May 2022We stayed for sunfest music festival and it was AMAZING. The pool area was great. A close drive to downtown area and everything was so clean and homey!! My friends and I had a great time. 10/10!

Aug 2021We really enjoyed our stay in this home. The three bedrooms were all good sizes and the beds were comfortable. The pool was beautiful and we really enjoyed the outdoor space. Do prepare yourself for mosquitos though. We didn't make use of the BBQ but it looks like a nice one. There was a good sized outdoor table, however the indoor table only seats 4. It would be nice to have a slightly bigger table.The communication from the management company (not Evolve) was also great and all emails were answered quickly. Most importantly we didn't see one palmetto bug (big roaches) or ant in the house! This is almost always a given in FL so was a welcome treat. A slight negative was there was a slight damp smell to the house which we carried away with us, but with the fantastic location, great management, and wonderful pool... we would definitely stay again.

Mar 2017Visiting area for 3 days and didn't want to do hotel scene. Found this bungalow and and liked the look and amenities, especially the backyard pool area. We ate breakfast outside both mornings as well as afternoon cocktails. The interior design is classic mid-century and very comfortable for the two of us (adults in mid60's). Kitchen well appointed as promised with good wine glasses- a real plus.. Very clean. Towels awesome; very fluffy and lots of them. Property manager (Doris) was really helpful and responded quickly to several questions. The best part was coming back from a round of golf and retreating to the backyard for a quick swim and relaxing on the chaises.
The house is only 1200 sq ft, so I think it would get pretty crowded for 6 adults but would be perfect for a family, especially with small children.

Feb 2020Very nice place to stay, wonderfully quiet neighborhood yet very close to beaches and shopping. Went down to Rosemary square for a fun evening experience. Pool was a little cool yet but we loved grilling and eating breakfast outside. Wouldn’t be doing that back home in Colorado!

Mar 2018This was our first trip to West Palm Beach. We loved the beautifully landscaped quite yard and convenient 5 minute ride to downtown locations along Flagler Drive to dinning and shopping. We had beautiful weather during our stay in mid February and were able to swim in the pool even though it is not heated. We found the house clean with plenty of towels, even beach towels for the pool. The house is located in a residential area but is quite and so secluded you feel like you are at a private island. We definitely recommend this rental.

Jul 2018This is a wonderful property. The backyard/pool area is a relaxing oasis surrounded by tropical plants where I could spend all day and night. The interior is clean, spacious and comfortable. The home manager Doris was responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful 2 night stay and will be seeking this house out again when coming to the area. Thank you!

Jul 2022This cottage was perfect for a family of 6. Doris was amazing and helped us locate the extra propane tank when we ran out of gas for the grill. Overall this place was perfect and we will stay again when in West Palm. The pool and area is like an oasis. The area was super quiet. We could not have made a better choice renting. Super highly recommended..

Mar 2017The property was very clean and well maintained. Furnishings were nice and comfortable. Bathrooms could be updated but fully operational. Kitchen outfitted with everything you would need. Cable/Dish channel selection very limited - no ESPN, CNN, FOX, barely qualifies as 'Basic' cable - certainly could improve that. Pool, patio and grounds are great - like a private tropical garden.

Jul 2017The owners have done a lot to brighten and update this property, but any reference to cute or cottage are code for small. Calling it a 3BR is a stretch, as the so called third bedroom is actually the laundry room masquarading as a bedroom. Sadly, prior visitors have trashed the carpets to such an extent that no amount of cleaning will salvage the very poor worn out and soiled impression ones gets upon entry. Potential, but not yet recommended.

Mar 2020Property was located in a small historic neighborhood that was very quiet and enjoyable. The week we went- the city of Palm Beach closed the beaches, so Thank goodness for the pool! We had a low key, wonderful, relaxing time. We took uber rides to restaurants, grocery, malls, everywhere we needed to go. I liked the location of this small home and it was tucked away where you could barely even see it from the street. It felt very private.

Mar 2017Plenty of room for us 5 adults to hangout both inside and outside. Place was clean and furnished nicely. Beds were comfortable also. Pool area is perfect and very secluded. Some walkable restaurants and less than 10 mins from DT.

Sep 2022Our main focus for choosing the home was the pool and we were not disappointed with it. The pool and backyard foliage was very beautiful and you could tell that the owners invested in it's upkeep. While there were a few minor negatives related to the interior house with the most concerning being the 4th bed. With 4 adults needing separate beds two of the adults planned to share the extra room having twin beds. While one was a futon and comfortable the other was an old squeaky cot that was not appropriate for sleep. That adult was left to sleeping on the couch.

Apr 2017Nice private location, central to beaches and others necessities (but why leave the wonderful pool?)! Fortunately it was in the 80's and 90's when we were there, which made the ingested pool wonderfully refreshing. Nice kitchen, very private and safe. Responsive & helpful property manager.

The house is set off of the street and the grounds fee like a tropical paradise. Outdoors you may see a gecko, frog or raccoon and it feels very “Florida”. Again, we loved it!The location in WPB is great, so close to beaches and all that’s offered. We’d surely book again! The property manager was great with information prior to our arrival.

Mar 2017My three sisters and I have never been away together for a week before and what a way to start this tradition! Not only did we love West Palm Beach, we absolutely fell in love with this cottage! We had coffee and lounged by the pool in the mornings and easily traveled to see the surrounding sights during the evening. Loved how the motion lights turned on as we entered the driveway...very inviting and reassuring! We felt very safe in the neighborhood - the tall fence made us feel like we were on a secluded island! We hope to be back again!

The master bath could use a new shower head but it wasn’t anything to really complain about. Mrs Doris was a real big help. I texted her about a small problem with the ac and she texted me right away and got it fixed it. She was the sweetest. Me and my family will definitely be back to stay at this property.

Jan 2018I was disappointed with this rental. I paid what I felt was a premium because we wanted a pool. However, we were not able to use the pool at all. The pool was freezing. I asked the rental agent and they stated that the pool was warm and it would not be an issue. Also, I did not feel comfortable in the location. The area surrounding this house is not the best. Seating at the kitchen table is only for 4, even though it is a rental for 6. Master bedroom carpet was very soiled.

Apr 2017I was a little nervous at first about renting this and we ended up talking to a couple of different people the way the process goes but everyone was so accommodating and helpful. The house was not huge but very comfortable and clean with everything we needed. They even had soap and laundry detergent which was great since we flew and only had a short stay - less shopping needed. One of the managers called with the code before we arrived and gave me other helpful info and the area. She also returned my call right away with an answer on a Saturday evening! A groundskeeper read my comments while doing maintenance, and I had an email later that day saying they would be fixing a broken pull string (we broke by accident) and deeper cleaning a couple of nitpicky spots I noticed. Everything was cozy and well maintained overall and the management team took the little things I found very seriously too. The kids loved looking for lizards in the backyard - the pool water was cool after the rain but a really relaxing yard with hammock. I recommend this place!
