Es gibt eine Sound Front Promenade zum Radfahren, Wright Brothers Monument ist nur 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt und viele unserer Lieblingsrestaurants sind Radfahren Entfernung von unserem Haus entfernt. <br><br>Sie sind eine Bootsrampe 1 Meile entfernt, dass Sie Kajaks oder kleine Boote in den Sound laden können. Jul 2020We very much enjoyed our stay! Eddie goes above and beyond thinking of all the amenities you’ll need to make your stay comfortable. We enjoyed the use of bikes and the recommendations of things to do and see. We saw the Wild Mustangs on the beach in Corolla which was also really cool!

Mar 2020We've been to the OBX many times and this is one of my favorite places. It is immaculate and the scenery is gorgeous. Communicating with Eddie was super easy and we will definitely be back as much as possible. Very reasonably priced too for how nice the place is. Can't wait to come back. Thanks Eddie and family for sharing your property!

Interior decor was tasteful to the current date. Loved! No oven, but brought our instapot and used the toaster oven provided. Did not miss the oven. Comfortable bed with soft and firm pillows. Clean property inside and outside. Nice wood trim work and beautiful door hardware throughout. Rain Shower head and good water pressure. Enjoyed the gorgeous sunsets! Binoculars to use added to the fun of watching birds and animals in the water. Love walking the boardwalk next to property and just sitting and relaxing. Enjoyed riding bikes through safe neighborhood. Great quick communications w the owner. Would stay here again. Great price.

Jul 2020We so enjoyed our stay at this clean comfortable and beautiful sound front apartment! Eddie was incredibly helpful (even with local fishing tips!) and easy to contact at every point through planning, booking and our stay. The sound views are unbeatable with some of the most beautiful sunsets we’ve seen. We will definitely be back for another stay!

Aug 2021We really enjoyed our stay. The place is at a great location, close to the Wright Brothers memorial (bikes were available and we biked there), a grocery store and mini golf. Great views from the porch and the pier (kayaks available). Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Jun 2020We loved our time here. Everything was spotless, great view of the sunset over the sound, access to kayaks / paddle boards / bicycles, and close proximity to the beach. Definitely recommend.

May 2022We loved our stay and couldn’t get enough of the patio over the sound! Great bird watching and so peaceful. I wish there was a stove so we could have made some food but plenty of good restaurants around to try! Great location and very very clean! Would highly recommend!

This apartment off a real sound front house in a neighborhood is a much better choice than a hotel or condo. We would definitely stay here again.

Nov 2021This was our second stay over the thanksgiving week. We love this rental. Super clean, nicely decorated, linens and towels included. Newer bikes this year. The sunsets over the sound are breathtaking. Owners are quick with instructions and answers when needed.

Eddie was the perfect host and made sure we knew about all the extras that came with our stay (bikes and kayaks). He gave detailed directions for when we took the bikes out to see the Wright Brothers Memorial and for biking and enjoying their beautiful soundfront neighborhood. Since this was our first time in the area, we asked for some restaurant recommendations and he quickly responded with several options. We were so pleased with our stay, that we were trying to book another stay this summer before we even left! The attached apartment is exceptionally clean with gorgeous sunset views you don’t want to miss!

Aug 2021This was our first time in NC and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! It was tucked nicely into a small community but it took less than 10 minutes to reach the beach, the Wright Brother’s memorial, food and shopping! Eddie was quick to communicate and he had the best suggestions for places to eat!
The house was exactly what we anticipated. Clean and beautiful!

Jun 2020This was our first outing after the covid-19 lockdown. We were glad to be able to stay at a place that we knew would be safe. Eddie's home is lovely and his hospitality is great! We were happy to be able to return.

Jan 2020This was a fantastic stay for my husband and I. Sound view was great. This cozy apartment was just what we wanted. One bedroom, one bath, no stove (gosh, I couldn't cook!), full size fridge, microwave, toaster over and coffee maker. Bed was firm, plenty of towels and hot water. Everything was clean and bright. A very nice place. We were very pleased with everything. If we ever need a room on the Outer Banks again, this will be our first place to check for availability. Elizabeth

Eddie and Ashley are the perfect owners. Quick with any answers we had and easily reachable. Overall, a wonderful experience. Would highly recommend this property with all of its amenities to any couple looking for a cozy trip to OBX .

Jul 2020This place was super cute!! Very modern and tastefully decorated. Loved the apartment size with the homey beach house feel - way better than staying in a hotel!! The dock at night time was incredible, we laid on the dock and could even see the milky way as you were far from the lights of the neighborhood. Super awesome that we also had access to paddle board and kayaks as well, we got to see some amazing sunsets. :) 100% recommend!!

Sep 2022This apartment was just as listed and better! It was immaculate and well stocked. There were bikes, kayaks, beach chairs and even a soft cooler that we used at the beach. This was our first trip to the OBX and if I knew when I booked what I know now we would have spent the entire week here. Eddie was a great host. Super friendly and easy to communicate with. The property is the perfect location to launch from to any part of the OBX. The sound is literally in the back yard with beautiful views and sunsets. The beach is five minutes away. There were many restaurants and shopping within minutes north and south. It was an overall fantastic experience and I would recommend this to anyone visiting the Outer Banks!

Oct 2021The property is nicely tucked away in a neighborhood on the intercoastal waterway. The views are incredible and you are greeted with them as soon as you walk in! :) Eddie was super helpful the entire stay. Will definitely be staying here again when I'm back in the OBX!
