. It was exceptionally easy to get in touch with the owner.We only used the bottom floor as it was just two of us and our dig It was very comfortable. A few things to be aware of- the stairs to get to the living room, and the other two bedrooms are quite steep and not appropriate for small children. Other than that we loved it! Would go back in a heartbeat.

The house is in a quiet, residential neighborhood, easily walkable to Commercial St. Do eat at Liz's Cafe and have the flippers.One of the beds upstairs is a double, so the house really sleeps 5. There is a couch where a child or small adult *could sleep, but there's no bedding for it.All in all, we has a comfortable stay.

Easily walkable to Commercial Street for restaurants and shops as well as several bike rental shops to check out the surrounding area.Parking is easy - right in front of the house. Bedrooms are comfortable and bigger than other properties I've stayed at in the area. Would definitely stay here again.

Parking is easy - right in front of the house. Bedrooms are comfortable and bigger than other properties I've stayed at in the area.
Would definitely stay here again.

Jun 2019The rental was located in a prefect location walking distance from the center of town. The unit was perfect for your group and the little backyard was a great bonus.
The management company was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

We were notified when the home was ready for us (couple hours ahead of the 4pm checkin time) and we got in smoothly thanks to the Welcome Package emailed to us in advance. No problems so no need to communicate - would definitely rent from them again.

Jul 2022The property was a little odd in its layout but the location was great. Short walk to commercial street. It had a very nice outdoor space that also felt very private. Having the grill was great for dinners.

Jan 2019The floor plan in the house is a bit quirky, with the kitchen and one of the bedrooms downstairs, and the living room and the other bedrooms upstairs. The stairs themselves are very steep. We're both in our sixties and had to exercise extreme caution navigating the steps during our stay.

Jul 2019Super easy to walk to anywhere you needed to go. Within 10 to 15 minutes you could be on the west end at the beach, or right in the heart of the pier. Loved being able to park 2 cars. I would suggest getting baking pans that fit in the very small oven, as the ones stocked would not actually fit, but that being the biggest "issue" goes to show it was a great place.

Nov 2017So nice to walk and bike everywhere in P-town. Went to gym daily (1-block away) and enjoyed many sunsets at Race Point (just a 10 minute bike ride). Rebooking for next year!

Grocery store (Stop and Shop) near by. Very safe neighborhood. We booked through Del Mar and they emailed us during our stay to check how things were going and reminders pre-arriving and at checkout.Minuses: Third bedroom is very small (the mattress touches 3-sides of the room) and it would be difficult to accommodate two adults. Steep steps to maneuver up to second floor where living room, two bedrooms and full bath are located. Ceilings are low on first floor. Check-out was a little to early (9AM).

Aug 2021My wife and another couple had a great stay at Sailor's Tea Time. Upon arrival we all commented how spotless the house was. Props to the cleaning crew. The house was in a perfect location; 1 minute walk to commercial street and less then a 5 min. car ride to the beach. Having two full bathrooms for two couples was a great bonus. Both bedrooms were of a nice size. The 3rd bedroom (which we did not use) was very small but if you have a single person or a child with you it would be fine. The kitchen was cute and had everything you needed. The upstairs living area was comfortable for lounging after a hard day at the beach (lol). We really enjoyed staying here and hope to return again.

Jul 2022I would definitely stay here again however the only thing I would say is if you are bringing a dog be aware that the fence height is very low and if you have an escape artist pup like myself think again. Also the 3rd bedroom has an attached 4th bedroom leading to the attack “which was not assessable” but the only thing that was stopping my dog from going upstairs was a piece of paper saying do not go upstairs. so that was another pain in the tush but all and all it is a beautiful place and very spacey and beautiful backyard seating ect. I absolutely love “Liz’s Cafe Anybody’s Bar and that is directly across the street so very convenient
