Our home was beautifully furnished, had a well equipped kitchen and most inviting pool area. Naples offers many great restaurants especially on 5th Avenue as well as many activities for the whole family. This truly was a wonderful vacation!

It is a very tranquil spot, the house is comfortably furnished with everything we need and the location is super to get to the beach, downtown Naples etc. We will definitely be back.

Everybody loved the heated pool and the outside table and chairs accommodated 8 of us comfortably. Having 2 guest bathrooms was a plus. The table in the dinette was perfect for 6 of us to play card games in the evening. I did buy pillows and a mattress cover for the master bedroom. We found that the pillows were too flat and the mattress to be too hard. Entrance through the gate was made seamless by going to the security office who placed a bar code on our car window. The neighborhood is perfect for taking long walks and or biking. We enjoyed our 2 months in Briarwood and will be returning in 2019.

While everything worked I believe all appliances appear to be original. Dishwasher would leave rush particles on top of glasses etc. rack has two areas that have rust. The microwave works, but sounds really loud. The refrigerator/freezer is typical side by side with limited space. Grill outside was awesome. Queen mattress was NOT good. Both families that used comments where the same. Living room furniture was uncomfortable & worn. We put boards under cushion, which helped somewhat. The pool skimmer was in bad shape. It was torn in half & ripped up the side. However, we managed to use everyday when the tree was shedding the pods. Black ring around pool everyday. It did rip completely & needs to be replaced. It&#x2019;s a great property. Just needs some TLC. Kim & Nicole were very attentive to our needs. Thank you

Living room furniture is VERY uncomfortable. We placed boards under cushions..which that didn&#x2019;t even help. Also, plumbing needs to be addressed. Many sinks have to be plunged to drain. Then nasty stuff appears. We were happy to see a rug under lanai furniture this year. Made the entry from pool to tile floor less dangerous. Pillows, mattress pads & sheets need replacement. House needs to TLC. Kim & Nicole are very attentive to our needs & appreciate they respond to our concerns as much as they can.Fans & vent grate&#x2019;s need cleaning.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would like to start by saying that the staff at CNE Rental were great. They were very friendly and helpful. The property owners of this unit and the unit itself were a completely different story. <br/>Our 2-year-old son broke his leg 14 days before we were to leave for our trip, so we requested to push out our arrival by two weeks. They (the owners) agreed to do so but insisted on charging us a $500 cancellation fee in process. It is worth noting, this unit hadn't been rented in months, and was wide open in the weeks after our rental as well. So, it's not like we were taking or vacating a rental period that was in demand. <br/>When we first arrived, there was significant mold in the bottom of the pool, which showed it hadn&#x2019;t been cleaned in a while. A cleaning service was sent out the next day to get it up to speed, but we basically couldn&#x2019;t use it the first night. The unit itself had ants crawling in all the bedrooms and bathrooms, which never had any food in them, so no idea why they would be found there. There were no ants found anywhere in the kitchen. The air conditioner had a really hard time keeping it anywhere close to cool. This while keeping the doors and windows closed, with the exception of entering and exiting the house. There were approximately 8 light bulbs throughout the house that were burnout, that only added to the already general lack of light throughout the unit. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms were nice but noisy. So if you run them and are sensitive to noise, you will never sleep. One of the newly assembled chairs in the master bedroom was so poorly put together, that it completely collapsed in the middle of the night when my 5&#x2019;10, 195lb, 67-year-old father-in-law went to set in it. Fortunately, he wasn&#x2019;t hurt.<br/>For what we paid for the rental for two weeks, along with the extra $500 for simply changing our dates in what was otherwise a wide-open schedule, we would have expected things to be in bette

The complicated trash bin positions became clear when I realised that I one man operated Lorry completed the collections. My family and I enjoyed our stay in Naples, FL. The house was very clean and comfortable. It was just the right size for all of us. The booking, paying, and checking in/out processes were simple. The house was located in the gated community Briarwood which is very nice. We played tennis on their court and swam in the community pool. Briarwood is pretty centrally located. Every time we checked Google Maps, it seemed that where we wanted to go was 12 minutes away lol. The only two negatives I can think of are the water pressure in two of the bathrooms was a little low, and I wish we would have been within walking distance to the beach, but those are minimal. We had a great time and would book there again.

Home was great! It has everything you need for the pool and a day at the beach. Allowed our extended family to spend time together, but also spend time apart when needed. The neighbor was great! He made us feel right at home.

Great pool, included a bunch of pool toys/floats, and plenty of chairs. 8 of us stayed, and It didn’t feel too crowded. Great neighborhood to go for walks in the morning.
