Das Anwesen bietet viel Platz für diejenigen, die sich entspannen und alles genießen möchten, was Jacksonville zu bieten hat. <br><br>Die Küche verfügt über eine Insel für diejenigen, die zusätzlichen Platz zum Kochen in der Unterkunft suchen, sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit allen notwendigen Utensilien für Ihren Aufenthalt.<br><br>Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine große, geräumige Couch, auf der viele Personen Platz finden, sowie einen großen Fernseher mit DirecTV. Es ist ein Smart-TV, sodass Sie Ihre eigenen Netflix-Konten und andere Musik- und TV-Apps verwenden können, die in den Fernseher integriert sind.<br><br>Großes Kingsize-Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer sowie Badewanne mit Löwenfüßen und offener Dusche. Ausreichend Stauraum steht mit zusätzlichen Kleiderbügeln zur Verfügung.<br><br>Bitte beachten Sie, dass sich in der Unterkunft insgesamt 4 Schlafzimmer befinden - 3 im Obergeschoss und 1 im Erdgeschoss. Alle Duschen befinden sich in der zweiten Etage. Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität müssen das Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss und das halbe Bad nutzen. Aug 2019Who knew Jacksonville was the largest city in the US, land mass wise! I didn't... this spot is just a hop skip and a jump from Mayo, very convenient.

Jul 2019We were SO CLOSE to shops, restaurants, and only 6 miles from THE BEACH! We had a blast in this quiet, safe neighborhood. There was a huge sectional in the downstairs living room, plenty of room to watch a movie after a long day at the beach. Cute little home away from home, we will be back!

May 2022We stayed for 2 days, for appointments at the Mayo Clinic. The house was comfortable and conveniently located, just 10 minutes to Mayo, and many restaurants and shops. We appreciated having a large, private home to return to in the evenings, rather than a small hotel room. And with the cost per night being less than a hotel, it’s a great value. Keyless entry was convenient, and communication with the owner easy. He was responsive and friendly.The house, patio and yard, are all a little worn, but that did not detract from our use or enjoyment. It feels like staying in a relative’s home, rather than some fancy showroom; which is nice. The AC worked well, and the beds were comfortable. It suited our needs perfectly, and we would definitely rent again.

Mar 2020We really enjoyed our stay, despite a few problems at the house. The toaster doesn't work, the blender leaks badly, the shower door fell off on night one but we made do and thoroughly enjoyed our stay despite coronavirus limiting things to do.

Aug 2020Upon arrival the place was not as clean as I expected but it was put together and picked up. We had space for everyone to sleep and comfortable spaces to relax. The downstairs and dinning room did get hot throughout our stay but was managed with the top fan and standing fans.

Jan 2020This home had plenty of space for our family of 6. Big kitchen, living room and detailed binder with lots of info. Currently the home is being remodeled (almost finished) but had access to washer and dryer and garage if wanted. Great friendly neighborhood and location to the beaches and Town Center. Property Manager was in contact while we were there asking if needed anything and was available if we asked. We had a great time!

May 2022The neighborhood was very quiet. The shopping centers and college where my sister had her graduation was all in close parameter of 15 minutes . The house needs some updates. There should be Televisions in the bedrooms, bar stools at the Island in the kitchen , because there is not enough sitting room to eat at, and master bedroom shower head hose needs a washer; water sprays all over the place (actual shower over head not working).

Aug 2022The house is huge! The neighborhood is safe and quiet, but close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. We spent the whole summer here. The owner is very nice and quick to respond. Wonderful experience!

The house was close to everything & we really enjoyed the large, comfortable living room that was open to the kitchen. Watching movies & fixing dinner together was fun! Thank you Sam!!

Nov 2019Sam is fantastic. He caught a mistake I made on check-in date and got it fixed quickly. The house was perfect for us and checked in to see if we needed anything. We were fortunate to meet Sam and what a great guy. We hope to get back to Jacksonville.

Feb 2020My wife and I and our son and his family stayed at this house. It cost us less for all of us to stay here than to book rooms at a hotel for 4 days.
Did have a problem with a shower water valve not shutting off water. The owner was called and the problem was temporarily corrected that night.

The house was spacious, clean, the beds comfortable. The livingrooms both upstairs and down were great spaces to hang out in. I highly recommend this property!
